US President Barack Obama has confessed on the internet thatUSA is involved in the Droneattacks over the tribal areas of Pakistan, however he denied thatinnocent people are being killed in these aerial terrorism. He said, “For themost part, they have been very precise precision strikes against al Qaeda andtheir affiliates, and we’re very careful in terms of how it’s been applied,”Obama said. “This is a targeted focused effort at people who are on a list ofactive terrorists, who are trying to go in and harm Americans, hit Americanfacilities, American bases, and so on.” These statements were given by Obamaover the internet answering to the questions of users of internet as OnlineNews. The astonishing fact is that most of these peoples protested over the US drone attacks over Pakistan. In reaction to thesequestions US President first time admitted that USA is involved in ‘Extra-Judicial’killings of people thousands of miles away from US borders just on the basis ofhypothesis formulated by US secret agencies (sponsors of terrorism in world). Inorder to justify massacre of his govt. he repeated the same old jargon thatthese attacks are conducted under the light of the reports of the secretagencies which after wards prove fake and US does not need to be ashamed offthese lies. For example Obama said,

On the one hand he says thatdrone attacks are conducted in those areas where Pakistan army has no accessdue to the terrain conditions but he could not answer that in such an area whattype of latest communication and military operations rooms are available to these terrorists utilizing which theycan plan and attack the world’s most developed nation involved with weapons ofmass destruction to humanity and where he has been able to prove that thosekilled in drone attacks were planning to attack USA. (The truth is thatAmericans are never killed in attacks by external terrorists but they aretargeted in CIA terrorist plans). Before taking support of lies Obama shouldhave verified that houses destroyed in US aerial terrorism were not situated inbarren lands but in the towns/villages of tribal areas where hundreds ofinnocent women, children and elderly has become target of US lust for bloodduring attacks over selected houses (usually houses of those tribal elders whoare active in restoration of peace in those areas and have agreed to supportsecurity agencies against terrorists). Moreover Mr. Obama should have answeredthe question of a USwomen about the numbers of total terrorists and innocents killed in US aerialterrorism. He should have also informed US public that how many new terroristsand psychics willing for suicide attacks have been created by US aerialterrorism. He should also make this clear that whether he will allow Pakistan to conduct operation in USA, and Europeagainst traitors and masterminds of terrorism who are guest of these countries?

Ifwe look at the terrorist activities during just last one month, than on 5January dead bodies of 16 FC personnel were recovered from Spintull canal. Thesepersonnel were kidnapped by terrorists during attack over FC check-post on 23December in the district Tank. On 9 January dead bodies of 10 more persons wererecovered from Upper-Orakzai who were kidnapped from Kumber. On the bus standof Jamrood Bazar 35 innocents were killed and 40 others injured in a remotebomb attack. Here this should be kept in mind that this bus stand belongs toJamrood tribe who has established army for restoration of peace and againstterrorists in support of Pak-Army. In an attack over convoy of FC 14 personswere martyred, the reports disclosed that these terrorists had ambushed FCconvoy. This is another aspect that on 14 January USAexpressed concerns over situation of human rights in Baluchistan.However USA (United Satanic Alliance) did not dare to answer that in thoseareas where there is no coverage for even mobile phones, than how does theseterrorists belonging to BLA or whatever they name it track the movement of FCconvoys and coordinate with their trained gorillas equipped with latest USweapons through Satellite phones? The attacks over FC posts on 1 February wereconducted in the same manners as they use to attack security forces in FATA. The number of deaths in Afghanistan and Iraq are in addition to this. Butin spite of so much blood shed and massacre of humanity the thirst of America has notbeen quenched yet. In spite of genocide of millions USA has failed to assure world ofher victory. So now there is only that is the blame ISI and Pakistan forthis.

USA is of the view that Pakistan army and ISI are behind disgustingdefeat of US in Afghanistan.This is why on the one hand USA is struggling for respectful retreat fromAfghanistan through talks with Taliban, for who US had invaded Afghanistan tenyears ago under the cover of B-52 bombers, daisy cutter bombs and Tomahawkcruise missile blaming them as terrorists through UNO (maid of USA). On theother hand before retreat from Afghanistan USA wants to defame Pakistan army in the eyes of Pakistanis, as Pakistan armyand ISI still possess a better position as compared to renowned and modernarmies and secret agencies of the world. Whether it is operation againstterrorists in Swat or helping flood affectees, Pakistan army has proved that theyare ready to give up their lives for service to nation and defense ofmotherland.

Asfar as deaths of four terrorists in the custody to security agencies isconcerned I would like to request Asma Jahangir to go to court in spite ofcalling our soldiers as “duffer” and expressing her enmity towards defenders ofour motherland. If she can defend Haqqani free of cost for her specific goals assignedto her, than she should also represent those terrorists who are indulged indestruction of many innocent families. If she had enough moral courage sheshould also asks our legislators to amend law so that such back doors in thelaw should be fixed through which many notorious terrorists are set free inspite of being red handed.

Aslong as the slang language used by Asma and terming Pakistani soldiers asduffers, “those who are ready to give up their lives for few bucks, are notthey duffers” is concerned, what about her selling her loyalties to enemy forfew dollars? She is correct in saying and using such slang words aboutdefenders of motherland, because due to them we are still free and independentotherwise her supervisor, her boss Indiawould have succeeded in capturing Pakistan and depriving us ourfreedom long ago. Butthe so-called democratic rulers of British could not gather enough moral courageto heal the wounds of innocent Kashmiris by resolving this dispute. Apparently ex-soldier of Pakistan army Captain Syed Ali Zaidi was responsible for this camp who had made a security company with the name of ‘Inter-Risk Security’ for providing security US embassy in Pakistan. Not only this, Captain Zaidi had also established a camp in Rwat with the name of ‘Care and Carry’ where terrorists of CIA and XE were training so-called security guards of this company. Moreover here such unnamed persons were also being trained for which Zaidi had no record but their record was maintained by terrorists of USA. Later on this was revealed that US officials wanted access to such ex-soldiers of Pakistan army through Captain Zaidi who were expelled from army for not obeying military rules. This should be kept in mind that Captain Zaidi himself has been expelled from army through court martial. He was deployed on OP-Post in 1987 in Siachen at a height of 26000 feet, on the day he left post under the excuse of stomach pain, India attacked and captured that post. So he was expelled from army. The soldiers present on the post tried their best to defend the post and were all martyred. In the inquiry it was proved that Captain Zaidi had just made lame excuse of stomach pain.

Becauseafter defeat of Soviet army in Afghanistanand during the Taliban regime leaders of Northern Alliance were forced to takeshelter in India, moreoverdue to historical ties between Northern Alliance and India,India was given free hand toutilize Afghan land against Pakistan.Through her resources Indiachanged the American war on terror into internal war for Pakistan. Rejecting the decision of Supreme Court, lawyer of HusseinHaqqani, Asma Jahangir termed the day as dark day of

Pakistan

’s history. She questionedjournalists outside the court, “is this court of establishment or a publiccourt, and we are rewarded in this way for restoring the court”? In the wayAsma Jahangir expressed disappointment, all the legal analysts are astonishedover this because they did not expect such a dictatorial response fromex-President of Supreme Court Bar and high level lawyer. Only lawyers maycomment over legal issues or legal values but I think the reaction of AsmaJahangir over the court verdict was preplanned. After the court verdict had been given shewould have criticized army and ISI in both situation whether the verdict hadbeen in favor of Army/ISI or against them. The only difference is if theverdict had been against army/ISI then she had been demanding that ISI and armyshould be brought in court for its impact over foreign policy with India, forkilling and defeating terrorists in Swat, Malakand, and other tribal areas. Thecase for murdering terrorists (sponsored by her supporter country i.e. India) shouldbe filed against army. But as the court verdict is against her hopes shecriticized the most senior court of the country as well while expressing herdisappointment.

Actuallyshe was trying to misguide international community that our courts andrespected judges are under the influence of army establishment. Through suchexpression how she has served law or what she had wanted to do, this can beonly answered by legal analysts. However she had openly expressed her enmity toISI during discussion in court when she has said that if court has to believewhat ISI says then there will be many traitors, if we look at the reports ofISI then including Wali Khan and Benazir Bhutto and many within this court hasbeen claimed as treacherous. They give up their blood for defense of the motherland.”In reply to this she said that those are someone else who give their blood theyonly know how to rule (would she like to answer who are these other people whogive their blood for defense of country, has any of her son has done so or shethinks only Indian soldiers give their blood as she belongs from there?). Onthe same day when Asma read the statement of James Jones and said that memoscandal is untrustworthy, Chief Justice was forced to ask her that whethercourt should believe James Jones or Chief of our own forces? While Chief ofArmy has already said that memo is a reality. This is just that memo has beenunveiled in the form of a conspiracy and ISI & Army are of the view thatinvestigations should be held in this regard. No one has accused anyone astraitor or pointed out anyone. There is Pakistani army and Pakistani courtswhile govt. also wishes to hold investigations in this regard then why thesehandful of people singing the chorus of AMAN KI ASHA like Hamid Mir, Najam Sethi and others areposing this in such a that this is the time to decide whether there should bearmy or not? This is another thing that within two days Waqt TV unveiled thefabricated story of Hamid Mir and proved that this story was based upon lies.At that time neither there was any memo scandal nor any doubts about HusseinHaqqani had been expressed by army. However media was expressing doubts aboutHaqqani. In spite of unveiling the fabricated story Hamid Mir did not felt anyshame (what is shame for the agents selling themselves for dollars). However heis still working on his propaganda against army. Alas! These pawns of media hadsome respect for national interests, they had ever dared to run a campaign infavor of Kala Bagh Dam, energy and agriculture. Letscome back towards our today’s topic that is the Memo Scandal about HusseinHaqqani (claimed by govt. of Pakistan as a piece of paper), Supreme Court hasestablished a high level judicial commission under the leadership of ChiefJustice of Baluchistan Highcourt Qazi Faiz Eesa including three members. Themembers are Chief Justice Hameed-u-Rahman from Islamabad high court and Chief Justice SherAlam from Sindh high court. District and Session Judge Jawad Abbas has beenappointed as secretary of the commission. According to the court verdict theappointed commission will complete its investigations within four weeks andsubmit its findings in Supreme Court. The commission has been authorized toseek help from lawyers and forensic experts. In the summary verdict this hasbeen also said that Chief Secretaries of all the provinces, Director GeneralFIA, Pakistani embassy in USAand Britainwill be bound to support commission in its investigation. Perhaps any such highlevel commission had been ever established in the history of Pakistan. Thisshows that memo is not just a piece of paper or communication between MansoorIjaz and Hussein Haqqani, or its handing over to Chief of US army. Obviouslythere is something serious behind it, for which Supreme Court has appointedChief Justices from three high courts. The findings of this commission will bevaluable for the integrity of Pakistan.That is why smelling the threat Asma Jahangir was forced to say that nationalinterest had been given priority over individual rights. Now one should ask herthat individual rights can be only safeguarded only when there will country(perhaps she was saying because she thinks her individual rights aresafeguarded somewhere else). The actual base is country and keeping in view thevalue of sovereignty of country Supreme Court has appointed the commission. Buthere the question arises why our rulers bow in front of USA for beingin power in spite of contacting the public? Why did they offer nuclear assets inreturn to American favors? Asma Jahangir has correctly said that originalowners of Pakistani nukes are Pakistani people (then why she wants to give upnukes for her INDIA).But when USA will help thespecific leader to come in power than obviously USA will consider its own interestsas well. This will include Pakistani nukes as well.

Forexample the letter of Benazir Bhutto in 1990 addressed to Peter Gailbraithafter her first govt. was put to an end. In her letter to Peter she especiallymentioned nuclear weapons; this letter was published as it is by THE NATION on7 July 1997. This letter reminds us of 1990 when Benazir Bhutto has rejected toissue any funds to Army Technological Research Laboratories (ATRL) under theleadership of General Zahid Ali Akbar. Afterwards General Zahid was replaced byLt. General Tala’at Masood. Moreover this is also part of the history aftermoving the Ministry of Science and Technology to Prime Minister Secretariatunder the leadership of Munir Ahmad, this was assured that Dr. A.Q. It would bemore appropriate, if military as well as economic assistance to Pakistan isstopped and all the international agencies like World Bank, IMF are told tosqueeze the Government of Pakistan and if possible all supply to Pakistanshould be disrupted so that normal life in Pakistan comes to stand still.

As long as I was the Prime Minister I kept a check on the Nuclear device butnow I do not know what are the plans of Government.

Thesuspension of F-16 and its spares will bring the army to its senses.

A strange situation is prevalent in the country, people areleaving no stone unturned in making both ends meet. They are looking for otherways beside labor to fulfill the needs of their families. From where can theyget so much money to buy food for their families or meet the educational needs,after paying to the govt. in the form of utility bills. In spite of all theirstruggle they are shocked by the overchargingin utility bills in the form of Fuel Price Adjustment. One may tolerate thispatiently but when this is unveiled that in the name of supplying electricityto public, their own selected representatives have filled their coffers throughcorruption in rental power projects. In such situation one cannot find anyplace to hide himself from this tsunami of inflation generated by corrupt govt.From whom should public demand justice, because those claiming to be publicrepresentatives have started looting them. These political dacoits are notready to give any relief to the public.

In thelay mans language if any govt. treats its subjects in such a way this will beknown as state robbery. Because if we look at the life style of these publicrepresentatives or elite class one cannot believe that they are also citizensof Pakistan.They have heaps of wealth, luxurious vehicles and their activities are by noways like public of Pakistanor Pakistanis. However our public identifies many faces participating in powergame. But our innocent public is not able to answer that how these so-calledrepresentatives of public joining politics to serve the nation climbed up tothe luxurious life style starting from bicycle to car and then to the luxuriousbullet proofs and they also became part of elite class, whose residencies aresituated in separate colonies of palaces. Where there are separate hospitals tolook after their health and special schools for teaching their children (inthese schools these children are equipped with education but not taught moralvalues because no law is applicable to them, then why did they need to betaught moral or social values). Pakistanis are going on from this process sincelast 64 years, they are looking this battle for power since years, they areaware that this so called game is played in the name of service for the public butpublic has no importance in the eyes of the players of this game. But now thisbattle for power has arrived at such a point where the integrity of motherlandis at risk at the hands of these public representatives. This is not somethingusual that Prime Minister talks about the alleged conspiracy against his govt.in the parliament but is not ready to disclose the name of the participants ofthis conspiracy. Along with this without mentioning the name addresses armythat state within the state will not be tolerated, this is the propaganda of Jewishmedia on the wish of India.On the other hand there is no shortage of such elements who hate Pakistan army for their love with India, but insuch a situation when army is fighting on two battle fronts and it is necessaryfor army to keep an eye over the third battle front, allegations by the govt.will have negative impact over the morale of the army. Scholars from variousschools of thought are agreed over this that present leadership of Pakistan armyis not interfering in govt. at any level. Not only this army is beingcriticized that in spite of limitless corruption and lawlessness of the govt.why army is silent? Why army does not interfere? Army has kept itself away fromactivities of govt. in spite of knowledge that increasing inflation as a resultof corrupt govt. is effecting its soldiers, but if in such situation govt.itself expressed doubts about army then this is necessary to investigate thereasons behind this. However this should must be kept in mind that army of anystate cannot keep silent over the security issues, because security of thecountry is the duty of soldiers. This is also an established convention thatall big armies and their operations are controlled by Military head quarter notby Ministry of Defense.

If welook at the initial stage of dispute between army and govt., it started whenISI was suddenly given under the control of Rehman Malik. Probably like ourenemies few elements within Pakistani had been very happy over thisnotification who always blame ISI for political interference, what else thesesmall minds can do, at least their ideals, the rulers and generals of bigcountry like Indiaare afraid of this agency. Moreover MOSSAD, CIA and RAW take ISI as a big hurdlein their imperialistic plans. However as soon as govt. got aware of itsmistake, the notification was withdrawn. The second dispute became visible whenin the name of aid to Pakistan,a struggle was done to chain nation through Kerry Logger Bill. Even our rulersclosed their eyes over this conspiracy of pledging Pakistan army and ISI by WhiteHouse and Pentagon for US dollars. However when army rejected this slaverybill, nation also supported armed forces. However after deaths of twoPakistanis in the hands of US terrorists Raymond Davis this was revealed thatthere are severe disputes between Pakistan army and govt. as govt. pressurizedPakistani embassy to issue visas to agents of CIA and contractors (USterrorists) without security clearance. This is also a reality that if Raymondhad not murdered two Pakistanis perhaps now whole country might have beenfilled with US terrorists.

If welook at the news reports before arrest of Raymond, their were daily reportsthat few foreigners were found riding the vehicles with tinted glasses and whenpolice stopped them they resisted. These vehicles had been often loaded withdynamite and rocket launchers. Afterwards analysts were also forced to rightabout the link between these tinted foreign vehicles and acts of terrorism inthe country. As soon as assassins or hired

terrorists like Raymond Daviswere expelled from the country a sharp decline in the number of suicide bombblasts has been observed. However in spite of all these disputes army justconcentrated on its duty of security of country and govt. kept on itscorruption.

On thenight of 2 May 2010, American commandoes attacked a building in Abbotabad andas soon as the sun rose Obama administration announced that Osama has beenkilled in a secret compound in Abbotabad. Was Osama really present there? If hewas there then why he had been given shelter there? Most importantquestion is that Osama who had lost allits powers after 2001, was he capable of bringing any revolution? This might beAmerican need that a self made fictional character remains hidden for so manyyears (as America gives birth to such characters before conducting any activityof state terrorism in order to make US public afraid of this self-made monsterso this its Jewish investors of weapon industry can earn profits in the form ofgenocide of humanity), what benefit Pakistan army or ISI could have derived byproviding shelter to American Osama?

If Musharaf innocent than wasthis done by some soldier ranking to Subedar, Havaldar or Major? Was anyGeneral behind this individually or Pakistan army had given shelter toOsama? In all these cases what benefit Pakistanarmy or Pakistancould have derived from Osama? Now the Prime Minister of Pakistan asks in theparliament on which visa Osama visited Pakistan? This is obvious thatPrime Minister is not contented with the objections raised in the Supreme Courtabout visas issued to US terrorists by Hussein Haqqani in Washington.

Inspite of all the problems public is worried about the difference between govt.and claims of Pakistanarmy over the memo scandal disclosed by Mansoor Ijaz. Because govt. is beatingthe triumphant that memo is based upon lies and has no value. But army and ISIare of the view that memo is a bitter reality and investigations should becompleted in this regard. Here this should be also kept in mind that memo wasprepared in those days while was Pakistan army was under severepressure due to Abbotabad operation. This is true that Hussein Haqqani isrepeating that Mansoor Ijaz is not involved in memo scandal, and he is sayingthat Mansoor Ijaz has been involved in issuing statements against ISI and Pakistan army. Howeverwhile accusing Mansoor Ijaz for anti-Pakistan army and ISI statements, Haqqaniforgets that he himself had been a great critic of Pakistan army. The proof is hisbook written against Pakistanarmy for money paid to him by US agencies. Otherwise whatever he has said inhis defense they have no relationship with allegations over him as anambassador. Especially secret departure of Pakistani ambassador in Washington to Londonand his return after brief meeting with British Secretary Defense and moreoverwith Chief of State Sir David Richards. Haqqanihas not disclosed the purpose behind his secret meetings. Because after thismeeting memo was handed over to National Security Advisor of USA James Jones byMansoor Ijaz with the instructions that this should be handed over to MikeMullen at once.

Secretary Defense General (Retd.) Naeem; PM Gilani says that his statement about state within state was about him, while Mr. Lodhi took charge just a few days ago.

If welook at the head lines of Pakistani media or international online media, afterthe memo scandal Mike Mullen (who has been now retired and before hisretirement the exchange of harsh talks between ISI Chief Shuja Pasha and himwas also disclosed by media, now this is being said that this exchange of harshsentences was about details of Memo scandal) said that he is not aware of anymemo. However Mansoor Ijaz kept on disclosing further details about memo. Afterthis Mike Mullen accepted that he had received memo, but tried to decrease thetension by saying that he kept memo aside without reading it as it did notdeserve any attention. Meanwhile James Jones also tried to get rid of thisscandal, however in Pakistanthis scandal was taken to Supreme Court. So James Jones also changed hisposition and got harsh against Pakistan.In this view when American journalists inquired him about memo, he said that hehad just handed it over to Mike Mullen but this is not such a big problem. Theinterest of James Jones in memo scandal is his haste in submitting hisaffidavit in Supreme Court of Pakistan. This is strange behavior from rude USA, otherwise how is this possible that USA had never given any importance toresolutions passed by Pakistani parliaments, while a retired general of USA got so muchactive to submit his reply in Pakistani court. This shows how much USA is worriedto save Hussein Haqqani. However this scandal is still in the court, andincluding Chief Justice all judges are trying to reach on a conclusion, nationhopes that justice will be provided. International Conspiracies against Pakistan Army and Memo Scandal! Part-II

Pakistan army has decided to follow its role as prescribed by Constitution

Has Pakistanarmy ever expressed their will to take over the government by their acts orstatements after General Musharaf resigned from the designation of President? Orhas any on duty general or officer of army criticized political government inspite of protest and requests from the public? Then why always generals arebeing threatened that if they tried to overturn demon-crazy (democracy) in thecountry, they will not be able to avoid Article 6 of constitution. This isgood, if anyone breaks law, he should be punished accordingly, but this is alsopart of the Pakistani constitution that anyone trying to weaken or defame animportant department responsible for defense and safety of the mother land likePak-Army will be a traitor and enemy of the motherland. But alas! These crazy politicians,who get out of control when their mistakes are highlighted to them, are busy indefaming Pakistanarmy on the bases of few past infamous decisions of leadership of armed forces(for which the political leadership of that time was also equally responsible).Not only these politicians but pro-Indian so-called intellectuals, journalistsexpert in yellow journalism, are also leaving no stone unturned to develophatred against Pak-Army in the hearts of public. Now this conspiracy has takenthe form of Memo Scandal. Now on this such a powerful propaganda campaign hasbeen started that poor public who is already target of state torture in theform increasing fuel prices and utility prices had forgotten to protest againstthese mini-budgets in struggle to understand Memo-Scandal. However this is nowunderstood by literate as well as illiterate Pakistanis that only purposebehind this memo-gate is to weaken the position of leadership of Pakistan armyand destroy the morale of soldiers so that they accept irrational demands andgive up their solid stance for the defense of the country. Possibly HusseinHaqqani might be innocent but at least there is some force which has forcedfrom analysts to representatives in the assembly to speak against or in favorof Pakistan army, and in both cases the only purpose is to start criticism overPakistan army.

Was Memo Gate just to target these two pesons?

Is this thefirst time that few immature or persons having complex that they are overclever, persons having knowledge of legal and constitutional duties of thearmy, have tried to encourage a foreign power to attack or weaken the soldiersdeployed to protect the motherland? Thenwhat is the reason that generals of Pakistan army overthrow the govt.to take the control of the country or like in the present time not onlyPakistan army is fulfilling its legal and professional duties, protectingcountry from internal and external threats, writing a new chapter ofsacrifices, and in spite of all this the traitors are busy in theirconspiracies to weaken and defame army. So this is clear that memo scandal isnot the name of just a conspiracy but a undeniable bitter reality, ananti-Pakistan thinking which was seeded into Pakistanright since 1947, by

in the form of pro-Indian elements. When most part of Kashmir was saved fromfalling into the hands of Indiaby resistance of Pakistanarmy, and India realizingthe power of Pakistan armyto defeat India in spite orshortage of resources, Indiatook Pakistanarmy as a threat to its damn imperial plans and started a propaganda campaign.

If we lookat the role of the present leadership of army, Army Chief had ordered armyofficers to avoid pressurizing or interfering election process in spite ofGeneral Musharaf being President at that time. If he had not kept away fromelection process perhaps different faces had been in power. In spite of allthis the reports of anti-Pakistan army lobbying by an American citizen and ex-Ambassadorof Pakistan to USA are wellknown. That is why defense analysts arenot ready to accept accuses of US Generals and media against Pakistan armyand are doubtful over US claims against Pak-Army. For example few weeks agohead of envy of American Homeland Security, Michael, after a meeting withPresident of Pakistan, talking to the journalists said that Pakistani Presidenthas promised to take action against Haqqani network. In his press conference heexpressed concerns as well that perhaps Pakistani President is not powerfulenough to fulfill his promise. In the same way Americans have gone so far intheir conspiracies against Pakistan army that candidate for American Presidentand Governor of Texas Rick Perry, said during his discussion over Americanforeign policy that he thinks that real rulers of Pakistan is Pakistan armywhich is untrustworthy in spite of politicians (who are looting resources ofPakistan and transferring them in US banks, moreover these politicians arehaving dual nationalities i.e. they have also oaths of loyalty with USA).

Hussein Haqqani: US Citizen or Pakistani?

Let meintroduce you with a memo of past and living character behind this so that youmay understand psychology of such characters. When this book was publishedthere was no signs of martial law in the country. If at that time throughdiscussion those circumstances would have been considered or avoided whichforce army to overthrow the political government or those loop holes had beenaddressed through which enemies have effected influential Pakistanis theninterference of army might have been avoided. Here I would like to quote fewparagraphs from Chapter four or Tehmina Durrani’s book;

“I came to know the linksbetween Mustafa and India in 1980, I was expecting birth of my son Ali, in thosedays. During the marriage of my sister Zeenah, Mustafa departed for India, he broughtmany clothes for me and he returned back as their agent as well.

He told about his meeting with Indira. He went to meetIndira, it was daytime, he was made to sit in the long room. Indira enteredinto the room, she was simple, she was straight forward in explaining herplans, it was never felt that she wanted impress or pressurize, and it was easyto deal with her. They talked for hours about restoration of democracy, andmurder of Bhutto. They talked about Pak-India relations, about reasons of enmitybetween both countries, and analyzed the race of weapons which was just a dealdoomed to end in loss. Indira was of the view and Mustafa agreed that tensionover borders was in the favor of Pakistanarmy, army is eating up already scarce resources of Pakistan. Due to army Pakistan wasnot developing rapidly. Army was keeping our public poor, who were neither ableto afford good food nor good clothing, they were even deprived of houses. Armywas creating obstacles in the establishment of democratic institutions, andlooked politicians doubtfully. They arrived on that decision that number ofarmed forces will have to be reduced, if Pakistani forces are decreased, India will beable to use its resources for economic and industrial development. India wanted to become a great economy and thiscould have been only fulfilled if she got rid off Pakistan army. Indira was wellaware that Pakistani army will never give up its interference in government, soonly solution was to badly defame Pakistan army by defeat in the war.“we will have to crush and humiliate your army, only after this peace amongboth countries is possible, only after this you will be able to restore therule of civil law in your country. ” Such thinking like Indira Mustafa hadalready heard from Bhutto, he always used to say that only after defeat in thebattlefield army will give up control to democracy. His thoughts proved true in1971 and his theory became further authenticated in his followers hearts. Manymembers of Peoples Party took it as only solution and Mustafa is one of them.

After his pilgrimage to India Mustafa got encouraged. Hegot the courage to publish his thoughts. ‘Economist’ published his article, itconsisted of four pages, in this article he wrote that Pakistan armywas the hurdle in the peace between Pak-India. After the publishing of thisarticle Indiadecided to establish special relations with Mustafa, and these relations weregiven official form. Mustafa was introduced with a high level official of RAW, hisname was ‘Joshi’ and posted in

Before writing anything about today’s topic I would like todiscuss few disclosures made by Wikileaks in the last year as these will behelpful to understand the current situation. On 8 December 2010, Wikileakspublished these documents on the net and all Pakistani newspapers publishedthem with headlines as they were linked to integrity and safety of Pakistan. Theimportant thing in these documents was that USA (United Satanic Alliance) itselfhas confessed that India is involved in armed interference in Pakistan alongwith evidence. With reference to these Cables of American embassy that Indianarmy and secret agencies are interfering in Baluchistan and Waziristan.According to this disclosure US govt. has severely criticized present andprevious armed and civilian leadership of India and it was verified that highercommand of Indian army is busy in a dangerous game through terrorism inPakistan. In these documents not only deep relations between Indian army andterrorist Hindu groups are discussed but they have been claimed as moredangerous than Al-Qaeda and Taliban for international peace.

Accordingto these Wikileaks America was of the view that the purpose of these linksbetween Indian army and terrorist Hindu groups is to crush Indian Muslims and pressurizePakistani ISI. These documents also include the details of a meeting between USdiplomat and Hemant Karkare who arrested an on duty Indian army officer ColonelPurohit along with evidence for terrorist act of burning Samjhota Express. Accordingto these reports, Karkare requested USA to pressurize Indian govt. for thesafety of his family and himself. He made this clear to US diplomat that Indiangovt. and establishment have decided to murder him for his crime of arrestingand unveiling terrorists within Indian army. In this meeting, Karkare also disclosed thenames of those Indian generals who were supporting and leading terroristswithin and outside Indian army.

Themost important aspect of these cables between US embassy in New Delhi and USgovt. in Washington is that US has rejected any doubt about ISI’s involvementin attacks on Indian hotels on 26 November 2008 in Mumbai. Moreover, DVDsconsisting of confession of Ajmal Qasab were also declared as fictional anddoubtful. Indian army’s “Cold Start War Doctrine” against Pakistan and Chinawas termed as fictional. Meanwhile US officials expressed astonishment thatplanning of Indian army revolves only around Pakistan and China. An earlier cabledescribed Indian Army is involved in gross human rights violations in IndianHeld part of Jammu and Kashmir while some Lt-Gen HS Panag, the thenGOC-in-Chief of the Northern Command of the Indian Army was equated withGeneral Milosevic of Bosnia with regard to butchering Muslims through warcrimes. The cable urged Washington to secretly divert UN attention towards thegenocide of innocent civilians in Kashmir on the hands of Indian Army and alsosuggested that US should avoid holding any joint drill with Indian army untilit stops inhuman activities in Kashmir. In these secret documents presence ofISI is verified in India however this was told as well that ISI is not involvedin any terrorist activities in India.

Meanwhilein another cable the death of Karkare in the Mumbai attacks has been mentionedas a staged drama and concerns were expressed over the loss of an importantlink and evidence. US govt. was also advised to ban all Indian organizationsincluding Hindu Council of America who were providing financial support to ShivSena and other Hindu terrorist organizations. US was also warned that if theseHindu terrorist groups are not brought to an end in the coming years they willprove a time bomb for the peace of the area. While on 15 April 2007, in Bareli ofUP province of India, during an election campaign Rahul Gandhi claimed fall ofDhaka as great achievement of his family, he disclosed that how more than 1billion Hindus in Bengal played their role in this conspiracy fulfilling theirreligious duty. Not only this, he addressed Pakistan in the west that do notworry we (Congress party) will get freedom for you as well. He was obviouslytalking to his friends in Pakistan who sometimes dream separation ofBaluchistan and sometimes they threaten to change the geography of Pakistan. Theyclaim Kala Bagh Dam as poison for Pakistan and water terrorism of India as itsbasic right, they blame Pakistan army for all the problems of Pakistan (i.e.existence of Pakistan until now is due to its army).

Duringthis period from Karachi to Peshawar all cities were filled with blood ofinnocents. There was not a single city of Pakistan that was saved fromterrorist attacks and suicide bombs. Thousands of innocent Pakistanis weremurdered in remote control bomb blasts. Several terrorists were arrested andastonishingly all belonged to Afghanistan. We kept silent on these terroristactivities (of world powers) and world did not give any importance to it. Justfew reports were published that KGB, Afghan KHAR, and Indian RAW are punishingPakistanis for war in Afghanistan. More astonishing fact is that few of theseterrorists who confessed their crimes in open trials, their links with theiragencies has been also proved with evidence, they are waiting for hanging inPakistani prisoners, and now our rulers are finding excuses for sending themback to India because they are Indians and India is our rulers’ most favoritenation. (This is the same terrorist state India which staged drama of Mumbaiattacks just to remove few of its honest police and intelligence officers andblamed Pakistan for its own terrorist acts because an important personality ofPakistan said that few non state actors of Pakistan might be involved in theseattacks).

At thattime US also participated in Afghan war foreseeing the defeat of Red army andSoviet army left Afghanistan with the gold medal of defeat in Afghanistan. However,Pakistan kept hosting 7 million Afghan migrants who became target of civil waras a result of inhuman policies of American and western forces for their damninterests. Half of these migrants are still living in Pakistan and AfghanPresident says that Pakistan will have to continue supporting them. On one sidewe had to bear this extra pressure on our already poor economy while on the otherhand a group of our intellectuals, and journalists were criticizing role ofPakistani army in afghan war as army’s policy to safeguard American interests. Theywere repeating the propaganda of India on international level. These (sold)minds that were against USA at that time, now they are supporting US policiesagainst Pakistani army and earning dollars for participating in propaganda warof enemies of Pakistan.

At that timewestern world had no time to think that how Osama, equipped with light weapons,wandering in the mountains of Afghanistan had got such a lamp of Aladdin thathe had got such latest and scientific techniques to control these pilots?Moreover how he forced these pilots who had been trained in USA to go on thejourney of death, and also guided them to leave documents containing theiridentity in their cars outside the airports so that later on Americans canarrest and torture their families?

Howeverin the last ten years team of engineers and scientists in Europe has provedthat in the light of experiments, 9/11 tragedy was a strange example ofAmerican state terrorism in which in order to achieve higher interests of USestablishment, such a terrorist drama was planned under the cover of which USgovt. succeeded in getting free hand for massacre of humanity in two sovereignstates. On the one hand these videos show the mountains of ToraBora changing into dust after due to US bombs after watching which manycountries have got afraid that if they dared to stand in front of US terrorismthey will be punished like Afghans hiding in Tora Bora. On the other hand thesevideos show American soldiers entering into Afghanistan with flowers, while fewafghan children in dirty clothes are along with them. The purpose behind thispropaganda was that they have not invaded Afghanistan but they had come to freethese people (from life). UNO had given them mandate to free Muslim public andmade Americans saviors. AfterAfghanistan, Iraq, then Libya and now Syria, God knows which Muslim countrywill be chosen next to quench the thirst of UNO for Muslim blood.

If welook at poor US public, the situation is that due to shortage of space forburial of US soldiers killed in Afghanistan, more than 250 corpses of USsoldiers were dumped into waste after burning them. Because the sports groundsand public parks in US cantonments have been filled with corpses of US soldierskilled in Afghanistan and Iraq. Now this process of burning and dumping of deadbodies of soldiers has become a conflict. Widow of one such soldier has decidedto go to US judiciary, she is of the view that these soldiers have given uptheir lives for Americans not that their corpses should be burnt and dumpedinto waste.

USAconsiders Pakistan army responsible for defeat of US forces in Afghanistan,because Pakistani army had not played any role in genocide of Afghans. USA isnot ready to accept that Pakistan has given sacrifice of more than 5000security personnel (mostly in attacks planned in Afghanistan) and more than35,000 innocent Pakistani people. Now USA wants to blame Pakistan for herdefeat so that she may run away from here, take some rest and attack some otherMuslim country to drink the blood of Muslims. But Pakistan is not ready tosacrifice anymore for USA (United Satanic Alliance). The reward of sacrificesof Pakistani nation has been given by USA in the attack on Pakistani posts on26 November. Whole nation is protesting against it and ISAF commander generalAllen says that such attacks may occur in future as well. This is an attempt tofurther agitate Pakistani nation. Not only this the propaganda against Pakistanarmy is also going on to create conflict between Pakistani public and army. Thishas now recently adopted the form of “Memo Gate Scandal”. The Dream of Peace in Afghanistan without Pakistan?

The attacks on Pakistani posts on the night of 26 Novemberon one hand has increased the tension on the western borders and pushed thewhole towards the brink of war while on the other hand this has also theimportance of Pakistan for peace in Afghanistan more eminent. According tothem dream of peace and prosperity in Afghanistan without Pakistan is like afool’s paradise which can never be turned into reality. American journalist “JohnBolden” terms Bonn Conference as a fish that cannot live without water. He isof the view that without Pakistan the conference is a heinous joke with thefuture of Afghanistan. If it was not possible to postpone Bonn conference forfew weeks or months then it was necessary that Pakistan’s participation wasmade obvious. The call of Obama to his Pakistani counterpart before few hoursof Bonn conference is beyond rationalism, on the one hand they are soothing Pakistanover deaths of Pakistani soldiers and on the other hand lower level American officialsare indulged in threatening Pakistan, then what does this mean? Does this meanthat there is a third force, which wants to keep Pakistan away from playing anyrole in the peace of Afghanistan? Last yearwhen American finalized its plan for retreat from Afghanistan, Pakistan hasoffered to train afghan army but India was given preference. This shows thatUSA is not willing that Afghanistan should enjoy peace and prosperity after USretreat. Is US doing this just to keep running her ordinance factories so thatwar goes on and White House controls Afghan resources in future as well or isthis all just for India so that Pakistan gets busy on western border and India may plan an aggression? American helicopters equipped with latest weapons and nightvisions attacked Pakistani posts, Pakistani soldiers retaliated weapons thatwere not sufficient to stop such (terrorist) attack. The soldier who was tryingto shoot at helicopters with only anti-aircraft gun was shot down by missilefired from NATO helicopter, after his martyrdom commander of the postMajor Mujahid took the position over theAAA gun, and started attacking these helicopters by changing his positions, buthe was hit by the American missile in the open field and his body spread overthe motherland in pieces. NATO helicopters targeted each and every soldier overthe post as they were taking revenge (for stopping their terrorists). Than howcan they dare to investigate their own (terrorist) pilots?

How and from whatresources these expenses will be met this will be decided next year conferencein Japan. Now the question is why USA and Europeans want to enact such a bigarmy in a country like Afghanistan that is totally land-locked in spite oftheir drowning economies and what are the reasons behind their investments overafghan army? The only reasonable answers that these internationals are nowplanning to capture resources in Middle East but this is impossible without Pakistan.These imperialists are using India as bait and India is also ready to beutilized and as a reward India wants to capture Pakistan that is unluckilyimpossible. However in such WAR GAME we look at our leaders it is astonishingthat they are ignorant of what is happening around Pakistan, what type ofproblems Pakistan will have to face in the future, then is only armyresponsible to safeguard integrity and interests of country?

Hilaryvisited Islamabad to decrease this tension but Deputy Commander of NATO GeneralKrits started blaming Pakistan and issued statement, “terrorists attack Americanand allied forces with the support of Pakistan army and when terrorists areattacking allied forces Pakistani soldiers on the border stay silent this showsthey are supporting terrorists attacks”. Here this should be kept in mind thatGeneral Krits also belongs to US army, than is there any lack of communicationbetween US govt. and its Generals deployed in Afghanistan or all this is beingdone just to befool the international community? Because on the midnight ofFriday-Saturday the posts of Pakistan army named as Salala, Waali Chalo andBoulder attacked by NATO like thieves, are those check posts which were mentionedin General Krits statement. Than is this not surprising that just five hoursbefore the attack ISAF Commander John Allen met General Kiyani?

Now letscome towards NATO attack, whole world is surprised because no apparent reasonis visible behind this terrorist attack. But the harsh reaction of Pakistan andcutting NATO supply via Pakistan has made White House restless, while on theother hand a new misleading statement has been issued that allied forces werebusy in operation against terrorists in front of these post, the soldiers onthese posts fired rounds over allied forces and as a reaction the commander ofallied forces requested for air support and thus NATO air force targeted Pakistaniposts. In this way state terrorists of more than two dozen countries, enemiesof Pakistan in the form of Northern Alliance and master minds of this terroristact has tried to give a new color to this attack, but unbiased defense analystsof the whole world are not ready to accept this crafted version of stateterrorism as true. Because on the other hand Afghan President or Afghan ForeignMinistry has not issued any statement in support of NATO allegations and secondUNO has not allowed NATO to conduct any operations or attacks outside Afghanistan.

However here we will have to look that who wasbenefiting from poor situation of peace in Pakistan and what were the hiddenpurposes behind these attacks? If we look at NATO we cannot find a singlecountry member of NATO who may benefit for this. The NATO officials should havealso known that if their supply via Pakistan is halted than their stability in Afghanistanwill be difficult. Because on the night of 30 September when NATO helicoptershad attacked Pakistani check post and martyred 3 Pakistani soldiers and afterone day later when tribal elders who were gathered for peace talks weremartyred in the bombardment, so as a reaction NATO supply was temporarilyhalted, so this brought minds of NATO on ground and ISAF and NATO both requestedforgiveness in written form. But the continuous of these terrorist acts by NATOand attack on 26 November is very heinous. Some defense analysts are of theview that this is a message from US forces, other claim it as American responseto forced resignation of Hussein Haqqani, Pakistani ambassador to USA. In thesame way the reaction of UAE on the order of closure of Shamsi airbase is alsovery strange, because govt. has been telling the nation that this airbase is inuse of brother Islamic country UAE, but seems the reality was different thanthis. Because how is this possible that NATO attacks Pakistan and as a reactionUAE is ordered to close airbase? Not only this UAE has requested Pakistan to bepatient and wait till results of NATO investigations are available. This requestwas rejected by Pakistan.

Moreoverthere is another aspect which needs attention, after alleged attack of NATOpeople are raising questions about the capability of Pakistan army, that whydid not the soldiers on watch at the time of attack retaliate? If like thisenemy airforce can enter any part of country through any part of border andtargets any important installations than will the soldiers be killed likeunarmed men? In the present situation when Pakistani nation is much angry andpessimist, the army is also enraged. As a result Pakistani nation has starteddemanding that the relations with the USA should be amended and moreover Pakistanshould get out of so-called war on terror and the war should be limited to militantswho are attacking Pakistan, who are supported by USA, Israel and India covertly.Otherwise no matter how much well organized a militant group it is impossiblefor them to stand in front of Pakistan security forces without financial andmilitary aid. Pakistan should not be sacrificed for interests of USA any more.

Howeverwhatever has happened we may take it as a chance provided by nature to get ridof America, who has enslaved Pakistan in the name of aid. The most painfulaspect of friendship with USA is that after Pakistan joined so-called American waron terror Pakistan is the only country which has to bear the most of the loss. Morethan 30000 innocent citizens became target of suicide and terrorist attacks. Theironly was that their rulers have decided to join USA in its so-called war onterror or state terrorism. In this way including General to soldier Pakistani nationhas sacrificed more than 6000 personnel of security forces. After such greatsacrifices Pakistan army did not lose courage, after complete movement ofcitizens to safe places, clearing Swar and Malakand and than rehabilitation oflocals is such a great achievement of Pak-Army that one can hardly find andexample.

The warcapabilities of Pak-army and their sacrifices are also acknowledged by defenseanalysts. But the criticism of US critics, Congress members, candidate forPresidentship are not only painful but disgusting, they are always blaming Pakistanthat it has done nothing against terrorism in spite of US aid which we neverreceived. What we need to do is to:

Take the battle across the Durand Line. Read them the riot act and ask them toeither withdraw their forces. After all the writ of the Pakistani state hardlyruns there, so you are not going to be changing anything dramatically exceptfor sending the Punjabis back home. After aggressive attacks of NATO all the relations with USA should be reconsidered and a clear policy should be established. In the beginning the court martial of NATO pilots should be demanded who attacked Pakistani posts. Moreover the commander of ISAF who requested the air support, the commander of ISAF air base who provided these pilots with location and maps of Pakistani post and gave them clearance for flight should be also court martial. This demand should be forwarded from Pakistan Parliament and USA should be made clear that Pakistani nation is not ready to accept anything less than that. As the result of court martial this will be also cleared that whether this attack was a conspiracy at local level or the higher officials of ISAF also part of this. This will be cleared that whether any role of India or Northern alliance was involved in this aggression or not?
In spite of accepting superiority of India just for US interests and creating troubles for other small countries of the country, the talks should be initiated with India to resolve disputes. After all disputes with India are resolved than India should be given access to Middle East. Because this is no more a secret that USA wants to transfer its corporate sector in India where there is abundance of cheap labor and also in order to control energy crises and destroying US economy.
26 November has passed and that with silence? Is not this strange that after 2008 first time India has remained silent on 26 November, no statement has been issued about Mumbai attacks, even Indian media did not publish any memorial news report. This is against the habit of India, than was the attack of NATO on the night of 26 November a mere coincidence or something else? This should be also investigated. Maybe RAW is behind this attack.

The history of armed dictatorship in the history of Pakistanis very old. The shortcomings of the politicians have been always tried to hideby giving this the name of the ‘Lust’ of the dictators for power. Afterwardsafter long struggle and protest campaigns as soon as democracy is restored thematch for political war is once again arranged. Corruption, bribery, and nepotism goes to such heights that publicstarts yelling. Their lives are made difficult, lawlessness spreads in such away that people are forced to worry about their lives, they once again startprotesting. Opposition or those politicians who are out of govt. also startrequesting army to interfere ignoring democratic values and this results innegative i.e. army once takes over the govt. on this drums are beaten and inthis way a new era of campaign against military dictatorship starts. But no onelearns the lesson, neither the politicians who get power leave theirdictatorial behavior nor those who are outside of power remember to safeguardrights of public when they get elected.

Howeverafter long dictatorship of Pervaiz Musharaf when democracy was restored underthe umbrella of ‘N.R.O’ every Pakistani was hopeful that the era of mutualpolitical rivalries will not return, all the politicians will join their hands tochange the concept state and make it according to the very basics of democracy.They will utilize their powers for the development and well-being of the nationand country. Moreover by working for the betterment of public they will try torestore the public trust over the politicians. So that if next time someonetries to derail democracy the public forms the wall between dictator andpoliticians.

No one is ready to consider the actual problems and solvethem. If we look at the govt., this seems that country is in the clutches ofbankrupts, influential lords, smugglers, corrupt bureaucracy, specific mafia ofbuilders and property dealers and black marketers. They are exploiting 95% ofPakistani public in the form of Elites. Their lust and greed for money has nowformed the shape of insult of national institutions and political andideological clash.

Is thisonly in Pakistan that privileged elites are busy in looting the publicresources? Many analysts are of the view that these elites only make 5% of thetotal population of Pakistan. They are controlling resources of 95% people ofPakistan. But now it seems that in the whole world public is protesting againstsuch like problems. The control of few people over resources of majority thatis known as ‘Banking & Corporate Greed’ in Europe, has become a universalproblem. People are protesting against profit taking investors and are claimingthat ‘Capitalism’ (which has born out of democracy) is enemy of 99% ofpopulation. Everywhere public representatives in the parliaments are beingtermed as ‘cheaters’. They deceived the public to fill up the coffers ofinvestors who are already playing in billions. The rights and resources of 99%public has been sold to multinationals and their owners who are blind in thegreed of wealth (majority of them consists of Jews).

Fewmonths ago it was hard to imagine that in the USA and Europe, people will startprotesting like public of third world countries, they will take to the roadsand will be forced to protest against their own selected representatives andwill term them as guards of 1% elites. These civilized people will occupy roadsand demand their basic rights? On 17^th September 2011 when 700unemployed men protested on the building of Stock Exchange, situated in WallStreet, no one gave them any importance, even the so called flag bearer ofhuman rights and democratic values, Western Media boycotted their protest. Untilthen these people were demanding their President Obama, that he should endinfluence of investors and corporations involved in ‘War Industry’ withinAmerican Congress and American politicians. 99% of American public should begiven their rights, unemployment should be brought to an end and they should begiven their basic right to live. But like third world countries American govt.tried to control protestors through heinous torture by police to suppress thevoices of innocents. Dozens of men and women were put into jails.

Thenews of state torture over peaceful protestors was neither published by anystate media nor by international electronic media. However the news andpictures about the protest over Wall Street and state violence were shown andread not only by West but whole world via internet and Twitter. In this waythousands of people took to the roads to express their solidarity with thevictims of police torture. They were holding the banners of ‘Occupy WallStreet’, here this should be kept in mind that protestors has use ‘Occupy WallStreet’ as a slogan on facebook and Internet. This slogan spread like the wildfire and protest spread to 951 cities of 82 countries. Like New York everywhereprotestors were severely tortured to disperse them thus providing fresh fuel tothe movement and this feeling is now wide spread that in the name of‘Democracy’ such politicians has been imposed on the public who are busy insucking the blood of public. Moreover they are also busy in filling the coffersof militant investors who provide them financial support during electioncampaigns. In this way within few days the protesting movement spread to allthose big countries like USA, Britain, Italy, Japan, France, New Zealand,Germany, Greek, Spain, Australia including all those who were with USA toattack Iraq or Afghanistan. During the portests many such banners are visiblecondemning USA and Britain for illegal control of economies of those countriesattacked by USA. In this way on the international in spite of forced ‘Blackout’ not only protest is going but violence has also been involved. The freshexample of this is severe torture of state police over students of DavisUniversity of California. On the internet such messages are being sent that theprocess of change has started on the international level, caretaker politiciansof capitalism will not be able to suppress 99% public. Through the internetthis news has been broke that by attacking Libya on Britain has gained more 200Billions. After such like reports, the President Hugo Chavez of most richcountry of Latin America i.e. ‘Venezuela’ has declared, he will transfer stateassets to China or Russia. Because after the situation of Iraq and Libya he isafraid that USA, Britain along with other European countries might attackVenezuela to loot its resources to support their sinking banks and capitaliststructure.

People around the world are wondering when the suffering in the name of 9/11 will end; if we don’t stand up to the criminals the answer is never. people in the millions, directly and indirectly, are victims of 9/11. The many are paying dearly for the crimes of the very few. The reader might wonder if things could get worse – The answer is yes.It gets worse when you learn the truth; the few who have committed the serious crimes are not bin Laden and his followers. The crimes are much bigger than anything bin Laden actually committed. The few who have committed those crimes are living worry free and come from within the Bush administration and those within the Obama administration who are capitalizing on the crimes.If we do not prosecute those criminals, the suffering will never end.The lie we were told after 9/11 is that Osama bin Laden is responsible for the attacks in New York.Ed Haas’ work and mine prove otherwise. Our work, combined, shows that “Bin Laden is a patsy who was aided and abetted at every turn during the execution of the attacks by components in the Bush administration.If law enforcement were allowed to do their work, Bin Laden’s complicity would have been limited to conspiring and planning the attacks and thousands in Manhattan, Afghanistan, and Iraq, would have been alive today.”The above is an excerpt from an article Ed Haas and I co-wrote in the summer of 2007. By that time Ed Haas’ Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests were not all answered by the various branches of the US Government; Central Command’s (CENTCOM’s) response was still missing.His requests relate to the only evidence the US government had provided showing bin Laden’s guilt. I will shortly list all the responses chronologically but first will give you what prompted this barrage of FOIA requests, whose responses show how over time the US government tried its best to distance itself from the evidence that they themselves provided.In June 2006, Ed Haas wrote an article “FBI says, it has “No hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11”. Ed was wondering why the FBI had not indicted bin Laden for the 9/11 attacks so he contacted Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI. When asked why there is no mention of 9/11 on Bin Laden’s Most Wanted web page, Tomb said:The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on Usama Bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11.” Surprised by the ease in which this FBI spokesman made such an astonishing statement, I asked, “How this was possible?” Tomb continued, “Bin Laden has not been formally charged in connection to 9/11.” I asked, “How does that work?” Tomb continued, “The FBI gathers evidence. Once evidence is gathered, it is turned over to the Department of Justice. The Department of Justice than decides whether it has enough evidence to present to a federal grand jury. In the case of the 1998 United States Embassies being bombed, Bin Laden has been formally indicted and charged by a grand jury. He has not been formally indicted and charged in connection with 9/11 because the FBI has no hard evidence connected Bin Laden to 9/11.”You must all find this incredible; after all, a war in Afghanistan that has killed thousands, which expanded into Pakistan and continues to kill to this date, was based on bin Laden being responsible. Also, many in the “Truth Movement” and people around the world who had suspicions of the United States and its policies used this FBI statement of “no hard evidence” to support their own convictions, albeit for various reasons, that the United States itself was behind the attacks. The truth was somewhere in between.As soon as I became aware of Ed Haas’ work, I contacted him; it was August 2006. I shared with him my work that was published a few weeks earlier on counterpunch.org titled “Osama’s Confession; Osama’s Reprieve” and my opinion as to why bin Laden was not indicted for 9/11 even though the American government had presented the world with that tape in which bin Laden clearly showed prior knowledge of the attacks as evidence of his guilt. I explained, the tape could not be submitted to a federal grand jury without providing both, chain of custody and authentication. Also, if authenticated, the authentication itself would corroborate my findings and show the complicity of the American government in the attacks.On the issue of authentication, It is a fact that, to this day, the videotape released by the Pentagon on December 13, 2001, of bin Laden “confessing”, has not been authenticated by the US government or any other government, media outlet, or institution capable of performing the work; the closest thing to an authentication is “Osama’s Confession; Osama’s Reprieve”.Also, in August of 2006, responses to Ed’s FOIA requests started trickling in. Ed, an ex-military who understood its bureaucracy and record keeping, launched in reaction to Rex Tomb’s disclosures, a barrage of FOIA requests that correctly focused on chain of custody and authentication. The following are the responses in chronological order:1. August 2006, the FBI’s response: “The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure pursuant to Title 5, United States Code, Section 552, Subsection (b)(7)(A). Ed Haas appealed the FBI’s decision and I reminded him that the investigation had started almost five years earlier and should have been completed by now. For the record, to this day, the FBI has not released any results of the investigation, interim or otherwise and no material relating to authentication that Ed Haas had requested. Ed Haas won the appeal and a few months later the FBI sent a letter saying that it could not find any records responsive to his request. 2. September 2006, the DoD/Pentagon's response: “The office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs conducted a search of its files and located no record responsive to your request. Responsive records, to the extent they exist, mostly likely would be found at the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) and I suggest that you submit a FOIA request to that command at…” This is the most bizarre response. If we give the Pentagon the benefit of the doubt, chain of custody or portions of the chain might reside at CENTCOM but any authentication work prior to the release must reside with the Pentagon; the Pentagon would not even release information relating to the hiring of the two translators, George Michael and Dr. Kassem M. Wahba, which Ed Haas specifically requested in his FOIA.3. June 2007, the CIA’s response: ”In accordance with section 3.6(a) of Executive Order 12958, as amended, the CIA can neither confirm nor deny the existence or nonexistence of records responsive to your request. The fact of the existence or nonexistence of requested records is properly classified and is intelligence sources and methods information that is protected from disclosure by section 6 of the CIA Act of 1949, as amended. Therefore, the Agency has denied your request pursuant to FOIA exemptions (b)(1) and (b)(3). “ Based on the types of exemptions the CIA took, Ed Haas correctly interpreted the response as confirmation of what Ed Vulliamy and Jason Burke reported in The Observer of London, three days after the bin Laden confession tape was release by the Pentagon, “although absolutely genuine, is the result of a sophisticated sting operation run by the CIA through a second intelligence service, possibly Saudi or Pakistani”, and my extensive analysis of the bin Laden “confession” tape had reached the CIA sting operation conclusion and, without speculation, that the other intelligence service was clearly Saudi.4. December 2009, CENTCOM responds two years after receiving Ed’s request: “Pursuant to procedures established in 5 U.S.C. 552, Freedom of Information Act and DOD 5400.7-R, Department of Defense FOIA Program, our search included all existing records in USCENTCOM. Despite our extensive search for documents pertaining to your request, we were unable to locate responsive documents.” – Please note the use of the word extensive and ask yourself, if CENTCOM, the command responsible for the Afghan theater of operations did not have any chain of custody records, how did the bin Laden “confession” video come to be.From these responses, the US government would like us to believe that the tape’s existence was due to a divine miracle; a tape materializing out of thin air.There is only one plausible conclusion; the video tape was the result of a sting operation run by the CIA.Also, as I show in “Osama’s Confession; Osama’s Reprieve”, every statement, supposedly statements of facts regarding the tape, issued by the Pentagon or uttered by its officials was proven wrong; 100% of everything they said was wrong, which led me to say, if 10% was wrong, it would be an honest mistake, if 40% was wrong, it would be serious incompetence, but when 100% is wrong, it is simply intentional and a whole bunch of lies.The following is the correct timeline of how the tape was produced.On September 21, 2001, a sting operation targeting bin Laden was launched from Saudi Arabia. The main character in the sting operation was a Saudi Intelligence operative named Sheikh Kalid Al-Harbi.The sting operation had two parts, the first part, conceived after 9/11, was to tape bin Laden confessing, the second part, which was the original goal of the sting prior to 9/11, and possibly as far back as the Clinton administration, was to capture bin Laden or kill him.The first part was conducted successfully around September 26, 2001, and we all have seen bin Laden at a dinner gathering practically, if not legally, confessing to the 9/11 attacks. For the second part, the capture or kill, one of Al-Harbi’s companions was left behind in order to alert American Special Forces to bin Laden’s return to the village.Al-Harbi, had left Saudi Arabia on September 21 with at least two companions to Afghanistan by way of Iran; as determined from the translation of the confession tape.A side bar here, the Iranian government who issued Al-Harbi and his two companions their travel visas have a lot of hard information about him and can get access to even more. While doing my investigative work into the video tape, I contacted the Iranian authorities through their UN ambassador.The email dated 12/22/2005 had a series of about twenty very specific questions relating to material the Iranian authority possessed and suggestions as to where relevant material that they have access to can be found. One of the specific questions that the Iranians could have answered was the date the visas were issuedIt is also likely that all those individuals received their visas at the same time from the embassy or consulate in Saudi; unless the visas were forged. If they received their visas prior to 9/11, that would also give the article I am writing a different dimension.The response from Iran’s UN Ambassador, Javad Zarif, was boilerplate; “I applaud your endeavors to investigate and report true and unbiased stories…I am not optimistic that I will get any answers.” I was not that optimistic either but had to try. The Iranian government did not respond because it did not want to reveal that it was co-operating with Saudi Intelligence against Al-Qaida and in this specific case indirectly co-operating with American Intelligence.This co-operation with Saudi intelligence continued when they allowed Sheikh Al-Harbi to surrender, as part of an Al-Qaida amnesty program, on July 13, 2004, at the Saudi Embassy in Iran in order to conceal his real whereabouts after the taping; more on that later.Now back to the timeline.Following the taping around September 26, 2001, Al-Harbi left Afghanistan with one companion and made the tape available to his handlers; American intelligence. The other companion was left behind in order to execute the second part of the sting, the capture or kill.In early October 2001, three things happened that are worth noting:1. Pakistan's foreign ministry spokesman, Mohammed Riaz Khan, said: "There is sufficient grounds for indictment in terms of the material we have seen and we have studied."…” He added: "This material certainly provides a sufficient basis for an indictment in a court of law." NATO declared article 5 – “Frank Taylor, the US Ambassador at Large and Co-ordinator for Counter-terrorism briefed the North Atlantic Council - NATO's top decision-making body- on 2 October on the results of investigations into the 11 September terrorist attacks against the United States. As a result of the information he provided to the Council, it has been clearly determined that the individuals who carried out the attacks belonged to the world-wide terrorist network of Al-Qaida, headed by Osama bin Laden and protected by the Taleban regime in Afghanistan.”3. Statements by Tony Blair – If we combine Tony Blair’s statement to the BBC on September 30, 2001, and, to Parliament on October 4, 2001, we get the following “he [Blair] has been shown strong evidence linking Bin Laden to the attacks… the evidence from intelligence services was "powerful and incontrovertible”… the evidence we have is intelligence and highly sensitive. It is not possible without compromising people or security to release precise details”All of these three incidents indicate that there was strong evidence that bin Laden was guilty and, even though the “confession video” was not released by the Pentagon until December 13, 2001, it was clearly available through intelligence to the parties above.Also, the parties above were crucial partners of the US for conducting war and invading Afghanistan. Meanwhile, the Taliban were offering bin Laden in exchange for conclusive evidence of his guilt in order to avoid war.Not supplying such evidence to the Taliban in exchange for bin Laden in order to avert war is a clear violation of the UN Charter and The Geneva Convention thereby rendering the war criminal; but there is more proof of criminality below. The US had the option of supplying the evidence to the Taliban, keep preparing for war, and go to war with the least amount of delay if the Taliban did not produce bin Laden; America’s intentions were clearly war.It is important to put pressure on those who were in the Musharaf regime and those in his Foreign Ministry, such as Mr. Khan, who were privy to the evidence and force them to come clean.The sophistication of the sting operation indicate that it was designed at least three to six months prior to 9/11 which is a clear indicator of prior knowledge by the US government and would explain the inaction of the CIA and the FBI even when they received actionable intelligence about the highjackers prior to 9/11 that would have stopped the attacks.Also, if the sting operation was designed to kill or capture as its primary objective, and the United States opted for the taping only in order to provide evidence that deceived NATO and others into supporting its war, it makes it imperative that the democracies that constitute NATO ask that the evidence behind the declaration of Article 5, be released.November 2, 2001. The Saudi intelligence operative left behind in that village alerts US intelligence that bin Laden is back to visit his family. Two Black Hawk helicopters, most likely belonging to the Navy Seals Team 6, lift off from the USS Roosevelt on the mission to capture or kill bin Laden. The weather over that area of Afghanistan was sleet and freezing rain, the time was close to midnight. Based on the weather and the darkness, the flight by itself was a suicide mission.Upon arrival to the outskirts of that village, a prototype Predator drone operated by the CIA was in the same air space as those helicopters. The drone and one of the helicopters collide.William F. and David S. (last name withheld in order to comply with American law) of the CIA confirmed that the Predator drone collided with the helicopter; they also stated that the collision was intentional in order to sabotage the mission.Since William and David refused to answer specific questions, I reported the collision as a fact that I independently reached instead of using their version that I could not confirm. Later I learned that these two CIA guys were given the task of derailing my investigation and preventing the publication of the results in any mainstream publication; my mistrust was in the right place.Intentional or not, the mission was sabotaged, the Pentagon told us that the helicopters were on a mission to retrieve an ill or injured soldier and that it crashed due to bad weather. The second helicopter rescued the crew while the F-14 that had left the same carrier in support of the mission bombed the crashed helicopter in order to destroy any sensitive material.The name of one soldier on the crashed helicopter is known, Staff Sergeant Pabela, most likely a native of Guam. I don’t know if we can believe the Pentagon when it claimed that there were no injuries. If there were, S. Sgt Pabela would be the first known casualty in the hunt for bin Laden and the first casualty from a Predator drone attack or accident.November 3 and 4, 2001. Bin Laden’s kids videotaped by Al-Jazeera playing with the wreckage of the downed helicopter. Also on those dates, extensive taping by Mokhtar, the person trusted by bin Laden to look after his kids while away. Mukhtar taped the kids climbing the hill near the village to view the wreckage at the crash site. There is also video taping of bin Laden’s son Hamza indoors handling smaller wreckage pieces including Predator landing gear. The indoor taping included close-ups of equipment tags which helped identify the aircrafts they came from.November 8 or 9, 2001. The village is overrun, the Saudi intelligence operative is collected by American special forces or intelligence. Video material the operative managed to record was collected so was video material from the bin Ladin family residence. These two video sources will later be used in an attempt to camouflage the covert tape of September 26, 2001.November 14, 2001. The event indicates that Tony Blair was almost obsessed in providing video evidence of bin-Laden confessing. Without Al-Jazeera’s knowledge or consent, Tony Blair obtained a taping of an interview Al-Jazeera conducted with bin Laden. Due to bin Laden not fulfilling the interview agreement with Al-Jazeera, intimidating their interviewer and technicians, and putting conditions on Al-Jazeera that would have removed any journalistic value, Al-Jazeera decided not to air it. An early release of a Snippet from the tape by David Bamber of the Sunday Telegraph of London alerted Al-Jazeera that it was their tape and quickly moved to have Tony Blair return it, most likely threatening legal action.On November 14, The Washington Post reports how Blair introduce the tape evidence in Parliament, “The British government did not release the video or a full transcript, saying it does not have a copy of the video but has information about it from intelligence sources.” And basically whatever Blair shared with the British Parliament was hearsay. The British mainstream media did not mount any serious challenge to the video committing a disappearing act and never challenged the value of what Blair presented. Still, taking such a tremendous risk by obtaining an unauthorized copy can only be justified if NATO members were promised video evidence and all they got prior to declaring Article 5 were assurances that such evidence existed and that it would be provided.Again, it is imperative that the democracies of Europe begin questioning NATO’s role as America’s backdoor that bypasses their democratic processes and the backdoor to the rapid EU expansion eastward, diluting the Euro, and diluting European independence as newer countries were indebted to the United States for both their NATO and EU memberships.December 13, 2001. The Pentagon releases the bin Laden “confession tape”. The tape is an out of sequence collage from three sources, the covert taping of bin Laden visiting with Al-Harbi, tapings by Saudi intelligence operative left behind by Al-Harbi, and home videotapes from the bin Laden family residence.This “confession tape” is by far the worst attempt to conceal that the taping of bin Laden was the result of sting operation. The material that was added, especially from the bin Laden family home videotapes, had so much information that made it fairly easy to produce the timeline I presented and uncover US criminality.December 14, 2001. Attorney Thomas Henry, on behalf of Leo Wanta, sends a report by fax to vice president Dick Cheney using two different fax numbers, which indicate that the material in the report was important.The report places Khalid Al-Harbi, the visitor in the bin Laden “confession tape” at the Midtown Hotel Metro Manila, Philippines, on October 15, 2001, in the presence of Brad Lee representative of the “company”, i.e. CIA, and, SAC Robert Wachtel, i.e. FBI.The report goes on to say that Al-Harbi was observed over a period of time and on several occasions and that he was about to invite those observing him to visit him at his residence; all important elements for a positive identification even though he was using an alias.The fact that Al-Harbi was in the presence of two agents of the American government is another confirmation that the “confession video” was the result of a sting operation.July 13, 2004. Al-Harbi surrenders at the Saudi embassy in Iran. His surrender in Iran was designed to conceal the fact that his hideout was the Philippines. Iran was still co-operating with Saudi intelligence and by now knowingly co-operating with its nemesis; American intelligence.From the timeline above, there is plenty or criminality to go around; Iran, Saudi Arabia, the highest echelons of NATO, the Musharraf regime, and on top are the Bush and Obama administrations.The crimes committed worldwide are innumerable and should be considered high crimes against humanity.The crimes that are punishable by US law are the following:

1. Murder – for each soldier and civilian killed as a result of the war on terror.

2. Dereliction of duty – for not capturing bin Laden when they had the best chance; the night he was taped confessing.

3. Treason – By declassifying the tape, a by-product of a failed and highly sensitive intelligence operation, to justify an illegal policy of aggression to the detriment of America’s own national security, the Bush administration committed high treason.

4. Aiding and Abetting a Criminal – When Bin Laden eventually saw himself on TV confessing he realized that the taping was done by a covert camera and realized how close intelligence were to capturing him; Bin Laden would never let anyone that close again.Again, it is imperative that an independent body authenticate the bin Laden “confession tape” in a transparent manner. If crimes are committed, perpetrators should be prosecuted and punished.If you are reading this material for the first time, I assure you it is not new. It is only combining my work and that of Ed Haas in order to give you a complete narrative.The material was shared directly with the highest levels of law enforcement in the United States. I even managed to have Dr. James Zogby, founder and president of the Arab American Institute, present the material to John Conyers who was at the time the head of the Judiciary Committee in a Democratic controlled congress. The following is the response I received from Dr. Zogby: “I read your work. I have every confidence that John Conyers is apprised of the situation and will proceed with investigations accordingly.” That was back in February of 2007, more than 4 years ago.The crime I uncovered is far bigger than Watergate and no one within the US government is willing to investigate and prosecute. This led me to say in a recent interview with the Corbett Report that “the American government is a criminal enterprise”. It is unfortunate but true.Many people have died as a consequence of this synthetic war on terror; no one should have died.Many people such as Muslims in the west have been treated as third class citizens; they have been persecuted, entrapped, and prosecuted.New laws, supposedly put in place after 9/11 in order to protect democracies, are being used to prosecute in an attempt to silence those who are trying to expose the truth.Governments other than the US started claiming their own war on terror and people with legitimate grievances were labeled terrorists by the governments who deny them their rights; Chechnya and Uyghurs in China come to mind.

He conditioned his visit to Pakistan with effectivecrackdown against terrorists (this is a golden chance for Pakistan to conductsurgical strikes over terrorist camps in India, as her leader wants that). Whileour Hindu-Jewish media of Pakistan was telling us, that Man Mohan Singh hasaccepted invitation to visit Pakistan. But shame is over those of our Great Intellectualswho are preaching Pakistani nation that not only Kashmir dispute but all otherdisputes with India should be ignored just for friendship with her. Thesebastards are always worried to fulfill their duty for which they are paid byIndia and Jews; however, their hands cannot dare to write anything about massgraves in Indian Held Kashmir.

Here Iwould like to briefly state the story of mass graves in Indian Held Kashmirwhich is not only heart crushing but also a blow to our shameless intellectualswho are not only supporting friendly relations with murderer of humanity i.e.India; but also shamelessly providing fake arguments. Mass Graves in IndianHeld Kashmir were discovered when a 70year old grave digger, “Ata’a Muhammad” told guests from Delhi on 1 July 2009that he has helped Indian soldiers to bury hundreds of corpses. These guestsincluded representatives of IPTHR and two journalists. Ata’a Muhammad told themthat he has buried about 235 corpses and huge number of other persons like himhad been helping Indian army. He took journalists and human rights activists onthe spot where these corpses were buried. Organization for human rights “InternationalPeoples Tribunal for Human Rights” started the digging of the graves anddug up many human skeletons within three months. On 7^th October,2009 Indian Convener for IPTHR, “Angna Chatarjee” disclosed in a pressconference that her organization has dug up more than twenty sic hundredcorpses in last few weeks. Although India succeeded in suppressing this newswhich was very heart crushing but it was impossible for India to stop internetfrom publishing the reality. This forced India to establish an investigationcommission. This commission took forward the discovery of mass graves in thejungles of Kashmir along with representatives of IPTHR. Possibly commission mighthave not investigated further but on the pressure of Human Rights Organizationsin August 2011, in which it was stated that Indian govt. had buried 2730corpses in the mass graves. These people were terrorists. However 574 wereidentified as citizens of Indian Held Kashmir while rest were terrorists from Pakistan.It was also stated in the report that no one was ready to receive dead bodiesso they were buried in mass graves.

This reportwas rejected by IPTHR as fraudulent. In a press conference the organizationrevealed that massacre, burial in mass graves has been going since 1997, andthe numbers of corpses buried in such mass graves are more than fifty thousand.They further disclosed that since September 2009 to August 2011 they havediscovered more than 2000 mass graves in Indian Held Kashmir. But theorganization does not have the resources to dig up the human remains and preservethem. Representatives of organization also condemned criminal negligence of internationalmedia and Western countries over massacre of Kashmiri people in Indian HeldKashmir. Angna Chattarjee is of the view that at this time the biggest problemis to conduct the DNA tests over these human remains, so that the corpses canbe identified and handed over to their families who have been buried in sorrowalive waiting for their loved ones. She also revealed that examination of thesedug up skeletons and corpses shows that they were shot dead in the head fromzero distance.

Such heinousdiscovery of mass graves in Indian Held Kashmir should have jolted the so-calledcivilized world, because there is no such example in the world of suchgenocide. In the Palestine, Palestinians are denied of all basic rights to livebut even in Israel no such graves have been discovered (or human rightsorganizations does not have any access). Here one point is very important thatthousands of organizations over the globe are active for support of Palestinians.One can find hundreds of pictures, articles, news reports on internet websitesabout human rights violations and in support of Palestine. People from all overthe globe are supporting freedom of Palestine. Most of the people come fromUSA. Alas! No such support for the protection of innocent Kashmiri people is observedanywhere. They have along history for struggle and sacrifices of freedom butbiased media is not ready to give any coverage to these people. Because thismedia and their countries have interests in economy of India.

AmnestyInternational declared discovery of such a huge number of mass graves as moraldefeat of India. Indian citizen living in USA and working as higher official ofAmnesty International for South Asia, protested against Indian war crimes in IndianHeld Kashmir, “as India has succeeded in securing a special position on theinternational level so there are no hopes that international community will beable to pressurize India to stop state terrorism in Indian Held Kashmir. But thisdoes not mean that we should also keep silent. This is the duty of all of theHuman Rights Organizations to educate their people about state terrorism inHeld Kashmir so that international community takes steps to hold an internationalinvestigation in mass graves”. He further said that Indian response to suchdiscoveries of mass graves is inhuman and much disgusting. The reason behindthis is criminal silence of international powers which has encouraged Indian stateterrorists involved in genocide of Kashmiri people.

For examplelook at the data of trade from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011, in this time periodof one year 31897 trucks carrying Indian goods of 20 billion entered into Pakistan,while in contrast to this only 4664 trucks were allowed to enter into India carryingPakistani goods. This is an example of the trade which took place in between Indiaand Pakistan in official papers, how much goods were smuggled into Pakistan inthe name of Afghanistan or through other means this is exception to this data. Herein Pakistan we do not have Natural Gas, no electricity, fuel is so much costly,our agriculture has been deprived of water by India, here we buy a bagfertilizer for 1800 while in India it s only for 400, so in such gravesituation how our economy will be able to compete Indian goods?

The crimeof declaring India as most favorite nation aside (this will obviously benefit Indianagents in Pakistan as they are receiving more than 15 billion annually forresistance against Kala Bagh Dam), we are also committing the crime for pavingway for India towards constant membership in General Assembly. This will notonly hurt the integrity of Pakistan but of the other small countries in theareas like Sri Lanka, Nepal Maldives etc. the life of minorities in India willbe turned to further worst and Held Kashmir will be filled up with theunidentified mass graves…

Three Pakistani Cricketers have been given imprisonment forallegedly being involved in Match Fixing. This brought defame to Pakistan andhurt the feelings of Pakistani nation. Everyone seems to be supporting thispunishment and even protests have been held against these players withinPakistan. This was golden chance for Jewish and Indian media to turn the humiliatePakistanis. Our public expressed their views by burning the portraits of thesecricketers. Enemies are playing their role to push whole nation towardspessimism but alas! Pro-Indian elements within Pakistan especially media groupsgetting huge sums under the umbrella of AMAN KI ASHA has left no stone unturnedto make a common of Pakistan feel guilty and humiliated. Public generally knowswhat media shows them or how media portrays the news to them and there is nodoubt that media has been very effective weapon in the hands of Zionism sinceits birth. Now the Hindu-Zionist nexus has joined hand to target Pakistan inthis media warfare. In such situation if Pakistani public target of propagandaif reacts violently against their own sons this is understandable. However,what should be the role of journalism? Indian bookies are behind every scandal in the world of cricket,tempting cricketers for match fixing by offering them huge sums and throughblack mailing them. Most important of their weapons are threats and lust. Thesebookies are supported by RAW, and India can never allow anyone to investigatethe source behind these agents, so neither ICC nor Scotland Yard ever dared todisclose the hidden hands behind these bookies. From Kerry Packer show toSharjah Cricket, all matches are fixed and RAW earns huge amounts of profitthrough these gambling with the help of under world. Match fixing started in 1982 when Australian CaptainBilly Mardoch was accused of playing according to the instructions of bookmakers. These bookies used to meet him in the pavilion and discussed that howmuch individual score each player should make. It was also revealed that he waspaid 100 pounds for returning to pavilion just on 49 scores in the 2^ndtest match of Ashes series played in Sydney. However no one ever dared to investigatethis scandal.

Australianfast bowlers Keith Miller and Dennis Lillee confessed that they were paid forpoor performance in bowling by Indian bookies. Accordingto “The Mirror” another English fast bowler was found in a pub telling thedetails of match plan to a bookie during World Cup-2007 played in West Indies. Hewas not brought to trial as well.

ICC did not dareto investigate into this scandal because it received clear message from RAWthat ICC will lose sponsorship from India. According to “Guardian”,anti-corruption board of ICC along with Indian Cricket Board did their best tosuppress this scandal. Ex Indian Captain Azharruddin and Ajay Sharma were alsocaught red handed but they were just banned from the cricket not imprisoned. AccordingIndian intelligence agency CBI, including Indian Captain, 4 players of Indiancricket team were in constant contact with Boss of Bookies i.e. Mukesh Guptal.

HansieCronje is the first cricketer who confessed that he was paid huge sums byIndian bookies for match fixing. He revealed that during India-South Africamatch in 1996 Indian captain introduced him with Mukesh Guptal. Moreover, hedisclosed that he was paid 80000 dollars by Indian bookie for loosing the matchon the last day of the one-day series. After two years of his disclosure, hewas murdered in an aero-plane accident. Actually this was not an accident buthe was murdered on the order of Indian terrorist agency RAW.

Thecorruption in the cricket of Kenya was disclosed in 2004 when Morris was foundguilty of receiving payment from Indian bookies. On the other hand New Zealandraised this issue to the administration of ICC that Indian bookies hadcontacted their players for match fixing Super Sixes in Hong Kong. Before this Australian playersShayne Watson and David Warner also said that Indian bookies offered hugeamounts for poor performances. In an interview to NDTV an Indian bookiedisclosed that march between Sri Lanka and India played in Raj Kot in December2009 was also fixed and the gambling amount was more than 28 billions.

Thisbrief history of match fixing and match fixers should be enough to open oureyes. What is going in ICC, who is behind this game, what are the interests ofenemy, what role is being played by international media and how far Pakistanimedia is fulfilling its professional duties? Why ICC closed its eyes to allother cases of match fixing except Pakistan? Why ICC and Scotland Yard did notdare to investigate these bookies and hidden powers behind them? Why did notScotland Yard and British courts disclose the supporter of bookie MazharMajeed?

Maybewe are experiencing same court verdicts from British like the one weexperienced at the time of partition when large area of Punjab having Muslimsin majority was included into India and this caused the world’s worstmigration. All this was done on the will of wife of Lord Mount Baton who was inlove and illegal relations with Mr. Nehru. So in order to please Nehru Britishbroke their own rule of partition. All theexpenses are born by the state. In order to seclude these prisoners from restof the world huge numbers of persons are employed and big buildings have beenbuilt. In order to meet these expenses annually billions of dollars are spent,this money does not belong to the state but collected from the public i.e. youand me. Does not this feel to be unnatural that someone else commits the crimeand public is made to bear his expenses in case of his punishment. While thisis our belief that Islam is religion of nature, before discussing concept ofIslam lets have a brief look at history of prisons and torture cells.

At thattime the law imposed in our country is practically English law. We may call itas Christian law, and we analyze this law regarding imprisonment, inquisitionor imprisonment is allowed in it. The theory behind this is, “if God exilesAdam from heaven on his mistake than imprisoning, looting of his/her estate andburning him alive is justified as well”. Obviously, in the ignorance period all this was done in the name of thereligion.

Afterwardsimprisonment or killing someone through torture as punishment spread just likeas epidemic. This was misused by rulers with the help of the religiousentities. In this way such a triangle of King, elites and religious scholarswas formed which broke all the records of torture and violence on their publicduring medieval ages. There was a time when the free will about the religionwas banned, no one was allowed to discuss about religion. Torture cells werebuilt, on the will of Church everyone was tortured for being accused of being deviationfrom religion, he who was forgiven remained obliged to Church for the rest ofhis life.

In the beginning,all these punishments came into being in the name of religion. People wereforced to disclose the religious thinking of their children above age of sevenin front of their Rabbi (religious scholar); meaning parents were forced tocreate a myth of religion and fear of Church over their children. For thispurpose in ancient Roman states “Holy Courts” were established. The judges ofthese courts were religious scholars. These courts made public habitual oftelling lies, hypocrisy and fraud. Criminal used to attend Church in order tobe saved from punishment, gifts were given to these religious elites. In theother words being loyal to Church in the name of religion these people were protectedfrom punishment in spite of their crimes, on the other hand just on doubt onewas imprisoned to test his faith. Until 12^th century, theimprisonments in the name of religion infected whole Europe as epidemic. Inorder to provide man-power to Church, an organization of religious scholarsknown as Dominican was established. The members of this organizationwere above laws. They used to help Holy Tribunals. Their designationswere known as Messengers, Apparitor, Bravos, and Familiar. All of these being direct employees of Churchwere divine servants. Any resistance against them was considered as sin.

Modern Prisons

In the beginning, these courts hadpower to imprisonment for seven years, afterwards this limit was changed tolife sentence. During the imprisonment just dry bread and little amount ofwater was provided to the prisoner. During the trial accused was forced to wearspecial type of dress and the public was bound humiliate someone wearing thisdress. In this way most of the innocent people preferred to go to Jail ortorture cells by admitting undone sin, on being humiliated in this way. Thefinancial punishments were addition to this, which were misused oftenly. When this habit of corruption developed intothe form of competition, than even dead were sentenced punishments. If on thedeath of someone his heirs were not influential, than his dead body was dug outof the grave and a trial against him(dead) started, self made witnesses of hiscrimes (what was the biggest crime than deviation from religion?) before hisdeath were produced, so his estate was seized in the name of Church.

In the cold, humid and dirtyenvironment of Europe the prisons were equivalent to sentence of death fortheir prisoners. (Here this should be kept in mind that Islam transferred theconcept of cleanliness to Europe after Muslims captured Spain, in his TVinterview once Prince Charles said, “English are obliged to Islam for this”). Howeverwhen number of prisoners started rising Special Indulgence was issued byhigher religious scholars. These special forgiveness could have been bought forbig amounts, thus another source of income for these religious scholars. The divisionof wealth among govt. and religious scholars developed into a competition andconspiracies were planned against each other. On the basis of theseconspiracies they tried to trap each others supporters. European governmentswere so much powerless against their religious organizations that civil andstate laws lost their effectiveness. Kings were controlled by their Bishops,any act against their will meant end of the kingdom. During the crusades thesereligious extremists compelled whole world into flames of war so long time. HowMuslims were treated after fall of Spain, books written by Europeans areevidence that humanity should be ashamed of such violence. They did not sparetheir scientists and researchers. Galileo was so much tortured by thesereligious extremists that he lost his vision. He was not freed until heaccepted that his research was false and apologized to the church.

Lets come back towards our today’stopic, i.e. Prison. In the modern era after Europeans advanced in the educationand research, Jail was given the name of improvement cell. The process ofpunishments in the name of religious was changed. Europeans had to fight waragainst church and they gave sacrifices after which influence of church wasremoved from govt. As Christians developed they improved condition of prisoners.In the short now, this single procedure of imprisonment is available in thewhole world. However, when we look at the Islam, there is no such crime forwhich punishment is two years, ten years, or life imprisonment. If one murdersother, the punishment is either death punishment or payment of penalty if heirsof murdered accept. If someone is indulged in rape or adultery his punishmentis stoning to death, if crime is proved and considering the financial state ofthe thief his hand is cut down. If someone commits fraud, the aggrieved partyis compensated from his estate. A drinker is punished by whips. In the otherwords after crime is proved criminal is punished and shortly after punishmenthe should deal his life matters himself. He should not become burden oversociety, his family should not feel unprotected.

Modern ways of torture by civilized West

The critics of this procedureraise the point that during the investigation where should the accused be kept.The expenses of billions or trillions are not justified for this temporaryphase. If judicial system is working on the correct parameters andinvestigation is completed according to Islam, the time required is not morethan few weeks. In response it is said that until whole system is not madeaccording to Islam, imposition of Islamic laws is impossible. Also there is atrend to condemn Islamic punishments in propaganda. In order to please theirEuropean and American masters, enlightened Pakistanis play the pivotal role. Incontrast to this the persons indulged in smuggling may be tortured in whatevermanner, punished inhuman ways, West will never condemn this but encourage the govt. to do so,because there own interests are linked with this. As soon as they hear aboutthe Islamic punishments the human rights organizations lose their sleeps, inorder to fulfill their duties (for which they are paid) many locals also getactive as well. The present procedure of justice takes 2 to 3 years to decide acase even if the trial is held in a speedy court or special court. Till thecourt grants the final verdict the heirs of both parties had already lost theirestates in these cases. Accused are left in to the prisons. The procedure ofmeeting with the prisoners with their heirs is a separate story. What happensin these prisons we often read the stories in the newspapers. For every crimeor case of corruption social injustice is condemned. But until Islamic law isnot imposed the lives of Muslims will not change. The greatest hurdle in theway of imposition of Islamic law is out internal fear, world will call usfundamentalists. Europe and America giving us loans in the name of aid will getangry. We are strange nation, we prostrate in front of Allah but are afraid ofWest…

Transit Agreement with India in spite of Her Aggressive Plans...!

Last year in the month of June-July Pakistani leaders wereprepared to go beyond Trade Route Agreement and provide India road access toAfghanistan from Pakistan. Therefore, under cover of trade India can smuggle whateverit likes (within Pakistan) to Kabul in its trucks. However, when the details ofthe agreement were revealed, due to reaction of public, govt. was forced to makeseveral changes in it, but in spite of all this India had been given too manyexceptions. Apparently, this trade agreement was with Afghan govt. but actually,it was to provide permit to India to utilize Pakistani roads for its trade withAfghanistan.

After the above-mentioned agreementwas signed, it revealed that it was result of American pressure. Becausespokesperson for American Foreign Ministry, PJ Crowley said while commenting onPak-Afghan Trade Agreement that, this historical agreement has been madepossible after yearlong struggle and talks. This is a solid and important successbetween both countries. However if American Foreign Ministry had not played herrole in the agreement it was impossible to be signed, because due to publicreaction, govt. of Pakistan was not ready to allow India to use Pakistani roadsfor Afghanistan, while such an agreement was badly needed for peace inAfghanistan. During talks, such a time came when it was impossible to sign thisagreement, at such point Hillary Clinton came in and the agreement was signed.

Whatbenefit Pakistan derived from this agreement is clear, look at the newspapersafter the agreement was signed, the behavior of Hilary changed. She had come toPakistan just for this agreement, on her return there was nothing in herstatements except blames, aggressive statements, and threats. Pakistan’s roleagainst terrorism was also criticized. Who knows better than USA that in thisso called war on terror for which Pakistan is being black-mailed, Pakistan hadto bear the most of the losses in these last 10 years. Not only had this fromthe month of July last year attacks over Pakistan from Afghanistan started aswell after the signing of agreement. In these attacks hundreds of Afghansoldiers assaulted Pakistani areas in civil clothes, not only Afghan govt. butUS and NATO forces also keep silent on these terrorist activities. Hilary didnot dare to utter a word against these attackers. She is beating the oldtriumphant that Pakistan has provided safe heavens to Haqqani network in NorthWaziristan, before this USA was blaming Pakistan for providing shelter to Osama,than Mullah Omar and now Haqqani. While all the strongholds of Haqqani are inAfghanistan. When Pakistan questions about Mangal Bagh, Maulvi Fazlullah orBrahamdagh Bugti who are state guests in Afghanistan and are being used to sabotagepeace in Pakistan through suicide bomb blasts or supporting linguistic disputesin Baluchistan. When Pakistan asks, when these terrorists will be handed overto Pakistan, this makes them angry from Hilary to her puppet Qarzai and NewDelhi as well because they have no clarification. All of them get silent. Ifone soldier of occupant forces is killed in Afghanistan, they convert tens ofPakistanis into ashes through drone attacks to take revenge. While more than,40 thousand Pakistanis have been killed in terrorist attacks but who is theremurderer? If culprits are pointed out, including Washington, Kabul and NewDelhi gets grieved and in order to hide their faces (involved in theseterrorist activities) they start blaming Pakistan for their own acts.

But nowthis has gone beyond trade route agreement with Kabul, Pakistan is going todeclare India as most favorite nation. Moreover there is possibility thatagreement for providing access to India via Pakistan roads to Afghanistan willbe signed as well, after this if this agreement international guarantee thansupply to NATO and US forces from India will be much easier. However,astonishing fact is that the public that had reacted against Afghan TradeAgreement is now silent. Destructions of flood, Dengue epidemic and increasingprices had snatched their powers to analyze the negative impacts of agreementswith India. The disputes like Sir Creek, Siachen had been already buried whiledispute of Indian Held Kashmir will be also ignored as well, than is thisagreement also result of American pressure?

US hadalready said that it is going to make India a constant member of UN SecurityCouncil. Hilary expressed these thoughts in a press conference on 3 June 2010that America is planning long term andshort term plans in South Asia to protect its interests. India will playpivotal role in these plans. If we think with open mind it is clear thatPakistan is being trapped. Two weeks ago, Afghan President visited New Delhiand signed strategic contracts; He blamed Pakistan for murder of Rabbani. Whilemany independent resources have verified that Rabbani was murdered to increasetension between Pakistan and Afghanistan by India with support of Qarzai. Becausethe increasing ties between Rabbani and USA were threatening to Qarzai govt.Qarzai was still in Delhi when protests were staged against Pakistan in Kabul (internetsources has the details that Indian embassy had provided funds for theseprotests).

Signing Afghan Trade Agreement

Thetension in the region and American interests on its place but India itselfwants access to Middle East states. India is ready to become servant of US forthis and now we ourselves are paving way for her access to Middle East andconstant membership in Security Council, but at what price? Nation should betold that what we would get for such a big sacrifice, at least how long ourleaders will deceive us to take poison as sweets. What will be the effects oftrade with India over Pakistani economy, industries already facing shortage ofenergy will be able face cheap Indian goods? What will be the end of ouragriculture having lack of cheap fertilizer, seeds, and energy? Our mediahaving belief in AMAN KI ASHA have already destroyed our culture; they will nothesitate to celebrate after giving Pakistan into the slavery of India. Painfulaspect is that within Pakistan there are such elements that are ready tosacrifice everything of Pakistan for India in spite of sacrificing theirpersonal assets. I would like to quote two examples;

In theafternoon of 25 August 1989, a passenger plane bound to Islamabad got airbornefrom Gilgit airport and was lost on its way. The plane had 49 passengers and 5members of crew including an airhostess. While the passengers included 24 men,12 women, 8 children and 5 infants in the laps of their mothers. The only TVStation PTV of that time told nation about this tragedy after 8 hours that aplane on its way from Gilgit to Islamabad has been lost (obviously in therecord of Pakistan this plane will be still as LOST). While the reality isdifferent to this, this plane forgot its way and entered into Indian HeldKashmir where Indians shot down this passenger plane. The Pakistani govt. ofthat time declared this plane as lost on the request of Rajeev Gandhi in orderto protect soft image of India. What did we get for this; nation is stillunaware like the fate of that plane?

In thesame manners one of our govt. handed over the lists of freedom fighting Sikhs,not only saved India from disintegration but also openly announced this. Even now,Indian analysts accept that if Sikh freedom fighters had remained active forfive more years there would have been no force to save India fromdisintegration into more than 12 parts. What Pakistan got as a reward for sucha historical support? Or what was given to those who saved India? May be nationwill be never told about answers of these questions. By crushing the Khalistanfreedom movement India got a new birth after 1947, now she wants access to MiddleEastern states via Pakistani soil. India is also sure that terrorists attackingNATO and allied supply trucks will not attack Indian trucks, than does not suchclaim of India show that India is behind these militants attacking supplytrucks to allies? However how much friendly India is towards Pakistan this canbe imagined by taking in view the Indian statements after attack over AmericanEmbassy in Kabul. In these statements not only India claimed Pakistan as aterrorists state, ISI as mastermind of terrorists but also threatened toconduct Surgical Strikes within Pakistan. Still India has not been madeconstant member of Security Council where it will be able raise clamor againstPakistan.

Here Iwould like to mention Bangladesh as well; few of us may know that two years agoIndia has succeeded in signing a Transit Agreement with Bangladesh too, withthe support of USA. If our pro-Indian brothers spare sometime to research theimportance of route via Bangladesh to remote Indian provinces like Assam,Meghalaya and Tripura than they will understand that why India created Mukti Bahniin 1968 and separation of Bengal was also part of this conspiracy. Because in1952 Pakistan did not accept Indian, request to grant it access to Agartala. Inspite of pressure from Soviet Union and USA Pakistan did not abandon itsstance. After this separation of Bangladesh was only target of India and itssupporters. However, after separation of Bangladesh, Mujeeb signed transitagreement but he was assassinated and the agreement was buried. After this India,left no stone unturned to reenact this agreement, Indian soldiers/stateterrorists used to enter Border areas and murdered hundreds of unarmedBangladeshi people. In order to build military check posts Bangladesh had tomade huge investments. Just like Pakistan, India dried up Bangladeshi rivers bystopping their water. In 2004 Bangladesh made an agreement with India to buyrice and paid the net amount, after taking price India refused to give rice toBangladesh or repay the amount until Bangladesh allows India to use its soil. Atleast when the pro-Indian govt. came in power in Bangladesh, India succeeded inreenacting the transit agreement in September 2009. In order to fulfillpolitical needs of Haseena Wajid and satisfy Bangladeshi people it was added tothe agreement that India will allow Bangladesh access to Bhutan and Nepalthrough Indian soil. This was just to befool Bangladeshi people, otherwiseevery rationale person knows that Bangladesh will not derive any benefit fromthis agreement. Right after one month state terrorists of Indian BorderSecurity forces entered into Bangladeshi territory and murdered more than 500people including men, women, elderly and innocent children claiming that theywere supporting freedom fighters in Assam. Whereas trade is, concernedeconomists are aware that the trade deficit between India and Bangladesh isapproximately more than 7 billion dollars. Bangladesh is nothing more than amarket for India. Indian investors are investing in Bangladesh but all profitsare taken by India in the form of foreign exchange.

Suchlike problem is also being faced by Pakistan; the balance of trade isconsistently bowing in favor of India. Yet we have not declared India as mostfavorite nation and the situation is that Pakistani markets are filled withsubstandard Indian books and medicines. Until now, these goods are beingsmuggled to Pakistan, but when all this will be imported legally than what willbe the situation of our economy? Until now tribal Pakthoons blame us forinfidelity but after this, will not Kashmiri blame us as infidels and cheaters?Kashmir! Where till now hundreds of mass graves have been discovered, accordingto experts all these innocent people were shot dead by firing in their heads. Worldis silent on such war crimes and state terrorism but alas! We are also silent. Nowhereany protest has been observed against this state terrorism. However, this isnot today’s topic. At that time, we are protesting against favors of our govt.towards India in spite of all the Indian state terrorism, aggressivenessagainst Pakistan. According to experts in 2014, India will be in the positionto drown whole Pakistan within 48 hours by using water as a weapon against us.This can be claimed as plan of Delhi for Akhand Bharat, but the situation ismore serious now, India wants to rule markets of Asia and God knows at whatprice we are supporting India…

Aab-e-Zam Zam! The Living Miracle…

Thousands years ago when Hazrat Ibrahim left his son HazratIsmail (A.S) and wife Hazrat Hajira in a deserted and dry mountainous area tofulfill the Order of the Lord, infant Ismail (A.S) felt extreme thirst andstarted crying. When mother such a critical situation of her son she ran inbetween mountains of Safa and Marwa in order to fetch water for him. Nevertheless,the Almighty had some other plan and He had planned this for a special purposethan how He might have left his loved ones thirsty? Than a miracle happenedwhich is going even until now in today’s modern era. On the place where Ismail(A.S) was hitting his feet with earth, a spring broke out of the hard rocks. Anarea where there was no sign of greenery or water, the spring of water was settheir to quench the thirst of Hazrat Ismail (A.S) and in spite of passagethousands of years this spring is continuously flowing without any break. Thissplendid spring is known as Aab-e-Zam Zam. Daily thousands of Muslims quenchtheir thirst with this Holy water and use it as cure for many incurablediseases. The water from this spring is also being supplied to Masjid-e-Nabwiin Madina so that people over there could also get benefit from it.

But in1971 an Egyptian Dr. published his research article in European press claimingthat Holy water of Zam Zam is hazardous for health. According to him, the cityof Makkah is like a cup and situated much below the sea level. So the drainwater of population situated over the mountains is contaminating the Zam Zamwell/spring. This was a great chance fore European media to hurt feelings ofMuslims, so they started a propaganda campaign. They were aware that Muslimshave been drinking this water from centuries for satisfaction of soul and giftthis holy water to each other.

WhenShah Faisal King of KSA came to knew about this propaganda he expressed angerover it and ordered Ministry of Water to conduct tests over Zam Zam water inits own laboratories as well as send samples of water to world renownedlaboratories to test its quality. Ministry of Water chose a PakistaniScientist/Chemical Engineer working on the project to utilize sea water asdrinking water. Pakistani engineer met administration of Makkah after arrivingthere, he and his team was taken to the well of Zam Zam. This well is situatedunder the floor of Masjid-ul-Haram in the form of 14×18 feet pool.

Twomembers of the research team were sent into the pool, they were astonished thatthe depth of the pool was not more than 5 feet. They tried their best to findany crack or hole in order to ascertain the source of water but in vain, whilethousands gallons of water were daily being pumped out of this well. Theresearch kept on working because Shah Faisal had demanded a full report. Thesamples of water were forwarded to international water research laboratories.

Whenthe team could not find any source of water they decided to use heavy waterpumps that were being used to pump the water to the storage tanks in the Masjid-u-Haramand other parts of city. The plan was to run all the heavy pumps simultaneouslyso that the water level drops and the source of water could be discovered. Theheavy electric pumps started pulling the water with full power but there wasneither any drop in the water level nor any unexpected movement in the base. Inthe second attempt the two members of the research team again entered into thepool and the pumps were started, they reported that they felt that the sand under their feet was moving. Theamount of water that was being pumped out by heavy pumps, same amount of waterwas being supplied from the soft sand bed. The water that was coming out ofsand bed was equal at all the points. During this whole activity Makkahadministration reported that within the city there are many historic wellswhich have been now dried up since centuries ago.

Researchteam returned back to Jeddah and started preparing a exhaustive report. Withinfew days the reports from other international laboratories were also receivedresembling that of Saudi laboratories. In the report it was said that the waterof Zam Zam slightly extra amount of calcium and magnesium as compared to normalwater used in cities, moreover the water has a self destructive natural systemto kill germs, especially the presence of fluorides makes this water refreshing.Due to these characteristics one does not feel heavier even drinking large quantityof this water. However all the test reports agreed that Zam Zam is the bestwater for drinking and health. The report was presented to Shah Faisal and heordered this to be published in all the European press so that the report ofEgyptian Dr. could be negated and his real face could be unveiled who adoptedsuch cheap way for getting famous.

Duringpreparation of this report in 1971 the sample of Zam Zam water was stored inJeddah laboratory but in spite of passage of such a long time there has been nochange in characteristics or taste of this water. This is a miracle of theAllah that neither change of time nor any germs had any affect over thebiological characteristics of this water. While in normal life if the waterstays on some place for sometime we say that several algae or other forms oflife grow in it, but this does not apply to Zam Zam. In spite of all of theresearch it is still a myth that if water of Zam Zam comes from Red Sea whichis 75 KM away from Makkah than why other wells which are much more deep thanZam Zam have dried up?

Reality of Haqqani Network and USA..!

First of all US govt.made Mullen to accuse Pakistan for being involved in terrorism, later onAmerican govt. denied to testify his statement. This was one of the greatest insults bestowed on any retiring Generals of the army.

When follower of US stance inevery regard i.e. Britain separated itself from American statement thatPakistan and ISI are not only supporting Haqqani network but involved interrorism, this was the first diplomatic blow for Americans. Not only this,British Foreign Minister also issued the statement that British respectsPakistan’s sacrifices against terrorism and in every hard time it will standwith Pakistan. On the other hand, the harsh and inelastic reaction of Pakistanagainst Mullen’s statement was unexpected by USA. Because in spite of all itslatest weapons Super Power was not in a position to attack Pakistan, and wasaware of the situation after the attack. When the supply of oil and weaponswould have been cut down to its army trapped in Afghanistan. Although USA hasbeen acting from last three years that talks with Russia and other countriesare going own for alternative supply routes. USA had said several times thatAmericans will soon hear the good news, however White House and Pentagon werewell aware that the alternative supply route was not possible. Why Russia wouldprovide Oxygen Mask to USA involved in disintegration of Soviet Union.

Those elements known asSocialist and Progressive who previously were sponsored by Russia and blamedUSA as Imperialistic, now these elements tried their best to make Pakistanination afraid of America's barbarism and aggressive history. They advised govt.through their columns, and talk shows that in spite of standing in front of America,govt. should accept its faults and assure USA that we are ready to conductoperation against Haqqani network in Northern Waziristan.

However White House showedresponsibility in preventing a possible war and through its media published anews in Washington Post of 28 September that Obama Administration is angry withMullen over its statement against ISI and takes this statement based uponmisinformation. In the other words, White House did not verify statement of itsretiring General. Interesting fact is that same day the interview of Mullen waspublished in Wall Street Journal, he repeated his previous statement and blamedPakistan for attacks over US embassy in Kabul, and claimed that Pakistan issupporting Haqqani network. He said that ISI provided strategic support toHaqqani for attack in Kabul. In order to violate and play with emotions ofAmerican public, Admiral Mullen said that deaths of American soldiers inAfghanistan are unacceptable, after attacks over American soldiers, Pak-Americarelations had touched their lowest limits and the partnership like before isimpossible to be restored.

In this statement of Mullen there is an open threat andmessage to Pakistan that ways of Pakistan and America are separate. If Americanjournalists had courage, the representative of Wall Street Journal should haveasked Admiral Mullen that if he cannot bear deaths of American soldiers inAfghanistan than are American soldiers there for picnic or spending holidays?If he is so much, concerned about the lives of the American soldiers than whyhe did not order them to withdraw. At such a point Mullen should have been toldthat he is Chief of an aggressive army which has captured an independent state,like previous Chiefs (who tried to portray illegal control of an independentstate as their victory but alas failed) he is also murderer of millions ofAfghan women, children, elderly and youth which had been murdered in last tenyears. Americans had treated Afghans in the way the victorious had used to do atthe time of ignorance with the innocent citizens of their defeated states andcities. However, American media could not raise such like questions to theirGenerals, because it is so called flag bearer of the freedom of expression. Thesituation of civilized American media is so much poor that in spite ofevidences in the form of pictures and Movie camera footage that American andWestern soldiers/terrorists wearing uniform of their respective armies arefighting against Qaddafi in Libya, American media is not allowed to telecast thisnews. Like Iraq and Afghanistan, American and western armies are involved inaggression and war crimes in Libya too.

    Let’s come back to ourtoday’s topic i.e. statement of Mullen and changing stances of US govt. On thesame day spokesperson for White House is giving the statement that Mullen’scomments against ISI had increased disputes between Pakistan and USA so theycannot be verified, in contrast to this spokesperson for US Foreign Ministry “Victoria”is saying that accuses of Mullen were based upon facts and he represented theview of American govt.

    The series of incompatiblestatement does not end here, after two days on 30 September “King of the World”Obama, astonished the media in his address to farewell party of Mullen bysaying that Mullen is seriously frustrated (meaning he is leaving army as afailed General) because Pakistan is a safe heaven for Haqqani Network. Howeverthere are no clear intelligence reports of links between ISI and Haqqani sostatement of Mullen cannot be verified.

    Here I would like to brieflydiscuss Haqqani network, which is pivotal point of talk shows now a days. Theyare portraying Haqqani as more dangerous than Al-Qaeda. The detail aboutreality of Haqqani is present in the 75000 documents that were brought forwardin 2010. According to these documents, American President Ronald Regan invitedall Afghan leaders fighting against Soviet Union including Mullah Umar, as soonas he came to power. The words said by Regan during meeting with these leaders arepart of history and a mirror to American Foreign Policy based upon hypocrisy.Regan said,

However Regan bestowed JallaludinHaqqani with special protocol by inviting him to the White House individuallywhich has been only given to Dalai Lama of Tibet only. According to thedocuments the reason behind this special respect of Molvi Jallaludin was thathis tribe ZADRAN has been spread in Afghan Province, Paktia, Khost, Wardak,Logar and Ghazni. This tribe was a great challenge for Soviet forces due to itsbravery and war activities. Like other Afghan leaders Haqqani was not fond ofissuing statements or links with media. White House decided to train his tribelike a professional army. Afterwards with the support of ISI Haqqani networkwas allowed to establish its training camp in Northern Waziristan of Pakistan.CIA laid the foundation of Haqqani network and on the request of USA duringJihad against Soviet Union Pakistan allowed Haqqani and his colleagues to livein Pakistan. In 80’s CIA arranged meetings between Haqqani and rich Sheikhs ofArab states, funding Jihad, and they are funding it even now.

After withdrawal of Sovietforces when Afghan indulged in Civil war, Haqqani secluded his group from itand limited his activities. When Taliban got in power in Afghanistan in 1996,they established links with Haqqani and offered him to participate in Cabinet.Haqqani accepted this offer and was appointed as Minister of Tribal affairs. Untilthan America was in contact with Haqqani via CIA. These links were broke afterbarbaric attack of US over Afghanistan and CIA lost its Haqqani network whichwas known as heritage of CIA in some past years. Not only this in last tenyears Haqqani network established its strong holds in Afghan provinces Kunar,Nangarhar, Zabul, Kandahar, and Helmand.

According to a report ofTIME, Hamid Qarzai had several times invited son of Jallaludin Haqqani, SirajHaqqani to join govt. as Prime Minister, but he rejected this offer byconditioning it with complete withdrawal of occupant forces. According toanother report the sources of income of Haqqani network are secret agencies ofdifferent western countries whose soldiers are present in Afghanistan, thesepayments are made to Haqqani on the condition of not attacking occupant forces.Therefore, Haqqani gets latest weapons, modern vehicles and heavy amounts fromWesterns and warlords as well as foreign investors pay a part of their incometo Haqqani and smuggle weapons for them. The safe return of allied forces totheir strong holds is conditioned with the will of Haqqani network.

In the way, USA had startedits propaganda against presence of Haqqani network in Northern Waziristan,international community was disillusioned that Northern Waziristan is thereason behind the failure of US and allied forces. However after thisdisclosure by Pakistan that four provinces of Afghanistan are in control of Haqqani,while three are in their complete control, world has now understood thatAmerica wants to hide its military defeat in Afghanistan from world andespecially from befooled American public under the cover of operation withinWaziristan of Pakistan. The reports of American think tanks that Haqqaninetwork is dangerous enough to target high profile targets not only in west butin India as well are actually part of this propaganda chain. Now USA shouldstop playing in the hands of India, and considering Pakistan’s concerns shouldinclude Pakistan in talks with Taliban for safe and respectful withdrawal ofits troops...

Bewildered and Embarrassed Americans Blaming Pakistan for Terror!

Before this only India used to accuse Pakistan of terrorism, not only this in last 25 years India has several times to tried to get UN declaration of Pakistan as a terrorist state. In order to fulfill its hideous plans against Pakistan, India itself conducted terrorist attacks in its own cities murdering its own innocent cities. Moreover India used present govt. of Afghanistan against Pakistan in its propaganda. However now it is different, first time in the history USA has accused Pakistan for being involved in terrorism. In a meeting with reference to attack on US embassy in Kabul on 13 September, in front of Defense Committee of Senate American Chief of army Admiral Mike Mullen said that Haqqani network attacked the embassy with the help of ISI. Pakistan is involved in terrorism in Afghanistan. Pakistan is involved in terrorism in Afghanistan. Haqqani network is the real power of the ISI. he told Senate that he has reliable intelligence reports (before attack on Afghanistan and Iraq US also had reliable reports which later proved to be false and propaganda that Haqqani network is involved in all terrorist activities including attack on Inter-Continental Hotel Kabul, moreover ISI is using Haqqani network as Proxy War against America.

Now one may call it embarrassment of American forces or a struggle in vain to hide its weaknesses but reality is that American govt. and Pentagon is facing extreme criticism and shame in front of its people. Because in the building of US embassy situated in extremely high security zone of Kabul, few Taliban entered into the building and faced American commandoes considered as Supermen and unbeatable. This was directly telecasted by CNN and other channels.

American leadership and army was facing same situation in front of American people which Pakistan had to face after operation against Osama in Abbottabad on 2 May. But the situation of Kabul was different from the situation of Abbottabad in this regard that the building which was claimed to be residency of Osama was not protected by trained and well armed commandoes. US had attacked this building like thieves by utilizing its latest night vision technology. Moreover this attack was conducted by US under the veil of friendship. while the building in Kabul was covered by several security blockades, security cameras and space satellite was also tracking every movement around this building.

So the people around the globe along with Americans were correctly taking this building in Kabul as Pentagon outside USA. But Alas! few crazy Afghans who had the concrete belief that US had illegally captured their motherland for its evil plans, to get freedom is their only aim, we may name them as Taliban or terrorists but they decreased American Pentagon in Kabul into “Pent-Gone”. Now one can easily imagine that Generals of a world power having captured half of the resources of world, equipped with B-52 bomber to delete traces of human race from the height of thousands of feet, and known as unbeatable, what they could have said in their defense in front of representatives of their people, they had only one way i.e. to blame others for their failures like before. So they blamed ISI for attack on embassy in Kabul.

Admiral Mullen accused Pakistan just in order to save hiscredibility but including him no one can answer this question, that if Pakistanis responsible to stop attackers/invaders from its tribal areas to Afghanistanthan why US does not accept responsibility to stop terrorists invading fromAfghanistan to attack Pakistan in the form of an army of hundreds? Moreover,had UNO made Pakistan bound to protect American and NATO forces at the time of declarationof the revolution against Afghanistan? Pakistan is target of attacks from twosides internationally; on the one hand, it has to face propaganda while on theother hand Pakistan is braving against terrorist and suicide attacks. Pakistanipublic is constantly bearing losses but no one is ready to accept our loss. NeitherUS media has any concerns with those who lost their lives in this American warfor snatching Afghanistan's resources nor American rulers or Generals areconcerned. There is just a policy ofgenocide and snatching of Muslim’s resources which Americans has adopted underthe cover of self innovated intelligence reports based upon lies. This policyof genocide gets strengthened every four years when there are Presidentialelections due in USA. USA and other European states claim themselves as flagbearers of democracy, champions of human rights, freedom of speech and thought,and moral values, but if we look at the history after the disintegration ofSoviet Union till now their hands are red with the genocide of Muslims inBosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan (as well as backing state terrorism inareas like Palestine and Kashmir). More than 4 million Muslims have beenmurdered by these beasts; while three times greater have lost their property,homes and livelihood. Still deaths from attacks on Libya are to be added yet. Behindevery conspiracy and civil war in these Muslim countries, American Intelligence(terrorist) agencies had played great role. The actual number of deaths canonly be found after peace is established there which seems to be a dream. Inorder to capture oil resources in Libya CIA staged a rebellion against Gaddafi,although after removing him they has captured oil fields but what happens tothe rest of Libya and innocent citizens they are not concerned about this. Nowthere are reports that British and US intelligence agencies used Islamicextremists (internationally known as Al-Qaeda and Taliban), while on the otherhand more than 15000 terrorists from Northern Alliance armed with Americanweapons were sent into Libya by USA (United Satanic Alliance). Now thesituation in Libya is that liberal and Islamic groups had started war inbetween themselves for getting the power. There are threats that Libya willhave to face same situation which was faced by Afghanistan after withdrawal ofRussian forces, lets come back towards our today’s topic;

Burhanuddin Rabbani

Thesecond major shock for US was death or Burhanuddin Rabbani, Rabbani wasconducting talks with active Taliban commanders for establishment of peacesince last two years. Keeping in view progress from these peace talks US hadgot names of few Taliban leaders removed from UN list of terrorists, in orderto send a friendly message to Taliban. The target was only to show US publicand international community that USA is withdrawing from Afghanistan afterestablishing peace. But USA wanted to keep Pakistan away from this peaceprocess in order to insure that in future Afghanistan remains enemy ofPakistan. Meaning that Afghanistan and Pakistan who have adjacent boundaries,mutual cultures, relations, tribes become enemy of each other, without groundlink from Pakistan Afghanistan may not survive while India which has no linkwith Afghanistan is given free hand to train terrorists there for Pakistan. Byhaving friendly Afghanistan India should be able to conduct terrorism inPakistan, suicide attacks, support armed movements and rebellions, all this isrightful for India. For Pakistan it is necessary to bear all this Indianaggression. Because few rebellious intellectuals, journalists, writers think thatPakistan’s policy towards Pakistan with reference to STRATEGIC DEPTH is wrongand interference of Pakistan army in Afghanistan. Moreover, after claiming theseelements themselves raise hue and cry that they are being named as rebellionsand pro-Indian. While the purpose of Strategic Depth policy for Afghanistan isonly to insure that no interference and terrorists activities are conductedfrom Afghanistan which was pro-Indian since independence of Pakistan in 1947.

Here Iwould like to quote an incident about the vigilance of American and alliedintelligence agencies for peace in Afghanistan by passing Pakistan. In the Mayof last year peace talks and meetings were initiated with a person named asMullah Muhammad Mansoor claiming to be Taliban commander. When progress wasseen, a message to Washington was sent that Taliban are ready for peace talksignoring Pakistan. After further progress media in Washington was also allowedto publish news that ice has started melting and public will soon hear goodnews. CIA and European agencies also got courage that they can influenceAfghanistan without Pakistan’s support. Hamid Qarzai arranged a secret dinnerfor Mullah Mansoor in the Presidential residency in order to make a deal. Chiefof Afghan Intelligence Agency and NATO and CIA officials also participated. Duringall this, Mullah Mansoor was bestowed with bribe money and other gifts. MullahMansoor visited Brussels and other European countries for talks with Europeanand American intelligence agencies. This trip was arranged by NATO. Americanmedia was waiting that when these good news are unveiled that suddenly they gotreports that Mullah Mansoor has gone, they accused that ISI might havekidnapped him. However on 23 November 2010New York Times told the world thatMullah Mansoor was fake and not a Taliban commander. He befooled Americans andwent away with millions of dollars. New York Times in a special report wrotethat story of meetings with Mullah Mansoor seems to be just like as a spynovel, in which a fake person befooled Super Power like USA. Now American andAfghan officials are reluctant to trust anyone, that in the name of peaceprocess with whom they started relations was fake. He had no link with Taliban.

Now inthe case of murder of Rabbani same like situation has been experienced. Americanofficials had started claiming that murder of Rabbani was planned crossborders, in the words in Pakistan. They are of the view that Quetta Shoraa andHaqqani Network is involved into it. They are talking about attacks overNorthern Waziristan for Haqqani Network and Baluchistan for Quetta SHoraa. Accordingto New York Times the person who targeted Rabani was named as Asmat-u-Llah. Hewas in contact with Rabani, CIA and Afghan officials for last five months. He wasnot fake like Mullah Mansoor, but utilizing his close links with Taliban he hadsucceeded in reaching into the Aman Jirga for Peace talks. In order to gaintrust of Rabbani he arranged many meetings between Rabbani and Taliban leaders,many of them laid down their weapons. According to the newspaper Taliban hadplanned to kill Rabbani at the end of winters, because they were of the viewthat Rabbani had been working to divide Taliban. They several times warnedRabbani but when he did not accept they had to kill him.

Actualproblem is not the attack over US embassy in Kabul or murder of Rabbani butproblem is American control over Afghanistan through Northern Alliance. Pakhtunare not ready to accept this. America has befooled whole world in last ten yearsthrough its media that it is fighting against Muslim extremists in Afghanistan.While the ground realities are different, Pakhtun are fighting for freedom asthey were fighting against Soviet Union, they will keep on fighting until theyget freedom or doomsday. Americans havenow realized that they may survive for few years in Afghanistan by massacre butthey cannot win the hearts of Afghan. Moreover in the way they have conductedgenocide in Afghanistan there is no possibility of winning the hearts ofAfghan. But before withdrawing from Afghanistan as defeated they want to spreadsuch a destruction which can ensure the success of Obama in the Presidential campaign.Will discuss this later…

Is Only Nawa-i-Waqt Responsible to Safeguard Ideology of Pakistan?

The licensing of free private channels has resulted inlottery of pro-Indian elements. Their campaign against Two Nations Theory is goingon without any pauses. These elements include intellectuals having specificthinking, few famous journalists, few personalities from trade and industry, avery famous lawyer, foreign sponsored NGO’s and their followers (easilyrecognizable as so called leaders of civil society), a big broadcasting institutionand few politicians as well. Some of them feel pleasure by being known as Moderate,few as Progressive, or liberal. Their targets are unclear or they are beingkept secret however in spite of their disputes they coincide against Two NationTheory.

Theyare trying their best to prove all those solid basics false, which arefoundations of Pakistan and independence or all those facts through whichMuslims of subcontinent gained Pakistan under the leadership of Great LeaderMuhammad Ali Jinnah. The following logic could not falsify hatred of Hindus againstMuslims. They raise objection that if Muslims had freedom in the form ofPakistan than why millions of Muslims remained in India? Our pro-Indianelements are aware of the situation of Muslims in India that in spite of beingin millions how Muslims of India living their in the form of minority aresuffering (but alas greed has turned them deaf and blind) and it was notpossible that all Muslims migrate from India to Pakistan.

Theseelements are not ready to accept Pakistani as a nation; they present the mutualdisputes of different units within the country proudly against Two NationTheory. From the last half century they have left no stone unturned thatPakistan should ignore Kashmiri Muslims and close its eyes over the ongoinghuman rights violations by Indian state terrorists in Indian Held Kashmir. Accordingto them Indian Held Kashmir belongs to India and protest of Pakistan againstIndian state terrorism and gang rapes of Kashmiri sisters is equivalent tointerference in internal Indian affairs.

Whetherit is Dewali or Holi they are always worried to show solidarity with Hindus andwhen they arrive at Wahga Border with lamps in their hands their happiness isworth watching. They name this process as message of peace. However, they neverfelt any need to give same message to estrange Baloch People or nationalist Sindhibrethren. However, armed Indian interferencein Baluchistan or Indian sponsored extremism in FATA is termed by them as failureof Pakistan’s Foreign Policy. Moreover, they claim that these activities arereaction of utilizing Islam and Jihad for defense of Pakistan by Pak-Army andISI. They are so much intelligent and patriot that after every terrorist attackin India they start pointing towards ISI even before India does so. They are somuch stubborn that they do not feel ashamed even when it is proved that Indians(like Col. Purohit) were behind these terrorist activities so that Pakistancould be defamed by blaming ISI. They are not concerned even if India stops airof Pakistan along with the water, because they think India has right to do so.

Theseelements are of the view that right after independence Pakistan has itself startedfriction in relations with India. If Pakistan had not sent its tribes intoIndian Held Kashmir to protect an independent state, than our relations withIndia would not have worsened. If someone tries to remind the formula fordivision of India (in which all Independent states were given choice either tojoin Pakistan, India or remain independent), they get angry that the root ofthis dispute is the formula based upon the Two Nations Theory which hasconverted sub-continent into hell. They are of the view that India is innocenteven after capturing Junagarh, Hyderbad Dakan and Kashmir valley with the helpof Lord Mount Baton. Theyclaim that war of 1965 was started by Pakistan and Pakistan had to face defeat.In this way these people do not accept heinous role of India in fall of Dhaka aswell, in contrast to this they blame Pakistan Army, ISI, Punjab and Punjabi establishment.While neither this slogan of ادھرتم اَدھر ہم (We here and you there) was raised by any Punjabi nor this warningwas given by Punjab that any member of parliament from Western Pakistan tryingto participate in meeting of National assembly will have to face graveconsequences. The most astonishing fact is that if anyone discusses about TwoNations Theory or in other words Ideology of Pakistan (having noreply/evidence) they get violent and start blaming Muhammad Bin Qasim as a looterand blame that Islam was spread in subcontinent through the force of sword. Insuch a discussion when writer respectfully requested few liberals, “If youare so much angry with Islam and claim that Hindus are real ownerssubcontinent, peaceful and preachers than why you do not go back to youridentity in subcontinent before Islam?” Then they also get violent over thisand try to prove that there is no better Muslim in the world as compared tothem, moreover Islam is the only target in their life. Okay! We accept theirclaim, than why a struggle is going on to divide nation among Sindhi, Punjabi,Baloch, Pakhtun and local and migrants, who is behind this conspiracy ofweakening Pakistan in the name of Punjab, Punjabi establishment, blaming ISIfor being Islamist? At least who are these people? Who are the people who wantto change the identity of the nation from Pakistani to Hindu caste systemdivided in upper and lower castes or divided over the provincial or linguisticbasis? Why they want to end ISI ? So that India can open so many fronts against Pakistan, Pak-Army is trapped into these disputes and in case of expected Indianaggression army cannot face Hindu army and Pakistan had to bow in front of Indiaand USA against China?

In thedecade of 1940 during the freedom movement when Muslims decided that theycannot live under the control of Hindus, behind this decision was history ofcenturies and experience of aggressive Hindu behavior. This experience ofaggressive Hindu minds produced the courage in Muslims of India to standagainst Hindus believing in inhuman caste systems and they got theirdestination in the form of independent Pakistan. All this became possible justbecause of Two Nation Theory and our enemy is aware of this reality that aslong as Pakistani nation has little affects of Two Nations theory and Ideologyof Pakistan, its dream of Akhand Bharat (Greater India) will remain a dream. Onthe other hand, this is also a painful reality that only Nawa-i-Waqt and Waqt TV has been fulfilling its duty to stopthis invasion against Two Nations Theory. Not only this on emergency basis Nazaria-e-Pakistanis trying to conduct such gatherings and seminars in which nation could beinformed about the reality and facts of Freedom Movement of Pakistan and TwoNations Theory. From the platform of Nazaria-e-PakistanTrust different seminars are conducted within the whole country to createawareness among our young generation about the hardships that our forefathershad to bear to gain freedom and how they had dedicated their lives for thisnoble cause. These campuses and lectures about Ideology of Pakistan arenecessary for our youth, as the most students who pass out from modern privateschools study nothing about Pakistan in their course books. On the other hand, theabundance of Indian channels is affecting our children; most of the programsare dubbed into Hindi by Indians spreading their beliefs. Through this post, Iwould like to request Majid Nizami and his colleagues that like Nazaria-e-Pakistana special campaign should be started to educate our children about the Ideologyand Freedom movement of Pakistan. Moreover, a special campaign should bestarted to dub cartoons and other programs of children into Urdu in order tosave our young minds from being infected by Hindu mythology and fairy tales, orthese youngsters may forget their own history.

So that when our youngsters grow up aspreachers of Two Nation Theory and when anti-Islamic, Liberal and pro-Indianelements abuse them that they have joined غیرت برگیڈ (honor brigade) theycan reply them bravely, “Yes I am supporter of Two Nation Theory, and I amproud of being Pakistani”. They should be told that the reason behind poorsituation of law and order in Karachi is due to our neglect of Ideology ofPakistan i.e. Two Nation Theory. Enemy will not let us live peacefully until weforget our mutual disputes and create the passion like it was at the time offreedom movement of Pakistan. We can only live respectfully by being known asPakistani not being identified by provincial or linguistic identities…
