Muslim Girl forced to remove gown by Hindu Extremists in India

                In order to torture Indian Muslims in Indian State Karnataka, BJP imposed a ban on Muslim students wearing Hijab. High Court of Karnataka also gave a verdict in the favor of banning Hijab in Educational institutes, reinforcing the biased image of Indian Courts, especially of the Indian Supreme Court when the verdict in the favour of Ayudhiya Mandir was given stating that verdict has been given keeping in mind the emotions of the Hindu majority. This astonished the law experts all across the world that the Superior Court of the country can fall to such lower limits that in spite of giving verdicts on merit and in the light of facts and figures, Court is issuing verdicts to please extremist Hindus against the Muslim minority and acknowledges the same in its verdict. The immoral activities against Muslim women wearing Hijab started in 2016 by Hindu extremists and terrorists threw paints in Indian state Uttar Pradesh. This was not a single incident but widespread and planned extremist activity in the whole state. The Muslim women who dared to protest against Hindu terrorism, gowns were ripped apart and were taken into arms. The situation got worst in Manipura when a girl riding on a bike along with her brother was thrown down. When the brother tried to rescue his sister, he was tortured by Hindu terrorists and the girl was manhandled. A Hindu terrorist attacked him with a knife. While the brother was laying in the blood of the pool, Hindu extremists were busy removing the clothes of the girl. Police 1^st remained silent, when the boy got hurt, Police dispersed the crowd and shifted the injured to the hospital.

Hindu extremists taunting and teasing Muslim girls wearing Hijab

                The incidents of bullying Muslim girls in gowns and Hijab occurred all across India. The series of bans on Hijab on the state level started in September 2021, in the Indian state of Jharkhand and MadhiyaPradesg where few state-run educational institutes started banning Hijab for Muslim girls forcing them to remove Hijab for their educational future. In November 2021, Muslim girls preferred to return homes rather than remove their veils. When the incidents of Hindu terrorism increased, Muslim girls started protesting against Hindu extremism due to which the bans were temporarily suppressed. In January 2022, educational institutions controlled by Hindu extremists started imposing bans on the veil. With the start of February 2022, the girls wearing veils were forcefully stopped. Muslim girls started sit-ins in front of their educational institutes. A girl namely Muskan Khan gave a strong message in favour of the protesting girls. The extremists of Hindutva got angry over this message and tried to stop her, but she stood steadfast and entered College chanting Allah o Akbar. Her video got viral all across the world.

                Being enraged by the condemnation on the international level due to the Muskan Khan’s incident, BJP imposed bans in educational institutions of not only Karnataka but other states as well. Muslim students of Karnataka contacted the court while a writ petition was also filed in Karnataka High Court as well which was rejected that the issue is under discussion in the lower court. A lower court upheld the state's decision to ban on veil and rejected Muslim girls’ petition. This decision of the lower court was challenged in High Court. Karnataka High Court rejected the petition claiming that veil is not part of the Islamic injunctions. Astonishingly, Indian courts have acknowledged Turban as part of the Sikh religion. The state Lawyer in the High Court was of the view that Veil is against the uniform policy of educational institutions and is a Muslim identity. In this way, the State lawyer claimed the veil as a part of Islam and Islamic identity. Karnataka High Court rejected the arguments of State lawyer as well and in order to please Hindu extremists upheld the ban on the veil. Muslim girls have decided to contact Indian Supreme Court against this decision. Let's see what the Indian Superior Court has for Muslims in order to please the Hindu majority.

Muskan Khan confronting Hindu extremists fearlessly

                In the last 74 years, if we look at the working of the Indian Justice System, the answer goes against Muslims. In these 7 decades, Indian courts have been hanging Muslims for the incidents and cases of the genocide of Muslims and it is expected the Indian Supreme Court will maintain its identity of being Hindu Supreme Court. All India Muslim Personal Law Board condemned the decision of the Karnataka High Court, it was said that this decision contradicts Article 51 of the Indian constitution which bans division on the basis of religion or classes; moreover, the policy of uniforms is limited to schools in India, colleges and Universities does not come under this policy. The bans against Muslims are being exploited by Hindu extremists for their political purposes and fueling hatred in India…
