Long Live Pakistan!

There is a saying that "mother is such an entity that no one can take the place of the mother". Whoever has considered his country as Motherland, has proved that there is no substitute for the motherland just like a mother. And it is true that the homeland is the identity of an individual, family, tribe, or nation. That is why for centuries man has been fighting, dying and killing for the protection of the motherland and its identity. Pakistan got freedom on the basis of Islamic identity, there is no precedent in human history for a separate nation to determine its geographical boundaries on the basis of religion and civilization. Thus our homeland Pakistan came into being in such a way that before its establishment it did not have its own history or identity in the world. Here, too, it is important to understand and keep in mind the fact that the protection of states or kingdoms is based on their identity rather than the military or the nation. Many states fell victim to imperialists but the identities of these states could not be captured resulting in their independence. What is the reason that in 1971, when India, the arch-enemy of Pakistan, disintegrated Pakistan through internal and external conspiracies, East Pakistan was renamed Bangladesh? Because while maintaining the identity of East Pakistan, Pakistan's enemies could not have stopped East Pakistan from returning to its original. Even if the withdrawal was in the form of a confederation while maintaining autonomy in both parts.

Pakistan is the only state in the world that has faced the issue of security and survival since its inception. The Hindu rulers of India, despite the passage of almost 75 years, have not forgotten the grief of the Partition of India and are seeking to erase Pakistan from the world. The failure to achieve its goal against Pakistan in the last few decades has resulted in the form of hatred against Islam and vengeance on Muslims or war crimes against Kashmiris fighting for independence from Indian Occupied Kashmir. Hindus are committing atrocities to get relief from their massacre of Indian Muslims. Looking back, Pakistan has been at war since 1947. Which began in October 1947 at the same time. When India, in defiance of the Partition Agreement, sent troops to prevent the Muslim-majority state of Jammu and Kashmir from joining Pakistan. The Indian rulers had in mind that Pakistan,  engaged in the resettlement of millions of homeless refugees, would not stand in the way of India's nefarious intentions due to its economic weaknesses and would reluctantly accept the Indian occupation of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.  All the dreams of India were shattered when Pakistan Army and Pakistani tribesmen together blocked the way of the Indian Army and liberated one-third of Jammu and Kashmir along with Gilgit Baltistan from the clutches of the Indian Army. This war continued for 14 months. Apparently, the war came to a halt when seeing the defeat of India, the United Kingdom and the United States and  Western powers intervened. Pakistan accepted the UN resolution that India would give Kashmiris the right to vote for accession to either India or Pakistan. India refused to give Kashmiris the right to vote to defy the resolution passed by UN General Assembly on Jammu and Kashmir. Indians celebrated the passage of the resolution at the United Nations for many days as their victory. At the same time, India turned its full attention to disintegrating Pakistan and hatching conspiracies to eliminate Pakistan at any cost as the main objective of its foreign policy.

This was the anti-Pakistan policy of India which has been working against Pakistan in various forms for the last several decades. For the security and survival of Pakistan, the Pakistan Army and other security agencies showed great courage and bravery by sacrificing thousands of lives to fulfill the duty of protecting their motherland with such dignity that every son of the motherland is not only proud but also gives the message to the new generations of Pakistan that "Pakistan is the identity of all of us" and at the same time prays that "Long Live Pakistan". National anthems and songs have been important in every nation to uplift the country and the state. These songs and hymns not only teach unconditional love for the motherland in the nation but also make every member of the nation realize that he is obliged to protect his motherland and sacrifice everything for her. In this regard, on the National Day of Pakistan on 23 March 2022, the song "Teri Meri Hai Pehchan, Shad Rahe Yeh Pakistan" was sung in the voice of Shuja Haider and Yashal Shahid, was released to the public by ISPR. This anthem has set a new record for popularity. This song is written by Shuja Haider and its music is also composed by Shuja Haider. Yasir Jaswal is in charge of directing the song. In the imagery of the song, all the provinces of Pakistan and their traditions are presented in such a way that seeing the song the whole of Pakistan revolves around the changing scenes before the eyes. Seeing this, one realizes that our beloved homeland Pakistan is the most beautiful in the world and rich in all kinds of blessings. And when every member of the nation is devoted to such a passion, then one India or even dozens of "India" together can not betray Pakistan.

Be it the opening lyrics of the above song or the whole song of four minutes duration, it pays homage to the way Shuja Haider and Yashal Shahid have expressed their heartfelt feelings for their homeland are in the heart of every Pakistani. Deserve praise, especially in the situation that our country is facing today, the need for commitment and love for Pakistan increases.
