                On the morning of 05 October 2013, 5 vehicles were speedily moving towards Kabul. These big wagons like vehicles were carrying mostly Afghan soldiers in uniform. On vehicle was carrying civilians. By looking at the caravan of these official vehicles it seemed that either Governor of Province Logar or some Afghan Army General. These vehicles were 35 kilometers away from Kabul on Central Highway in the Muhammad Agha District, they met with US Soldiers with two Army Personnel Carriers (APC) equipped with heavy machine guns facing towards the side from where the caravan was coming. It seemed as they were routinely checking the vehicles. An afghan soldier came out of the first vehicle from the caravan and introduced himself and told US Soldiers that they wanted to reach NDS Headquarters as soon as possible. US Soldiers ignored his conversation and surrounded the vehicle carrying the civilians. In the way US soldiers pointed their automatic weapons it was obvious that they did not want to hear anything and if anyone resisted they would not mind shooting him. US soldiers took the four civilians (excluding the driver) into the big jeep near the APCs and ordered Afghan soldiers to return from where they came. In the meanwhile, US soldiers left for Kabul along with the arrested civilians.

                The whole day passed away silently, neither Americans gave any report nor media; Afghan govt. was dead silent. John Kerry has reached Kabul. On the next day, the meeting between Afghan President Hamid Karzai and Kerry was scheduled in which the deals for extension in the stay of US soldiers till 2024 were to be finalized. This deal was badly needed by the both sides. In order to satisfy the international community, US had to get permission and willingness from puppet Afghan govt. so that Russia and China can be stopped from creating any problem for the USA in the UNO over the extension of  US soldiers stay in Afghanistan. Afghan govt. also realized that if US soldiers left they will be unprotected and there will be no one to save them from Afghan Taliban.

                On the next day, Washington Post published the details of the arrests that were made 35 km away from Kabul. According to the newspaper, US soldiers snatched Senior Deputy of Tehreek Taliban Pakistan (TTP) along with hardcore supporter of Hakeem Ullah Mehsud, Ameer TTP from NDS officer and shifted him to US Army HQ at Kabul. According to the reports, Lateef Ullah Mehsood was coming to Kabul for negotiations on the invitation of NDS. This arrest was termed as a big shock for not only Hakeem Ullah Mehsud but for NDS as well along with Afghan govt. Because by arresting a guest of Afghan govt. in Afghanistan, Americans had proved that Afghan govt. has no writ even in its Capital. The shocking disclosures of Washington Post jolted the international media.

                This was good news for Pakistan facing the terrorist war waged by TTP. Hamid Karzai expressed his anger by refusal to meet John Kerry and left the decision in the extension of US soldiers stay in Afghanistan to the upcoming govt. However, the problem for NDS was created when US Soldiers handed over Lateef Ullah Mehsood along with two others to Islamabad on 6 December 2014. This news reached Afghan govt. and NDS by US media in which it was said that an important Commander of TTP has been handed over to Pakistan after whose arrest in last year Hakeem UllahMehsudd was killed in a drone attack in tribal areas of North Waziristan.

                Pakistani intelligence agencies did not disclose the information they got from the investigation of Lateef Ullah Mehsood for a long time. In the mean while when govt. in India changed and Ajeet Kumar Doval was appointed as the Advisor of Modi; he addressed a seminar as  he took charge of his designation and openly confessed that India has adopted ‘Defensive Offence Doctrine’ against Pakistan. According to him under this doctrine enemy’s capability to attack is decreased by attacking it before its attack due to which enemy becomes incapable to attack. Ajeet Kumar claimed that under this strategy India has corrupted Pakistan’s economy and politics. He declared TTP as asset of India that TTP does not fight for Islam but for the money. That is why India is exploiting them against Pakistan while Pakistan does not have enough money to utilize them against India.

                On 29^th January 2016, the video of the confessional statement of Lateef Ullah Mehsood was published publicly. This confessional statement supported all the claims made by Ajeet Kumar in his address to the seminar. Lateef Ullah Mehsood confessed that he does not know anything about Islam. He acknowledged the TTP links with India and Afghan Secret agencies.

                Whether it is the confessional video of Lateef Ullah Mehsood or Ajeet Kumar; one thing they share is that the terrorism in Pakistan for last 15 years that claimed 60 thousands lives of innocent Pakistanis including children, women and elderly. The numbers of Pakistani soldiers martyred are excluded. TTP has exploited the implementation of Islam in order to hide its terrorism while it was serving India. A specific group in Pakistan has been blaming Pakistan army’s policy over Afghanistan adopted in 1980. While Pakistan supported Afghan Mujahideen that are even now resisting the invasion of the foreign forces. Russia is openly supporting them. Engineer Gulbadeen Hikmat Yar has been given respect in Afghanistan. USA is ready to share power with Taliban in order to secure a safe respectful withdrawal from Afghanistan.
