Threat by Ex-US Ambassador and Sushma Suraj

General Zia and Rajiv 1984

Indian Minister claimed his visit to China (during Beijing Conference) to be a significant diplomatic success because China and Russia had assured India to support her resolution in UNO against those who support terrorism. According to Indian media the claim of Sushma Suraj clearly means that India wants to lodge a resolution in UNO against Pakistan for allegedly supporting terrorists involved in Mumbai attacks for which China and Russia had announced to support India. Although China and Russia had not verified Indian claims yet but after expected Indian resolution against Pakistan in UNO, the 58 hours long Bollywood thriller of 26th November 2008 had once again become the centre of discussions and talk-shows in Indian media. Especially the book “Who Killed Karkare? The Real Face of Terrorism in India” written by ex-Inspector General S.M. Mushrif and statement given by Satish Verma ex-Secretary and Retired Officer of Central Bureau of Investigation in the court on 14th July 2013. Ex IG S.M. Musharraf writes that including Mumbai attacks, Samjhota Express terrorism, blasts at Malegaon, Hyderabad Dakkan, Ajmer Sharif, New Delhi and bomb blast in October 2009 at Goa during Diwali celebrations, more than 16 such terrorist activities were carried out jointly by Indian Military Intelligence, RAW and Hindu Extremist organizations. According to the details given in the book, on 29 September 2009, when after Malegaon bomb blasts, Hemant Karkare of Anti-Terrorist Squad on the basis of intercepted telecommunication between planters of bomb and their state supervisors, arrested a group of on duty 5 officers of Indian army; a list of 70 important Indian social and political figures was recovered who were to be targeted and blame of their killing was to be placed on ISI and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) as the Indian state terrorists did in Dargah Ajmer Sharif, Hyederabad Makkah Masjid, Samjhota Express and Mumbai attacks.
General Zia-Rajiv Conversation during 1984

Moreover, Satesh Verma had jolted everyone by claiming that attack on Indian Parliament in 2001 was planned and executed by Indian Security agencies. He had not only verified the allegations in the book written by his under command IG but also unveiled the grave reality of Indian Police involved in killings of minorities especially Muslims in order to procure awards. All these bitter realities were reported in Indian media (Nawa-i-Waqt covered them as well) but criminal silence practiced by the Pakistani govt. saved Indian face and propaganda against Pakistan. Even now few Internet based news websites, social media and few analysts are criticizing the claims by Indian Minister against Pakistan for terrorism but this is the result of the criminal negligence from Pakistan side over Indian propaganda that Robert D. Black, ex US Ambassador to India had also dared to threat Pakistan at the beck and call of India. In a Press Conference at New York Council for Foreign Affairs on 06 February 2015, Robert Blake said that since 2001 attacks over Indian Parliament every Indian Prime Minister wanted to attack Pakistan but could not stick to his decision but now emotions of Indian public and Prime Minister Modi had changed. If this time any terrorist attack happens and India thinks it is linked with Pak army or ISI, Modi would prefer attack over Pakistan and Pakistan should keep this in mind. Now either US Ambassador is suffering with loss of memory or he became so blind in the love for India that India did not attack Indian Occupied Kashmir just after few months on freedom in 1948 due to some terrorist attack, the 1965 war was not a retaliation of any terrorist attack by Pak Army or ISI and the 1971 war was based upon Indian terrorist and imperialist designs as India had never accepted sovereignty of Pakistan.

One point was correctly raised by US Ambassador that Time has now changed. Indian had realized the fierceness of Pakistan’s reaction in 1984 when she had to cancel her plan to attack Kahota. Afterwards whether it was plan to attack Pakistan under the garb of Brasstacks War games or Falcon or Trident; the reason of failure of Indians to attack Pakistan was the fear that the time has changed and it is not 1965 or 71. This was the change which forced Ravi Rakhye to write the book, “War that Never Was: The Story of India’s Strategic Failures” in 1988. Not only this, India had not withdrawn its forces in 2001 after 11 month long deployment over Pakistani borders because of change of decision of Indian Prime Minister or India had mercy over Pakistan. This was the fear of latest nuclear weapons and professionalism of Pakistani Armed Forces that forced Indians to withdraw after loss of hundreds of soldiers and trillions of Indian Rupees.

Indian Army coming to attack Pakistan in 1984

Do not believe these ground realities? Read the book “Writing on the Wall” written in 2003 by General Sundar, Indian Army Chief of that time. This book covers the nefarious Indian plans against Pakistan and why India thinks that in order to fulfill her nefarious designs the end of Pakistani nukes is inevitable. Whether it is the state terrorism within India to blame Pakistan or terrorism launched in Pakistan via Afghanistan; all is the part of same game plan…
