Insulting Behavior of US Writers Against Pakistan & Retreat of American Forces from Afghanistan in 2014!

                A strange situation is prevailing! USA has to withdraw her forces from Afghanistan till 31^st December 2014 according to her announced plan leaving behind only 10-15 thousand US soldiers. These remaining soldiers will be deployed over 9 US bases in Afghanistan where they will enjoy immunity to not only Afghan laws but from the rest of the world as well. Although, Afghan President is not ready until now to sign the deal for long stay of US soldiers in Afghanistan; the conditions set by Americans for this deal are not less than a joke as well, as Americans have invaded Afghanistan in 2001 after taking formal permission from Afghan govt. and public. Principally, USA should contact UNO to prolong her stay in Afghanistan as this was UNO who provided mandate to US to invade and destroy Afghanistan. On the other hand discussion is going on in the whole world that whether Afghan govt. will survive after withdrawal of US troops or Afghan army consisting of Northern Alliance only would be able to control Pakhtoon areas? No matter American media and govt. is playing with the blood of majority of Afghan population mutilating their struggle to protect their identity as terrorism but how will USA stop them from coming into power following the rules of democracy in near future; moreover, 10-15 thousand soldiers would be sufficient to stop them from coming into power? If the answer is NO; than is not this a bitter reality that Americans have seeded hatred and division of Afghanistan into two separate states?

                If we look back at the history while attacking Afghanistan, USA has given Pakistan only two options either to support USA or face destruction in the hands of Americans; USA had denied right to Pakistan to be an neutral state. At this time India was begging in front of USA to attack Pakistan in spite of Afghanistan and she had offered to provide her forces and air bases to America as well. At such a time no Muslim country even Saudi Arabia was ready to stand by the side of Pakistan; if Nawaz Sharif or Benazir Bhutto had been in power at that time they would have decided as Musharraf did (rulers who do not have courage to stand against Indian control over Cricket how they would had stood against US International Alliance). However, USA declared Pakistan as non-NATO ally upon supporting US invasion in Afghanistan and Pakistan even ignored her interests while supporting America in Afghanistan. Result of Pakistan’s support to USA in Afghanistan is that India converted Pakistan into battle field by utilizing Indian presence and free hand given to her by USA in Afghanistan. The war that was imposed upon Afghanistan in order to fulfill some damn plans of USA has been converted into war for survival of Pakistan by US, Indian, Afghan, British and Israeli secret agencies.

                Freedom fighters of Indian Held Kashmir despite of their sacrifices and war crimes committed by Indian State Terrorists were declared as TERRORISTS; they have never targeted any passenger train or innocent people in India. In contrast to this few terrorists working for furtherance of Indian and other countries of the region’s Strategic Agenda, targeting passenger trains, Natural Gas and Electric Transmission Lines, army, security agencies and innocent civilians are enjoying not only American but support from whole Europe. American Senators present Bill for independence of Baluchistan in spite of being aware that after every terrorist activity they accept responsibility for it.

                A war that was never against terrorism but a conspiracy to weaken Pakistan to accept slavery of India and neutralize Chinese influence in the region has taken toll of 50 thousand innocent Pakistanis lives including 5 thousand personnel from security agencies, Police and army. Who is supplying latest weapons and financial support to terrorists; no one is ready to answer this! However, disappearance of NATO containers from Qasim Port Karachi containing military equipment numbering not in hundreds but in thousands and silence of US and NATO officials over this issue has answer for all these questions. Painful aspect is that as time for retreat of US troops from Afghanistan is getting closer; bitterness in the behavior of American and Western writers against Pakistan is converting into insult. Although, the basic reason for this bitterness is the thinking of US and Western think tanks over two types of the defeat that their forces are facing into Afghanistan, i.e.

                Failure of Americans and Western invaders to be accepted as saviors despite of their propaganda against Taliban and “Daisy Cutter” bombs, failure to win the hearts of Afghans.

                Defeat of Americans in Afghanistan despite of latest military equipment, well trained troops, sensitive modern technology, jet fighters equipped with the missiles powerful enough to convert mountains into dust, latest spy system and troops of Black Water filled with the passion of killing human beings in cold blood!

 

                Majority of Americans was told that Pakistan is not doing what Washington was demanding to reinforce American capture of Kabul. During the different meetings and talks held between Pakistan and US officials only one demand was heard from USA i.e. DO MORE; Americans are not ready to consider the relations between Pakhtoons living across Pakistan and Afghanistan, Americans only wanted Pakistan to withdraw all troops from Eastern Border to provide chance to Indian troops for invasion and deploy all forces over Afghan border in order to support genocide of Afghans by US terrorist troops in Afghanistan. Over failure in this goal a storm in the tea cup was created by the propaganda of western media against Pak-Army. Pakistan army was blamed for providing hideouts and support to terrorism. Writers like Ahmed Rasheed (who was arrested during 1973-74 on the orders of Zulifqar Ali Bhutto along with Najam Sethi under the charges of being involved in conspiracy to break apart Pakistan at the beck and call of Soviet Union and India) were hired to write books like DESCENT INTO CHAOS and was provided worldwide circulation and marketing. The summary of these books was, “if peace is required in the world than Pak-Army and ISI should be banned as these two national departments of Pakistan are involved in terrorism in the whole world”. When this propaganda campaign proved to be fruitless; sometimes USA tried Kerry Logger Bill through her hired agents like Hussain Haqqani, attempt was made to give ISI under the control of Rehman Malik when all this bore no fruit than drama of presence and killing of Osama Bin Laden at Abbotabad was staged in order to black mail Pakistan army. Time would unveil the role played by President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Hussain Haqqani. Memo Gate Scandal and attack over Salala Check post all were part of US attempts to black mail Pakistan army and raise questions over military capability for which much support was provided by few anchors of Pakistani electronic media.

 

US soldiers returning to USA

                Time is merciless it is neither controllable nor waits for anyone. At least 2014 has arrived and time for withdrawal of US troops as well; however, US wants to teach a lesson to Pakistan before leaving Afghanistan. This is the reason current wave of terrorism in Pakistan; otherwise which Shariat allows one to kill FC personnel imprisoned for last 3 years and announce it proudly or claim martyring Police personnel as revenge. On the one hand terrorists have been activated in Pakistan while on the other hand American writers have started pouring their hatred against Pakistan; recent example of this is the article written by C. Christine Fair, Assistant Professor at Department of School of Foreign Service of George Town University, she has written two books (1) Fighting to the End: The Pakistan and (2) Army’s Way of War A Madressah Challenge: Militancy and Religious Education in Pakistan. The article written by C. Christine Fair titled as

                “Ten Fictions That Pakistan Defense Officials Love to Peddle”

was published on 31^st January 2014. In this article ten points on which Pakistan have concerns that were forwarded by the envoy of Pakistan led by Sartaj Aziz, each and every point has been separately criticized and insulted by the words like RUBBISH, NON-SENSE and MORE FICTION etc. It would have been more appropriate if she had mentioned Maulvi Fazlullah as well who is residing in Afghanistan involved in terrorism under the shelter of USA.

                She has criticized relations with Pakistan from the start and used such words for Pakistani leaders from Quaid-e-Azam to present in her article that it would be inappropriate to mention these words here. She should have dared to study interview of Afghan President published in Sunday Times few weeks before her article in which Afghan President said, “In Afghanistan Americans are working against us (Afghans). Due to American lawlessness, crimes and corruption has been widely spread in Afghanistan. Americans have pushed Afghans into psychological war so that Afghans can be pressurized to transfer their wealth to West. Special class in the country is being brought forward while rest of the public has been left to burn in anger and deprivation”.

“The US-Pakistan “Strategic Dialogue” has restarted yet again. I would remiss If I did not point that it has never been strategic and it has certainly not been a dialogue. No doubt the Pakistanis are worried that wary American taxpayers and their congressional representatives may close the checkbook for good when last US soldier departs from Afghanistan. In the spirit of perpetual rent-seeking, Pakistani defense officials have recently alighted upon Washington to offer the same tired and hackneyed narratives that are tailored to guilt the Americans into keeping the gravy train chugging along”.

Sino-Pak Relations are Based on Brotherly Friendship; Not on Political & Economic Interests

There is no country in the world who happen to have a neighbor like India, a cunning and arch enemy involved in terrorism, explosions in public places and with grand designs in the region. In contrast to this Pakistan has another neighboring country that is far more powerful economically and defense wise i.e. China but she has been steadfast over diplomatic values and right of neighbors. Especially for Pakistan, Chinese strategy is above international political conspiracies, deals over regional affairs or mutual trade. The basic reason of such exemplary friendship might be the Pakistan’s friendly gesture towards China in 1950 when including USA, Western countries had concerns regarding Mao Tse Tung’s ideologies.  At such time when Western countries were planning against China, considering socialist culture of China as a threat to their imperialist system, only Pakistan came forward for friendship with China. Due to the Pakistan’s diplomatic struggle Chinese relations with other Islamic countries were established and this credit also goes to Pakistan for establishing secret relations between USA and China and paved way for US President’s visit to China. After successful visit of China and meetings with Chinese officials when US President returned Washington; the stories of Pakistan’s role for US-China relations had been reported to Western Media; so Western and US Media termed it as;

PAKSITAN AND CHINA FRIENDSHIP; AS HIGHER THAN THE MOUNTAINS, DEEPER THAN THE OCEANS, STRONGER THAN STEEL, DEARER THAN EYESIGHT, SWEETER THAN HONEY AND SO ON…

Karokarm Highway; Link between Pakistan & China

                2007 was a test of Pak-China friendship when students of Laal Masjid abducted and took hostage Chinese working at a massage center in Islamabad allegedly for being involved in adultery. According to the students of Jamia Hafza the act of taking Chinese workers as hostage was a part of their campaign adultery started in March 2007 when they have taken a woman namely “Shameem” and her daughter in law for allegedly running a brothel and were released after they repented. 2 males and 3 females of Chinese Massage Center were released after two days through successful dialogues with Police. However, US, Indian and Western media portrayed this incident as a charge-sheet against China. US govt. strictly criticized China and her policies regarding human rights over this incident that in its own country China has pronounced harsh punishments and banned adultery while China has established such centers in her neighboring country. Over this Vice President of China demanded operation against Laal Masjid. After this whatever happened and the role played by Pakistani media is not a secret to anyone.

International analysts divide Pakistan’s friendship with China in four stages i.e.

• From 1950 to 1965 when friendship was limited to diplomatic issues and supporting each other over international level. Pakistan supported China unconditionally in Tibet, Taiwan and disputes with India and China supported Pakistan over Kashmir dispute against India.
• From 1965 to 1979 in which many defense deals were signed; strategic alliance was established and construction of Karokaram Highway was completed for which hundreds of Chinese and Pakistanis laid down their lives.
• 1979 to 1999 when defense equipment and full support for nuclear technology was provided by China which helped Pakistan to minimize dependence over West.
• 4^th stage is after 1999; in 1999 China provided nuclear power plant for production of electricity, production of Al-Khalid Tank MBT-2000 in 2001 through mutual cooperation of both countries considered to be one of the  best tanks of the world, offer of China to develop Gwadar port in 2002 and signing of deal for development of Gwadar port in 2005 and completion of development work six months ahead of planned time are such examples of cooperation between both countries that have created concerns for many countries including USA and India.

I have several times written that current wave of violence in Baluchistan started in 2002 after signing of deal between Pakistan and China for construction of Gwadar and arrival of Chinese engineers and workers for construction. Initially this remained confined to protest statements that construction of Gwadar port is a conspiracy to make Baloch devoid of their rights, down grade their status to that of Red Indians and to capture resources of Baluchistan by Punjabi establishment; threats were issued of treason against Federation. When these threats had no effect murder of Chinese engineers along with attacks over military convoys, govt. installations, trains and gas transmission lines. When any militant trying to target Chinese was killed by security personnel deployed for security of Chinese guests; so-called independent Pakistani media also joined the chorus of international media against Pakistan govt. Remaining away from Pakistan’s internal politics Chinese kept working on the construction of Gwadar port and jolted the whole world by completing the project six months ahead of the projected time. How was this possible that anti-Pakistan power remain inactive over such an achievement which has opened new horizons for Pakistan’s economy? India and USA active against China also took completion of Gwadar port as a siren against their  interests in the region and kept supporting Baloch militants considering it as easy solution for destruction of Pakistani economy. The result of this foreign support to Baloch insurgents is that now the activities of these terrorists have been spread to outside Baluchistan, Karachi in Sindh and Rojhan and Rahim Yar Khan in Punjab. But all these foreign terrorist activities have no impact on Sino-Pak friendship and joint plans of defense. The current example is the interest of KSA and other Arabic countries in JF-17 Thunder that are now being produced in Pakistan through the cooperation of China.

Sino-Pak Nuclear deal that has made whole world worried

The recent friendly gesture of China is the plan to construct nuclear power plant in Karachi estimated cost to be 6.5 billion and to be completed till 2019. A new wave of propaganda against Pak-China friendship has been observed as a reaction to this plan. This propaganda is regarding security of Pakistan’s nuclear assets, nuclear proliferation and quoting example of Japan’s Fukushima power plant that was destroyed during Tsunami after which not only Japan but Germany and other countries have announced to minimize their dependence over nuclear power plants for production of electricity. However, after few years not only Japan has announced to restart her shut-down nuclear power plants but other countries have also started fulfilling their plans to meet energy requirements. Not only 438 nuclear power plants working in 31 countries are running but construction of 71 nuclear power plants have also been restarted that was stopped after Japan’s nuclear accident.

Pakistan is the only country of Muslim world that has nuclear capability and according to Western Defense analysts Pakistan’s nuclear technology and is much better and cost effective than other nuclear powers which has provided Pakistan a chance to increase its nuclear capability in lesser time. Currently Pakistan has 3 working nuclear power plants while Chashma power plant 2 and 3 are under construction. Construction of two more power plants has been started in Karachi. It is evident that not only Pakistan is well aware of nuclear power for defense purposes but also well aware of demands for security of nuclear power plants installed for production of electricity and well experienced as well. In fact Pakistan’s defense is not possible without strong economy in future and economy needs energy which should be cheaper as well. That is why while trying to fulfill energy demands through Petroleum and Gas Pakistan has already been left much far behind in the race of economic development.

But painful aspect is that objections and propaganda against Pak-China deal for construction nuclear power plants have been started from within Pakistan. Some writers are spreading stories fabricated by western media regarding corruption in Pak-China deals while other stuck to the Fukushima accident and trying to threaten Pakistanis but at the same time they are not ready to support construction of Kala Bagh dam for procuring cheaper energy. If only on the basis of accidents use of modern technology should be avoided than passenger planes, trains, cars etc. should be banned as well. But here the neither the problem is of the construction of the nuclear power plants through the support of China (which Pakistan needs on emergency basis to fulfill energy demands) nor of the corruption in Pak-China deals. But the actual problem is of the Pak-China friendship, defense and economic cooperation and brotherly relationship which has not been accepted by enemies of Pakistan from the first day but this journey of friendship would continue because its base is not upon political or trade interests but on the pure relations…

The Plan of Starting Trial of War Crimes against 195 Pakistanis in Bangladesh!!!

Silence of Muslims of the world over anti-Islamic Policy of Haseena Wajid is alarming

                Pakistani nation entrapped in the internal problems does not have the senses to realize that what conspiracies and plans are being cooked outside Pakistani borders to trap Pakistan; Pakistani rulers are ignorant of these conspiracies as well. Ignorance of Pakistani public trapped in the unending struggle to make both ends is somehow understandable but it is unbelievable that Pakistani rulers having all the resources and information are also unaware of these conspiracies. Desire of top leadership Awami League of Bangladesh to start trial of 195 Pakistani soldiers under war crimes has now become words and trasfered to black and white. This is now no more a demand but a decision and plan clearly expressed by newly elected Law Minister of Bangladesh on 26 January 2014.

 

Elder persons who even cannot walk sentenced to death by so-called Bangladeshi war tribunal

                During the speech Bangladeshi Law Minister Anees Ab-ul-Hassan confessed that 195 Pakistani soldiers who were allowed to return to Pakistan in 1974 as the result of a deal finalized between India and Pakistan and as a result of same deal, Bangladesh was accepted to be a separate state by Pakistan but Bangladeshi public was not happy over this deal, many groups have objected return of Pakistani soldiers without any trial; moreover, Sheikh Mujeeb also wanted to bring Pakistani murderers of Bangladeshis’ to justice under war crimes. But now in 2009 after an international war crimes tribunal was setup in Bangladesh and many Bangladeshi’s have been penalized by this tribunal for war crimes against Bangladeshi public committed during 1971 war the demand of Bangladeshi public for the trial of 195 Pakistanis who are real murderers of Bangladeshis’  is growing stronger day by day. So the newly elected govt. that has heavy mandate on its back has decided to start trial of 195 Pakistanis in order to provide justice to Bangladeshi people. However, final decision would be made after taking advice from international tribunal.

                Now the question is why Bangladeshi govt. is stuck to re-open the 42 years old wounds? Why Awami League wants to keep fuelling the fire of hatred against Pakistan in Bangladesh? And who is on the back of the Haseena Wajid? The simplest answer to all these questions is that in Bangladesh there is rule of India in the form of Haseena Wajid; India on the one hand wants to keep fuelling the propaganda against Pakistan in Bangladesh and on the other hand wants to utilize Bangladesh as a center for uprooting of Islam from sub-continent so that increasing unrest among the largest minority in India i.e. Muslims could be kept under control who have not got out of magic of Two Nations Theory until now and are dreaming about a future Pakistan like state out of present India. As long as the statement of Bangladeshi is concerned one may ignore it as a political stunt however, our elites of the electronic media distributing wisdom of the whole world day and night our international affairs are also silent over this statement. Probably they are ignoring this statement due to their enmity towards Pakistan that is no more a secret considering it as a dispute between Pakistan army and Bangladesh. Moreover, last year those Pakistanis who were given awards for supporting cessation of Bangladesh by Haseena Wajid had not only supported trial and penalization of those Bangladeshis who supported Pakistani forces but also demanded trial of Pakistani soldiers as well. Not only this a famous Pakistani went to such an extent in a Bangladeshi TV Program that if Bangladeshi govt. starts trial of Pakistani soldiers and penalizes them under war crimes for 1971 war this might force Pakistan army to accept democratic govt. and stop interfering in the political process. Pakistan nation and political elite cannot separate themselves from this problem despite of presence and will of such mindset and liberalists present in our media. Because this is not trial of 195 Pakistani soldiers or Pakistan army; the identity and stability of Pakistan is connected with this dispute. India is utilizing that area which remained part of Pakistan against Pakistan and Islam by playing at the back foot without coming in the light. India is also working against Two Nations Theory. Because India is well aware that despite of all the steps against Islam in Bangladesh, hangings of Islamists, ban over Islamic political parties in Bangladesh to participate in Pakistan; this is a historical fact that movement for a separate homeland started from East Bengal. As long as Pakistan exists Islam could not be uprooted from Bangladesh as well.

                Before discussing this further let’s have a bird’s eye view of the internal situation of Bangladesh. In Bangladesh there is such a govt. which has support of no one except India. USA and European Union has already rejected the results of the elections held in last month of January in Bangladesh. Interesting fact is that due to the boycott of more than 20 political parties from opposition Indian sponsored Awami League succeeded to secure 153 seats out of 300 seats without any contest. Elections over remaining 147 seats were declared as drama by international community and apologized from sending observers as well. Common wealth, UNO and international organizations for human rights condemned on going riots in Bangladesh and expressed severe reaction over elections in such situation. Despite of all this Haseena Wajid did not stop so-called election process and despite of dictated votes on remaining seats the turn out for votes remained to be 20% only. In order to suppress the protests by the opposition parties more than 500 persons were killed in by the firing police as well as clashes between workers of political parties in different cities of Bangladesh in the month of January 2014. In this way Haseena Wajid gave a new govt. and increased the arrests of opposition parties in order to suppress her opponents.

                Rejecting the results of the dictated elections; leader of opposition Khalida Zia announced that till the restoration of real democracy protest will continue. Haseena Wajid on the condition of abandoning protests offered opposition fresh elections which was turned down by the opposition that any elections held under the power of Haseena Wajid would be dummy and fake. This is the internal political situation of the Bangladesh which should be totally in the control of Bangladeshi people; however, the bloody game being played in Bangladesh in the name international tribunal is directly linked with every Pakistani because trials under this tribunal have direct link with Pakistan.

                The war crimes tribunal in Bangladesh is hearing 800 cases out of which 70 have been decided. These cases are linked with Pakistan that existed before 1971; a time when Indian sponsored freedom movement was although present but Bangladesh was not existent at all. During this time this was the duty Pakistani security forces to take action against any group, person or party working against the stability of the Pakistan. But few internal traitors, with the open aggression of India in the name of help to Bangladeshis; succeeded in dividing Pakistan into two parts however, in order to provide cover to her aggression India started propaganda campaign against Pakistani army accusing Pakistani soldiers for raping 2 million Bangladeshi women and murdering 3 million Bangladeshis. Irony of the fate is that after fall of Dhaka same group came into power in remaining Pakistan that not only played a vital role in the separation of Eastern Pakistan but also wanted to defame Pakistan army in order to prolong their rule in Pakistan. As a result all the allegations laid by India against Pakistan army were accepted as it is.

                This is why now when Haseena Wajid is targeting her opponents in the name of supporting Pakistan army during 1970-71; a grave silence is being observed from Pakistan side. On 30 January 2014 13 people including Amir Jamaat Islami Bangladesh, Mutee-ur-Rehman, Ex-Interior Minister Lutf-u-Zamaan for providing weapons to Assam separatists, Chief of Bangladeshi Military Intelligence Major General Chaudhary Razzaq, Chief of was sentenced to death,  Chief of National Security Intelligence Brigadier Abdul Rehman, Director Security Wing Commander Shahab Uddin, Deputy Director Technical Manager Liaqat, General Adminstration Inaam ul Haq, Managing Director Mohsin Uddin, Secretary Industry Noor-ul-Ameen and local party leader of Awami League Khoba Ali were awarded death sentence by Bangladeshi war tribunal.

                In order to express solidarity with judicial tribunal and rectify the sentences awarded by this tribunal Awami League announced to take out rallies that were converted into protests against Pakistan. Workers of Awami League used slogans devoid of moral values in their sit-ins on banners. You will nowhere observe such a way to express of hatred which was observed in Bangladesh against Pakistan; at least why? The answer to this question is must to be founded and this also requires the attention that why Haseena Wajid attached the word INTERNATIONAL with her war tribunal; just for that when she wants to start trial of Pakistani soldiers no legal hurdle is faced by her?

‘Pakistan is passing through difficult times’ that is the sentence I have been listening as long as I can remember. But that is only true for 95% Pakistanis. For 5%, it has been a heaven that one could imagine. Some elites has progressed so fast that it is unbelievable, particularly those who have been linked to governing families. Propagating ‘Woes’ of Pakistan have been their political necessity. Following this line, they want to subdue opposition and parties with different viewpoints. When a head of government gives this particular statement, masses of Pakistan do not feel that way. However, informed circles smile at these statement and think how usurper of wealth of Pakistan are trying to fool the nation.

However, Pakistan is really passing through most difficult times. All, including 5% elites are experiencing sense of lack of security. People with means are buying bullet proof vehicles and ruling elites having bunker like palaces and assume themselves unbeatable. Lack of sense of security has affected everyone. Due to lack of governance, every day is an ordeal for Pakistanis. Police is there and so is lawlessness. Courts are there and so is the lack of justice. Even indigenous produce is not available for its common man. Hospitals and doctors are there but not the medicines. This is a Muslim nation with lot of mosques but you cannot pray without armed security. Handful elements who want implementation of Shariat with brutal force. They have no hesitation in accepting financial aid including weapons and ammunition from anti Pakistan and anti-Islam forces. They fully know that India and Israel are arch enemies of Pakistan. They also know that continuous lawlessness is weakening defense of Pakistan. Increased extremism may provide western powers a reason to deprive Pakistan of its nuclear capability. In the absence of nuclear capability, the region would be dominated by extremist Hindu India. Pakistan that was gained after untold sacrifices will be dominated by India.

How can we explain this nexus of Foreign Elements and TTP Terrorists?

The young generation questions the logic of suicide and remote control bombings in the name of sectarianism and Islam. People of Pakistan have been targeted in the name of Lal Mosque and drone attacks. 50,000 people have been killed in these explosions including innocent children, women and aged. Some were killed in mosques, some in markets and some defending Pakistan. The violent groups have proudly owned these senseless killings. However, they have never condemned Indian atrocities in Indian occupied Kashmir against its Muslim population.

People are on the edge because government of Pakistan is still confused on action against the terrorists. Government is unable to decide whether to initiate talks or use force. Political parties are unable to agree. Daily discussions on electronic media have added to the confusion where terrorist’s view point is presented as it was a normal discussion between government and opposition parties. People want practical steps to ensure safety of their families. Each province is being targeted differently. Polio vaccination teams are being targeted. Children are being targeted with toy bombs. Railway lines are being targeted with explosives. Every terrorist has his own reasons; however, aim is only one, to threaten safety of Pakistan. Rest of the job will be done by enemies through fourth generation war.

In my previous article, I had hinted upon fourth generation war. National and foreign experts agree that Pakistan is fighting a fourth generation war. In this form of warfare, army is not attacked directly. Guerilla bands do not enter towns and cities. Society, culture and values are targeted through propaganda. Nation is divided on trivial issues so much that they are unable to agree on single point. Propaganda needs an effective media as a medium. This plan is not made be generals of enemy but by experts of psychology and social sciences. These experts have commanding knowledge of target country who can exploit internal fissures. Incompetent and undeserving individuals are brought in government who destabilize social and economic system of the nation. People do not have power to protest. Opinions are so conflicting that people unwillingly become fuel of this instability. National defense and security agencies are targeted in a way that they are unable to identify perpetrators and their aims. Neither people understand that they are in midst of a war. Enemies have played our internal differences against us.

When eradicating Polio becomes a Crime?

Are we not victim of fourth generation war? The people have lost their will to protest. They feel unsafe in mosques even in the presence of armed guards. They accept every accident and injustice as their fate. People have accepted terrorist attacks as they have accepted bribery and mismanagement as order of the day. And that is the success for our enemies. We consider that it is the job of defense and security agencies to every kind of war. However, in this form of warfare, every citizen is soldier on frontline and there is no option of retreat as it is being fought right in our homes.

This war can be won. However, it is imperative that nation is united and focused. Our media carries biggest responsibility under the circumstances. Media should highlight ideological basis of the nation rather than towing the line of foreign powers. This all is possible only when we accept the fact that we are at war. Government should take all necessary steps with courage to ensure safety of its people. Religious leaders should promote unity rather than sectarianism and should convey in strong terms that terrorism and terrorists do not have any place in Pakistani society. Either to negotiate or use force must be decided as soon as possible.
