“UN Report on Benazir Tragedy” A Tactic to Pressurize Pakistani Army?

An Issue of weekly "Time" published after one week of tragedy, having extreme dangerous meanings for the integrity of Pakistan

Everyone is astonished after reading the report of UN Investigation Commission on Benazir Bhutto’s tragedy, that if the purpose of spending of millions of dollars was just to raise questions in spite of finding murderers, the Pakistani media had already done that. Media has raised hundreds of questions in last for which no satisfactory answer have been given in last years (neither there is any hope that any satisfactory answer will be given). Astonishingly UN Investigation Commission has not only Musharaf govt. for murder of Benazir but also expressed concerns about important leaders of People’s Party. Means like children’s game “Hide and Seek” keep searching for each other. Sometimes it is one’s turn or everybody tries to save each other.

Investigation report has clearly written that disappearance of alternative vehicle and presence of Rehman Malik, Farhatullah Babar and Babar Aiwan was an unforgivable negligence and act. But in the eyes of govt. the washing of the spot became more important. Perhaps because UN Investigation Commission writes that SSP Police of Rawalpindi cannot do that on his own. He (SSP) was in contact with Chief of Military Intelligence Major General Nadeem Aijaz. After this, silently it was expressed that Pak-Army is involved in the murder of Benazir.  Although there was no single aspect in this report which has not been analyzed in detail during past two years. But with the haste CPO Saud Aziz (Multan) was degraded to OSD and his name has been included in ECL, it shows this hypothesis got further support, “there is some relationship between Saud Aziz and Chief of Military Intelligence”. Perhaps after seeing that matters are going in a specific direction Prime Minister and Army Chief had established a fact finding committee consisting of Civil and army specialists. The committee will establish whether Director Military Intelligence Major General Ejaz Nadeem had ordered police officers to wash the scene or not. The basic and important element in the incident of Benazir is washing of place of incident. Neither there is any investigation on avoiding post mortem nor non-availability of stand by vehicle or missing head sheet (Dopatta) of Benazir that would help in evaluating myth of bullet strike). Readers may be perplexed that UN investigators accused Syrian Intelligence Chief in Rafiq Hariri’s Case to safe guard US and Israeli interests. Newly elected prime minister of Pakistan, Yousaf Raza Gillani announced UN investigations of Benazir’s Case in his first parliamentary address despite the facts that UN did not have any expertise, this organization had failed providing justice to Muslims and performance of UN in Rafiq Hariri’s case was subservient to US and Israeli interests.

Before I discuss validity of UN commission report on Benazir’s case in the light of details from Rafiq Hariri’s case, I must inform my august readers that I have searched through all newspapers of from 28 to 31 December 2007 and could not find any news item on the issue of washing of place of the incident. However, this does not mean that the place has not been washed. The said place was washed at 9’o clock 27 December 2007. It was also filmed by a journalist of private TV channel. If washing of the place of incident was part of conspiracy than why police did not stop the journalist. Further, why this could not find any place in international and local media despite the ‘face’ that it could hinder investigations or getting to the murderer.

I asked these questions from senior journalists and retired police officials. The answer was: first, may be this news did not have any weight because the vehicle carrying Ms. Benazir Bhutto had been moved. All the evidence limited to Benazir was not on the scene. Second, hundred of vehicles have passed over the place of incident before it was washed. There was nothing left except the limbs and body parts of the victims. Police would have gathered relevant evidence before washing the place (UN investigation team has also mentioned this, however, they have declared these insufficient and have failed to explain how extra evidence could have been gathered from place of incident). Even if there is lack of evidence, live footage of the incident and photographs can be made use of. Fortunately¸ moment by moment activities of Benazir were being filmed by dozen of cameras.

Now let’s discuss Rafiq Hariri’a case and efficiency of UN investigation team. It happened on 14 February 2005. An explosion occurred when ex prime minister of Lebanon, Rafiq Hariri’s motorcade reached near St George Hotel. As per the experts, a thousand kg of explosive was used in the vehicle that has hit the motorcade. In this incident hundred of people were killed and injured including the ex prime minister. This incident created sensation in Arab European worlds. Israeli foreign minister was the first one to speak on the incident who blamed Syria. Arab countries were in the state of shock when USA not only announced UN investigations of Rafiq Hariri’s murder and presented a resolution on UN Security Council demanding withdrawal of Syrian forces from Lebanon with the ultimatum that Syria should withdraw its forces within 24 hours or else be ready for the consequences. Syria protested strongly to no avail due to charged international environment due to Rafiq Hariri’s murder. Syria announced withdrawal of its forces. This was a big success for USA and Israel as a result of this incident resulting into mourning in Lebanon and jubilation in Israel. On 17 February New York Times reported in reference to Condoleezza Rice “Syria is indirectly responsible for the blast”. UN Security Council passed resolution number 1595 on request for UN’s investigation even without consulting Lebanese Government and ordered an inquiry commission under German judge Detev Mehlis to Beirut. The investigation team did their job for a week and reported UN that requested access to Syrian Intelligence Chief Asif Shoukat for questioning. That means expressed thire doubts on brother in law of Syrian president Bashar al Asad. Syria rejected the initial report of investigation team and announced the no member of the team will be granted entry into Syria. US president George Bush requested a special meeting of UN Security Council and labeled Syria a threat to international peace. it seemed that Security Council is going to decide for an attack on Syria as Afghanistan and Iraq in such an environment.

Some rulers, jockeys of USA, started threatening Syrian president Bashar al Asad in the garb of diplomacy. To increase the pressure, Lebanese opposition leader, Waleed Jenilat accused Syrian president in a press conference of threatening him and Rafiq Hariri in 2004. He also claimed that they were threatened dire consequences for whole of Lebanon if they opposed extension in presidency of Lebanese president Emile Lahood. An Irish journalist also stated on BBC that Rafiq Hariri has also mentioned of Syrian threat in an interview. Who can verify these claims? At last, Syria gave in. US foreign secretary landed at Damascus Air Port with a large entourage as a victor. She spent five busy days over there. No body knows what all was agreed between Syrian and USA. Neither USA told anything to the world nor did Syrian president inform his nation of any thing, loss or gain. However, diplomats felt the change. Investigation team started praising cooperation of Syrian government. The ambiguity about involvement of Syrian Intelligence Chief in Rafiq Hariri’s case was maintained. UN investigation team has failed to conclude their report that who is actually responsible. First report was presented on 20 October 2005. Second report was presented on 10 December 2005. After 20 days i.e. 11 January 2006, UN changed German head of the team with a Belgium’s retired judge, Serge Brammertz and story of murder was turned towards drug smugglers and criminal groups of Syria, Lebanon and Palestine. To be clear, USA is ready with a noose for Syria in shaped accusation on its intelligence chief and has also removed Hizbollah friendly Rafiq Hariri with no progress in investigations.

Let’s examine real motives of Rafiq Hariri’s murder. All those who are interested in developments Middle East know that Rafiq Hariri had been a challenge for US interests in the area and Hezbollah enjoyed his support. His interview by Tim Sebastian of BBC is still on record in which he was asked why he refused handing over of wanted Hezbollah leaders to USA who had been declared terrorist by US Congress. Had he not been weakening US war against terrorism? Further is he ready for results of annoying Americans? Rafiq Hariri answered, “USA may be calling Hezbollah terrorist but I do not consider them as such because they are trying to implement UN resolutions passed after Israeli occupation of Lebanese territory, they fighting against Israeli aggression”.

Let’s get back to Benazir’s Murder case and its investigations. Opponents of Musharaf’s government consider Musharaf responsible for the murder basing on an E mail sent by Benazir Bhutto to Mark Seagull from her Black Berry cell phone on 26 October 2007 (it was presented by Mark Seagull in a dramatic way in an interview on CNN). They also claim that Benazir has renounced her earlier agreement with USA for her return for the larger interest of Pakistan. US allied groups in Pakistan are naming General retired Hameed Gull who has earned ire of USA. In E mail, Benazir appears to be complaining of prevention of use of private vehicle with tinted glasses. On the other hand, she exposes herself by standing out of vehicle to answer her voters after a successful and exciting speech in Liaqat Bagh. What else could be called a security lapse? Major retired Imtiaz on front seat, Naheed Khan and Makhdoom Amin Fahim on back seat and driver remain scratch less after the explosion. Why only Benazir is hit amidst the two? Why UN team has not investigated this? According to Naheed Khan, Benazir decided to expose herself by opening the upper latch and standing above the vehicle after a call on her cell phone. Was it not the duty of investigation team to look into her cell phone and last call? Why her trusted employee Khalid Shahnshah has not been investigated that why he was acting strangely and trying to communicate with whom. Why he was not closer to the lady or where has he disappeared? He has been known to be murdered soon after? Why UN team has not searched for his murderers? From where the looters and saboteurs appeared in Sind who destroyed transport and railway worth billions of rupees?  No one has been named so far. Why US and European media started pointing on Pakistan’s security? Was there any idea of dividing USA after murder of Abraham Lincon or Kennedy? On the other hand we people only think and talk of dividing of country after every national tragedy. Every body knows that Benazir was exactly removed through an explosion as in case of Rafiq Hariri. USA is involved in both the cases but no body mentions it. Contrarily, the institutions jockeyed with USA believe the UN reports without questioning. It is not a coincidence but US requirement that intelligence chiefs of Syria and Pakistan should be named as suspects. No doubt, Benazir was a national honor. Her murderers should not only be caught but hanged as well. But it is only possible when instead of fitting the noose around innocent necks as per political requirements, we search and catch actual murderers and fix the motives of murder. Else every body knows that washing of the scene in no way hinders investigation process.

Impatience in Western Media on WikiLeaks about India…!

“Hemant Karkare clashed with USA, because USA propagates in world only their version of terrorism, USA wants to show only one face as terrorists to the world; USA wants to plunder the resources present in Muslim world, for this purpose it wants only Muslims to be considered as face of terrorism.

What was the crime of Hemant Karkare? Crime of Karkare was that he unveiled a new face of terrorism. So Karkare had been removed skillfully, because he had taken stand against American and Israeli game. Whatever Karkare was about to reveal, was creating problems for US game plan. I want to announce that today’s murder on 26^th November has proved that “Terrorism” is the product of evil triangle of USA, Israel and R.S.S. It is clear to the world that murder of Hemant Karkare…

At ten minutes past 1 o’clock, morning of 27 December a “live footage” of Hemant Karkare (right after 1 hour after start  of 27^th date) is being telecasted on TV. The media which you claim to be Free Media, media highlights Hemant Karkare himself wearing metallic helmet, putting on his Bullet Proof Jacket, and getting ready to participate in fight against terrorists. You call the film being telecast on 1:10 as Live Footage?

 What is reality? Reality is that on 10:30 Hemant Karkare has been martyred. Then at 1:10 what live footage you are showing and why? Brothers! Such like questions are now openly being raised by people of ATS. The people who were totally unaware, Karkare had  personal security guards. He had a security team of 400 personnel of ATS, where was that team, he cannot go alone like that.

We have leveled this allegation and we are saying this to whole Hindustan that there should be a judicial probe of murder of Karkare, Kamte and his colleagues. For what reason? Judicial Probe will bring truth to light. Because not only we but Mumbai Police also demand so. I am openly accusing that I have received hundreds of threats, thousands of times people have threatened me that Baale Sb (Baal Thakre) will not let me live longer in this world and that he considers me as traitor.

Till yesterday you have been targeting Muslims as terrorists. You considered Hindus innocent. Today such an environment has been created where a Hindu Officer is murdered and when we raise questions we are labeled as Muslims. Today the truth about RSS has been unveiled. RSS has made this a routine. You (RSS) thought that in the garb of terrorism they would target Muslims and then Hindus and “Public” would not take notice of it. You martyred Karkare. Because after 26^th July wherever bomb blasts occurred, Muslims has no role to play. Hemant Karkare was saying the same. Few weeks before his death, he had a meeting with Muslims of Mumbai and told them that there is no organization named as “Indian Mujahideens” (which is always blamed for bomb blasts)…”

You have just read few quotes from famous Indian Journalist Amresh Misra’s speech. Above mentioned speech was delivered on 26^th November in Allahabad in a meeting in the commemoration of Hemant Karkare. The participants of this gathering included Hindu, Muslims and Sikhs persons from all religions. During his speech he raised such questions about the incidents in Mumbai hotels, which neither Indian govt. (always demanding that Pakistan should handover culprits to it) is unable to answer nor Pakistani govt. (Pakistan who is always assuring to not only to India but to America that non-state actors involved in this incident of terrorism will be soon arrested).

Here I would like to give a brief introduction of Amresh Misra. He belongs to Mumbai. He is friend of Hemant Karkare since childhood. Due to such close relations he knows about Colonel Purohit, Sadhvi and Swami and there role in bomb blasts in Samjhota Express and other bomb blasts in India. He was aware of these facts when Indian media was unaware that on duty officers of Indian Army, RSS and secret agencies of Indian Army involved in shameful acts of bomb blasts in their own country. But Indian media was just accusing Pakistan for every terrorist activity in India. Amresh Misra was also aware of shocking confessions of Colonel Purohit, Sadhvi and Swami after arrest but before being brought in court. Amresh Misra also knew that Karkare has been threatened from Hindu Extremist L.K. Adwani, RSS, Military Intelligence and RAW. In spite of this Chief of Indian ATS had decided to bring forward the crimes of Indian Army and Hindu RAW. Because they were murderers of thousands of innocent persons.

Amresh Misra had informed his journalist friends through e-mail about the bloody drama of Mumbai and purposes behind it right after four hours of terrorist activity on 26^th November 2008. He had informed his friends all over the world that Hemant Karkare has been murdered and that the alleged drama of attacks on Taj Mehal and hotel Oberoi has been staged only to remove Karkare, because Karkare was not ready to leave on duty officer Colonel Purohit at any price. Afterwards in his writings Amresh Misra has also accused owners of Hotel Oberoi and Taj Mehal for being involved in the murder of Karkare. He has a clear proof that how ten terrorists can enter into hotels present in such a high security zone with heavy weapons that they are capable of facing a brigade of Indian army for 62 hours? This Indian journalist had nothing to do with Pakistan he just wanted to tell the world that India known as secular on international level is only country whose armed institutions are busy in growing terrorism along with Hindu extremists. So that internally Muslim minority could be suppressed while on international level Pakistan could be left alone on international level. Amresh Misra or other journalists of India do not demand judicial inquiry of alleged murder of Karkare, they know that any of such inquiry will not only reveal the real murderers of Karkare but will also unveil biggest network of terrorism in front of world, which is supervised and practically supported by Indian Army, Secret Agencies and Hindu Extremists.

All these concerns have been also supported by documents published on WikiLeaks on 9^th December. They include more shocking disclosures about Indian army. In these documents there are such documents in which American Ambassador has severely criticized ex and present Chief of Indian Army and also expressed concerns about Indian nuclear facilities. Especially the links between Indian forces and Hindu extremists’, activities of Secret Agencies in Pakistan, armed Indian interference in Baluchistan and Waziristan, in order to pressurize ISI and push Muslims of the area behind the plans of Hindu extremists and Indian army are important topics of these documents. In a document the meeting with Hemant Karkare has been discussed, it is written in documents that Hemant Karkare wants to unveil the network of Indian army and Hindu Extremists. But he is also afraid that Secret agencies and Indian army will murder him. For this he also forwarded a request to Indian govt. that he is concerned about safety of his family. According to disclosures of WikiLeaks Hemant Karkare told US ambassador the names of on duty officers and how they conduct terrorists activities in India, he also told US ambassador that how Colonel Purohit destroyed Samjhota Express.

These letters sent to Washington from American Embassy in New Delhi have significant concerns about ex-Commander in Chief Lt. General Primnath Hoon. It is written in those documents that General Hoon is supervising special wing of Hindu Extremists, it has full technical, logistic and financial support of Indian army (Keep in mind that General Hoon is running camps of terrorists in India where young Tajik, Uzbek, Bloch and Pakhtoon are brought via Afghanistan. There they are trained for Gorilla war, use of automatic weapons and suicide bomb blasts. General had already confessed this in an interview with proud that he is doing this to defeat Pak-Army and ISI).  On the night of 26^th November 2008 Hemant Karkare was murdered, in reaction to his murder American Embassy in New Delhi informed American govt., “We have lost an important link and proof”.

In this letter they again repeated concerns of Karkare, "he will be murdered". It is written that Hindu extremism has taken form of Time bomb. It is more dangerous for region as compared to Taliban or al-Qaeda. Moreover American govt. has been advised that including Hindu Students Council of America all organizations collecting funds should be banned because these Hindu organizations are collecting these funds for extremist Hindus of India.

WikiLeaks have become cause of shame for international last two weeks however as soon as some documents about India have been disclosed western media has become restless. That western media, which has made Pakistan "punching bag" since long ago. Even if a single leave is broken Pakistan is severely blamed for that, even the terrorist activities within Pakistan are used against Pakistan. Neither can it see corpses of Muslims burnt alive in Gujarat and Ahmadabad nor genocide of Muslims in held Kashmir. Their restlessness for India was so severe that at once the WikiLeaks published in Pakistani newspapers were rejected as being suspicious and unverified. On 10th December in daily Dawn a long article has been published by representative of Guardian "Declan Walsh". In this article he has tried to prove that Disclosures of WikiLeaks about India are actually reaction to those WikiLeaks which had created problems for Pakistani political and military leadership. The article of "Declan Walsh" with the title of "Some Newspapers Publish Fake WikiLeaks Cables against India" is not for loyalty with India but also a proof of aggressive behavior of western media towards Pakistan. however all of these struggles to prove WikiLeaks about India as unauthentic went in vain when disclosures of WikiLeaks about secretary general of ruling Indian party Congress and son of Rajeev Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi were made. In these disclosures it has been revealed that Rahul Gandhi thinks Extremist Hindu Groups as a threat to sovereignty and integrity of India. Rahul Gandhi told American ambassador in New Delhi that Hindu extremists are increasing disputes with Muslims under a specific agenda and if this is not checked threats to integrity of India will increase. These thoughts of Rahul Gandhi met severe criticism from BJP leaders, someone asked him to get mature, and other advised him to leave politics (although American has said that he is well experienced politician) but most interesting was the reaction from the spokesperson of BJP, according to him Rahul Gandhi is speaking language of Pakistan and Ajmal Qasab.

While Rahul Gandhi is just like many Hindus like Hemant Karkare who think that increasing religious extremism in Indian army and increasing power of Hindu extremist could make a severe problem for India in future. Although by staging drama of 26/11 Indian army and Hindu extremist had silenced Karkare forever but in this way they cannot suppress reality forever. If you don’t believe me study Indian weekly "Outlook" published on 19 November 2008 you will forget the restlessness created by WikiLeaks and will understand that it was necessary for Hindu extremists and Indian army to remove Karkare. And that also in such a way that world forgets questions raised by "Outlook" against Indian army and is forced to think about Pakistan, ISI, Lashkar-e-Taiba and increasing influence of Islamic extremists in Pakistan. Do not you think that followers of Kotla Chankiya have succeeded in attaining their broad purposes with just one staged drama? And look at our simplicity that we have not yet decided that how many non-state actors we will accuse for Mumbai Attacks...

Is this not fact that America and its toady Britain and its allies have illegally occupied Afghanistan? Whatever there purposes or interests are, respected afghan is not ready to accept slavery, and they do not accept any deal with regard to their identity. From there side resistance is continuously going as their ancestors have practiced.

Look at the history whenever any country has captured any other country based on power and force it has been always supported by some local traitors. They either call their act as result of deprivations or based on ethnic disputes, as reason for helping enemies, there act is “treachery to country.” The current capture of Afghanistan by English was not possible without support of anti-Pashtoon groups. They are Afghan but due to being in minority ethnically, their dream of controlling Afghanistan had never been fulfilled. All of them in fond of power and supremacy over Pashtoon majority have supported America in 2001. America had also needed such elements. So both succeeded in attaining their purposes, especially Tajik and war lords started massacre as soon as they got power. Thousands of Pashtoons were buried alive. As per need, America tried to convince that all dead were Taliban terrorists. Think yourself that after Americans withdrawal when hundreds of such mass graves will be discovered, will America accept responsibility for this genocide? Not at all, America and its allies will be proven innocent. Those heartless countries of UNO who allowed joint attack on Afghanistan will also go away. However, the process of revenge will further deepen in Afghanistan. To end this UN will have to interfere again. However Tajik leadership will have to face shame when after fulfilling its purpose America will leave them, will provide proofs, will show clips over media, and will tell the whole world that see we are not the actual murderers and torturers of Afghan people but local leaders and they should be brought to the international war court. It is old practice of America that whom it uses for its damn purposes, after achieving its goals tightens the noose in their necks. On the other hand, traitors have been treated like that from thousands of years; perhaps this is the revenge of nature.

After capturing Afghanistan in 2001 america divided it in different administrative parts and limited itself to Kabul, Jalalabad, and Qandhar and other areas were given in the control of allies. While Hilmand province was given to Britain. After passing of 8 years Americans suddenly came to know that until resistance continues in Hilmand they cannot strengthen their capture of Afghanistan. At least before Operation such expression was given in the media. It is possible that actual purposes were different. However in the name of Operation, America started big war in Hilmand. In this operation in order to support its ground forces 40 latest jetfighters were specially called from America. (Keep this in mind that Hilmand is most fertile land of Afghanistan consisting of plain and desert.)

On the one hand 21 thousand fresh soldiers were provided and on the other hand Italian weekly “Panorama” has claimed with the support of Saudi govt. the peace talks with Taliban are going on. According to this weekly the process of these meetings was started in September. In these talks, featured persons were authorities from Saudi Secret Agency, American diplomats, heads of big businesses, and representatives of Gulbadeen Hikmat Yar and Mullah Omar. According to Panorama Taliban has demanded 5 points that are as given below;

1. immediate Cease Fire
2. Withdrawal of foreign forces from their Provincial or regional bases
3. Total withdrawal of all foreign forces within 1 year 6 months
4. Establishment of transitional governments in all provinces and under their supervision national elections should be conducted
5. Deployment of Joint forces of Islamic countries in spite of NATO and American forces

All of these demands are not acceptable by America and its allies. However they are trying to prepare alternative roadmap to this which is acceptable by leadership of Taliban.

In the same way first time American govt. (Admiral Mullen and Robert Gates) has accepted responsibility for sad incident in province FARAH situated in West of Hilmand while Afghan President Hamid Qarzai has rejected it. Two months ago there 140 Afghan men and women were murdered in bombardment by American fighters. On this barbaric act in spite protest Afghan President claimed the dead as Taliban but America rejected stance of Afghan President and ordered investigations. This was the first dispute. On the issue of Azbuk war lord General Abdul Rasheed Dostam America and Hamid Karzai has sever differences. The date of 20^th August 2009 has been given as date for Presidential elections. Last year General Dostum was Chief of Afghan army but after political conspiracies and kidnapping of Pashtoons and later on their murders, he was removed from this post. Afterwards in a self-exile he started living in Turkey. Now in the upcoming elections Karzai needs Dostum’s support. In this regard, Hamid Qarzai has issued statement on 11^th July that General Dostum is a respected citizen of Afghanistan so no one can stop him from coming back to country. Then American govt. wants to get rid from Afghan President Hamid Qarzai along with notorious Warlord of Northern Alliance? India will be also not ready for that. All the influence of India in Kabul is due to Northern Alliance or under cover America is going to make a secret deal with Pashtoon resistors (Taliban) while apparently attacks on allied forces has been increased. The number of deaths of british and American soldiers during was has been increased as well. Daily four to five corpses are being received by mortuary on Bilgram Airbase. From there two times in a week C-130 carrying corpses in coffins flys in the dark of night towards America. On the other hand the aerial attacks on the Taliban controlled areas has been increased as well but Taliban are not being weakened.

Now let us analyze Afghan war from a different angle. International Defense Analyst are feeling, “in Afghanistan NATO and allied forces have been pushed back. By limiting their role Americans have taken control of Afghan war in their own hands”. The whole magic is of little pill of “Viagra”. It has forced players of Chess in Pentagon and CIA Headquarter to change their policy in Afghanistan. Famous as “Little Blue Bullet” this pill of Viagra has done such marvelous job which Daisy Cutter Bombs, greed of millions of dollars, and Mortar bombs have been unable to do in last 8 years, according to a report of “Washington Post”. Two years ago this pill was used by a CIA operative in Afghan province Paktiya when he gave this pill to a 65 year old Afghan, who was respected as chief in his village. This operative of CIA was working as Dr. in a military field hospital. This hospital was temporarily established in order to win hearts of local people. Through this hospital even by-pass operations of some Afghans were done, however in spite of so much service local Afghan were not ready to trust on them or provide them any information about militants. The offer of dollars and other facilities also proved useless.

65 year old Afghan went to camp to get another Viagra second day. He was trying to please doctor’s assistant to please him. Clever agent of CIA understood that arrow has hit on target. The need of Viagra made that old man to give up in front of CIA agent. After this Americans achieved so much information and successes that Americans could not even imagine it. After this Americans decided to use Viagra as a weapon in other parts of Afghanistan. It gave them hundred percent results. The information collectedf through Viagra revealed that NATO or allied soldiers have been fed up from war on terror. On many chances in spite of having the higher Taliban commanders on target NATO operational commanders showed laziness or provided required persons chance to run away. Through Viagra CIA revealed that militants had decided not to kill American and other foreign but shoot them at such a point of body due to which they will spend their rest of life as crippled and will be a sign of horror for others. As soon as these information was collected special bullet proof guards were worn up on the arms and legs of American soldiers but till this many had been crippled. On failure of their policy militants also changed their strategy.

Readers on the one hand there is super power of world and its soldiers equipped with latest weapons. They have practical support of 28 countries and support of UN as well. On the other hand there are Afghan Pashtoon who have only one greatest weapon, the will die for freedom and their faith in Allah. This is the only reason that America could not achieve its dirty targets.

In the end I consider it necessary to mention Conference of G-8 countires held in italy last week. In this conference American President Obama said that Food and its protection is number 1 problem of world. On the 2^nd number clean water (without it agriculture and life is meaningless) and on the third diminishing international economy, it has been also linked with food. Due to it hunger, poverty are spreading in the world. In this way first time international leaders have seriously taken real problem and fixed big amount of 20 billion dollars to solve it.

Looking at the agenda of this conference it can be said that in the coming years world will see imperialism in a new form. Along with capture of fertile lands of undeveloped and weak countries there will be new alliances for international rights of agriculture (perhaps this is the cause of increased interest of American diplomats in our Saraiki regions or Southern Punjab and the fertile lands of these areas. However it is not our today’s topic, will discuss it some other time).

International Agency for Food and Agriculture’s Chief “Kanaya Nwaze” has said in an interview that such a big change in American stance is very good for world. In fact during grading of world’s problems terrorism has been put on number 4, this is a proof that terrorism is not a problem of world, the hidden purposes behind this are different.

In contrast to this our region has been converted to hell in the name of war against terror. In last 8 years hundreds of thousands of Afghans have been murdered but still American want to hunt for more human beings. This lust of blood has effected our western areas and now America wants to kill all militants through its lethal weapons and build a cantonment and airbase equipped with modern weapons there. Through Hilmand it wants to practically impose its conspiracies against Iran or in order to face food shortage it needs fertile lands of Hilmand. Whatever purpose of America is, at least it will retreat from here with humiliation. If America wants to avoid further disrespect then it should act upon the advise of Russian President which he has given free to American President during a meeting of G-8 countries conference. Russian President has said, “America should study shameful defeat of Britain and Russia. America should learn lesson from bitter experiences of both countries. A military solution is not possible in Afghanistan. America and its allies will have to face failure. Here only those will be successful who understand traditions of Afghans and give them chance to establish their own govt. and to modernize their society”…

America Facing Defeat in Afghanistan and Increasing Problems of NATO… Part-III

When all politicians of Pakistan arrived in the Prime Minister House on Prime Minister Muhammad Khan Junejo’s invitation it was an emotional scene. Look at the newspapers of March 1988 all eyes were fixed on the PM House. What good news is given to the world by our Public Representatives? Hopes were not without reason after all the future of Afghanistan was going to be decided. The fate of the whole region was given into the hands of Round Table Conference under supervision of Junejo. While the decision has been already made somewhere else. However after two days sitting Foreign Minister Zain Norani read the mutual statement of Round Table Conference in the presence of all political leaders, “Soviet forces are allowed to leave Afghanistan without any condition, Pakistan will not interfere in it. Moreover under the leadership of Najeebullah a representative govt. is present and can handle retreat of Soviet forces”. On this mentioned statement faces of our politicians were filled with glee, why they should not be happy, at least they had taken revenge from Zia-ul-Haq and Pak-Army for enforcing Martial Law. They all were enjoying General Zia-ul-Haq’s “Baby”. They even did not think that after withdrawal of Soviet Forces how longer Najeebullah can stay in front of Mujahideen who have sacrificed their everything in this war.

On 14^th April 1988 historical Geneva Accord was signed, the interesting aspect of this accord is that it had only two members i.e. Pakistan and Afghanistan. Under this accord Pakistan was duty bound to not interfere in internal affairs of Afghanistan and will respect sovereignty of its neighbor country. Soviet Union and America signed as guarantors. It was decided that the process of retreat of Soviet Forces will start on 15^th May 1988 and will end on 15^th May 1989. In this accord condemning Soviet Union is far enough it was not said that it has attacked a sovereign country and Mujahideen were also not mentioned anywhere that what will be their role, where will they go? The result was same for which “extremely disliked role of Pakistan” General Zia-ul-Haq had already warned Pakistani public. Different ethnic and cultural groups of Afghan forgot that they had fought war of freedom mutually, they indulged in civil war, the cannons were now being fired to kill own people, everyone was willing to capture Kabul. Having majority Pakhtoon were of the view that they had given greater sacrifices as compared to others so it was their right to establish Afghan govt. Look at the heart wrenching history of Afghan Civil War, in resistance against Soviet forces not a single building was destroyed, in civil war whole Kabul was converted to ruins. Approximately 9 millions Afghan men and women were forced to migrate, some went to Iran, and rich migrated to Europe. The number of immigrants to Pakistan was 5 millions. Afghan and Pakistani people are still being punished for “Geneva Accord”. While became innocent by saying just, “in past leaving Afghanistan alone they had done great wrong”. Can this make the destruction and deaths of millions of Afghan correct?

I think all those politicians of Pakistan who gave “Clean Chit” to Russia to withdraw its troops from Afghanistan  are equally responsible for deaths and destruction in Afghanistan. Alas! Just to take revenge of dictatorship from General Zia-ul-Haq they pushed whole region to hell.

(This is not today’s topic but I think it necessary to mention that just like as Geneva Accord America is today again changing direction of Pakistan, Turkey is being made as ideal for us for administration and culture. Recent visit to Turkey by our Prime Minister in spite of bad economical situation and all accuses warm welcome to our Prime Minister in Turkey shows that America has started working on its agenda. This was revealed on 6^th of this month in WikiLeaks;

American Female Soldiers who feel more threat from their own colleagues as compared to Taliban

After 1989 Afghanistan was destroyed but three businesses flourished. Many new types of drugs were introduced, the business of illegal weapons and sale n purchase of women also continued. When Soviet Union disintegrated America again needed Afghanistan because natural resources of newly born Central Asian States were released from Russian influence. They make 40% of whole worlds natural resources and could not have been utilized yet. However for their supply to outer world peace in Afghanistan was necessary. For this purpose Taliban were produced. How under the supervision of Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto American Ambassador John C. Monjo, General Naseerullah Babar created them is also just like Arabian Tales. However American established Taliban forwarded to restore peace but before capturing Kabul their thinking changed. Such a big change in thinking of Taliban was done by General Hameed Gul (at least America says so) or America badly misunderstood psychology of Afghan Pakhtoons. Whatever was the reason the access to Central Asian States mineral resources through Gwadar became impossible. After failure from all sides “9/11” solved American problems. America accused that Osama Bin Laden sitting in the narrow mountains of Afghanistan on the power of Magic (Magic for the reason that how a human being sitting in most undeveloped country of world at a distance of 8000 Kms can force pilots to hit their airplanes to American buildings) attacked Twin Towers of New York and for this he had support of an organization named as Al-Qaeda. That organization appeared suddenly after incident of 9/11 just like as a role of fairy tale. Seems CIA has chosen name from Arabic dictionary, “such an organization which can destroy any part of world”. Astonishingly the leaders of this organization are present in every such country on which America wants to attack i.e. first in Iraq and Afghanistan, then in tribal areas of Pakistan, from to here according to American reports they are shifting to Somalia and Yemen (in order to shun Saudi Arabia). However America attacked Afghanistan along with its allies, it tested all of its destructive weapons like Daisy Cutters and Cluster Bombs and this process is still going on. American tax payers do not know that what price they are paying for Afghan War, Fuel costs 800 $ per gallon, 6 million per year are being paid to Afghan translators which number in 5000 (These translators facilitate American soldiers in contacts with local people moreover in making deals of women and illegal weapons), destruction of economy in such a way is not without any purpose. America thinks that it will succeed in looting hidden minerals of Central Asian States and Afghanistan. For this even if America has to kill all Pakhtoons it will do that after all it has attacked Japan with nuclear bombs.

The Price of American Ruler’s lust for money and anti-human imperialistic plans sitting in Washington is not only being paid by American tax-payers but also by American soldiers and American female soldiers in Afghanistan. There American soldiers are targeted by Afghan freedom fighters and American female soldiers are raped by their colleagues. American soldier terrified of Afghan Gorillas involved in purpose less thousands of miles away from his homeland expresses his anger on his female colleagues. And America just like the number of deaths in Afghanistan is busy in hiding the number of gang rapes with American female soldiers from its nation. History will show this that just like war in Vietnam what will be the affects of defeat in Afghanistan on American society. No matter today American media is trying to hide these gang rapes of American female soldiers and woman and human rights organization also cannot see such incidents but Professor “Helen Benedict” of Journalism department of Columbia University New York has recently written a book “The Lonely Soldier” and tried to awaken human rights activists. Look at the paragraph;

“Female US Soldiers serving in Afghanistan have more to fear then roadside Bomb or ambushes. They are at risk of being raped or sexually assaulted”.

According to the authoress hundreds of female soldiers have been murdered after being raped so that they do not open it up in front of American public. Astonishingly most of them have been raped in adjacent areas during Patrolling and after their murder it was reported that they have been kidnapped by Taliban. Now the condition of female soldiers is that they do not drink water because for urination they will have go outside camp and they may not only be raped but lose their life as well.

Whether it is American media or CIA in spite of their hiding the facts their confusion shows that what difficulties are being faced by allies. When NATO announced withdrawal of troops till 2014, Pentagon has to issue explanation that they will not go yet, the announcement of retreat is before time. After this Secretary General of NATO has been forced to threaten Taliban, “Taliban should forget dream of recapturing Afghanistan”.  On American pressure NATO was forced to threaten Taliban because of announcement of troops till 2014 Afghan fighters had been encouraged and morale of American forces (which is already at ground level) has been demolished. In order to change expression of American defeat in Afghanistan America had asked Pakistan to aloe it to expand drone attacks to Quetta which was totally rejected by Pakistan. But that threat has not been removed yet because having aggressive thinking NEOCONS (Neo-conservatives) present in Washington and electronic and print media under their control are trying to convince White House that till American forces do not themselves attack Pakistan to target terrorists they cannot win in Afghanistan. NEOCONS are giving crazy advices of dividing Afghanistan in Pashtoon, Tajuk, Azbuk parts and also dividing Pakistan into ethnic units. Masters of our electronic media who are famous for their intelligence have no time to warn Neocons of results of this division will Nuclear war. Because in American army there are such Generals under their influence who think that by limiting role of  Pakistan and its army defeat in Afghanistan could be changed to victory. In Vietnam these Neo Cons had advised to attack Cambodia and Laos where these communists had alleged training camps. Already badly beaten American army attacked Cambodia and Laos but this criminal act could not save them from humiliating defeat in Vietnam.

Whether these are suicide bomb attacks or terrorist activities all are to keep alive the identity of American Taliban. However in order to help victims of flood many journalists from all over the world has visited every inch of Pakistan if they had seen any such activity then they had reported it to media. American public should also think that in tribal areas American Drones are targeting Pakhtoons and American officials think that Pakistani Pakhtoon are supporting Afghan Pakhtoons, in this way is not it proved that America are fighting with Afghan people (Pakhtoons) not Taliban. Americans mayu try to support their capture of Afghanistan by naming these Pakhtoons as Taliban but they are never going to accept Americans as their rulers. If this fact Americans can understand then neither they will need to kill innocent people in tribal areas of Pakistan nor any Mullah Mansoor will cheat them by acting as fake Taliban leader in the name of Taliban. But if America is ready to continue war in Afghanistan for interest of its traders of women, drugs and illegal weapons and wants to capture Pakistan, then it should make its play grounds ready to be converted into graveyards because it will not find any Pakistani hesitant in protecting sovereignty of Pakistan.

Another Side of The Picture…

Is not it astonishing that India massacre of human beings, genocide of Muslims and other minorities is part of daily routine. There the issue of politics is not solution of public problems but enmity to Islam and end of Muslims. In contrast to this Pakistan is being defamed for being country of extremists. International is incessantly repeating that world is threatened from rapidly increasing Islamizing in Pakistan. The way of propaganda is same as it has been before attack on Iraq that Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction. The only difference is that in Iraq the real target of Americans was wealth of oil of Iraq but they had made lame excuse that Saddam is a dictator and he has chemical and biological weapons while in Pakistan these imperialist forces have different targets. The eyes of Americans are on Gwadar and moreover on minerals of Baluchistan, Israel is targeting Pakistani nukes while India in a struggle to demolish Two Nations Theory. In this way due to mutual interests “MOSSAD, CIA” & “RAW” has targeted state in spite of person or institution of govt. The Excuse is international terrorism and handful of terrorists present in tribal areas of Pakistan whose identity is suspicious. Who is training them, from where are they getting unending latest and heavy weapons? Who is providing them for finances to fight with state security agencies? Who is responsible for their supply and support? All these questions are neither raised by international nor discussed within Pakistan and nor there is any one to question American govt.

Readers may remember that before attack on Iraq in America and UK there was a flood of Postal Packages filled with Anthrax (No such incident was reported in any other country of Europe). The administration machinery was paralyzed only to the news reports due to fear. Astonishing fact is that for two years terrorists posted Anthrax for English and Americans but no one died after being infected by it. Now anthrax has been replaced by plans of terrorism. Everyday few Pakistani students are arrested for planning for planning for terrorism and Pakistan is defamed, while terrorists attack in Pakistan, what a beautiful technique to befool the world.

Mutual Agenda of RAW, CIA and MOSSAD

However who are militants present in the areas adjacent to the Afghan Boundaries? What is their agenda? This question has been answered by Israeli govt. two weeks ago. Israeli Foreign Minister said, “Israeli is not really threatened by Iran but by Taliban present in Pakistani tribal areas” (it is good at least our brother Islamic country does not need to be worried anymore). A common man has been forced to think that at least what change has occurred in the interests of our region that Israel has been forced to change policy for its integrity and it feels threat from Pakistan. If Israeli govt. just like Indian rulers is threatened from Taliban in tribal areas of Pakistan then they have never said anything against Jews nor do they have any complaint from idol worshipers of India. They are busy in cutting roots of only Islamic Nuclear State in the name of adoption of Islamic law; army and security agencies are their main target. The targets of their suicide bombs are Muslims and Mosques. Children playing in homes, educational institutes of women are their targets. These elements named as Taliban are doing that duty which even army of our enemy was unable to fulfill. They have forced whole nation in the dark of fear. 17 crore people are facing the problem of their survival and safety. Country has been forced to beg in front of international monetary institutes like IMF. Economical growth has been stopped. Due to their activities now our enemy India is hoping to achieve its destination of Greater India. Western and Indian is crying that Pakistan is a failed state. India was struggling from last two decades to convince America to accept Pakistan as a terrorist state. International media working Jewish control was also supporting India but it has to face failure. But American ally like UK is also worried for Pakistani Nukes. It sees every Pakistani as a terrorist. Just for this that the terrorism is not ending in tribal areas of Pakistan. A handful of persons are trying to force whole country to such law which cannot be verified in the history of Islam. Where Islam has prohibited women from education? Islam is the religion which opens the doors of knowledge without differentiation between men or women, other wise before Islam public was not allowed to study and now in the name of Islam educational institutions are being demolished with bombs? The curse of God be on them they claim themselves as Taliban, Islam teaches to forgive enemy, while they are cutting throats of their own people? They claim mutilating corpses as a policy, Islam teaches to give shelter to those who do not have homes while they have millions homeless in their own country. Innocent children, women and elderly are asking for which crime they have been punished. Who are these people turning populated areas into war fields?

Not in far past just remember after Mumbai drama 26/11 India was threatening to conduct surgical strikes within Pakistan and there was possibility that it might move its army towards Eastern boundaries of Pakistan. In this regard Pakistan has told America that it will shift its army from western borders to eastern borders and had asked America to fight its war on terror itself, America was in great trouble that if Pakistan stopped chasing terrorists in tribal areas then it will be difficult for America to survive in Afghanistan. Now look at the Taliban fighting in tribal areas that India is conducting war games on border of Punjab and they are keeping Pak-Army busy in Swat, Malakand and other tribal areas for protection of public. This did not meant that Pak-Army has left eastern borders unguarded for enemies but imagine how much difficult and painful it is to fight with enemy within own territory. This cannot be imagined from columns or books but controllers of these Taliban sitting in Indian consulates in Afghanistan would had been laughing that now Pakistan army cannot handle this situation. How longer this will go on, it is known by our rulers but it is the need of the hour that through successful strikes against enemies hiding in tribal areas of NWFP and their supporters this claim should be falsified forever, “Terrorists are few miles away from Islamabad and Taliban may capture Pakistani nukes”.

Now let us come towards “Soft image” of India, in establishing this, our free private electronic media has played a special role. While in west there are already such influential people controlling American and European media who have never allowed them to highlight severe violations of human rights. All the crimes of Hindu terrorists have been always kept hidden. You can see few pictures in this article. It is a little glance of the tortures that had been conducted on Muslims and minorities in India by Extremist Hindus. After watching these pictures one feels a wave of shudder but shame on so called free international media that they have tried to bring such barbaric acts in front of world. While in order to defame Pakistan Islamic terrorism is used as propaganda weapon. In India the elections are on final stage (at the time that article was written and published). During this analyzing the speeches of Hindu extremists an ex-ambassador of Nepal “Niraj Aryal” wrote in “Telegraph Nepal” published from Katmandu on 27^th April in his article “India Permoting Terrorism in the Name of Democracy”. He said that the upcoming years will be much dangerous and worst for minorities and Muslims. Nepali Ambassador writes, “Before this only leaders of Bajrang Dal and Shiv Sina were making statements against Muslims and had planned riots for massacre of Muslims, however Congress was just busy in befooling Muslims through secret plans but after demolition/martyrdom of 500 year old historical Babri Mosque, in the way BJP got popularity and its vote bank has gone up Congress has also given up its so called policy of Secularism. Afterwards in order to win election Chief Minister of Gujrat Narindra Moodi broke all records. In order to win election as a campaign he planned massacre of Muslims on massive basis. After murdering thousands of Muslims Narindra Moodi was praised as hero of politics. In some areas he had been given importance equivalent to god. In front of him not only law of India but so called modern and very human friendly society of America and Europe are powerless. When I tried to know stance of British ambassadors in different European countries it was revealed that all are afraid that if they said anything against Hindu extremism or condemned Narindra Moodi this harm Indian democracy. I think their stance is based upon enmity to Islam. Due to their criminal silence Hindu extremists/terrorists have been so much encouraged that even Christians are not safe from them. Alas! Perhaps for the democracy America and Europe has been forced to remain silent on genocide of Christians but now situation has been much worsened. In elections of 2009 apparently the favorite topic for all politically peaceful parties is “increasing activities of Taliban in Pakistan” but when they talk about possible threats of this the reaction and aggressiveness of Hindu audience is clearly understandable. After watching this I can say that upcoming years will be much dangerous and hard for Muslims of India. And if America and Europe as usual ignored it than not only India but peace of the whole world will be on stake”.

Readers this was point of view of a Nepal ambassador, there is no doubt Pakistan is passing through critical stage of its history in lieu of internal peace. But this does not mean that whole country is in the clutches of lawlessness. However the policy of our specific group of media is beyond understanding. Why they cannot see increasing Hindu extremism and massacre of Muslims in India? Through properly covering such incidents of Hindu terrorism and state terrorism of India it is our duty to make world aware that if in near future Indian Nukes fell in the hands of Indian Hindu Extremists/terrorists then not only Muslims but whole world will be on the verge of destruction…

America Facing Defeat in Afghanistan and Increasing Problems of NATO… Part-II

An American who has been killed for interests of his rulers...

Till end of 1980 Soviet army has been busy with Mujahideen
and had forgotten to capture Gwadar and acess to Gulf. It was becoming
difficult for them to keep hold outside of big cities including Kabul. Although on all
important roads and entrances to cities Check Posts were established, day
passed calm fully but as soon as dark of night spread Mujahideen used to appear
suddenly and target Russians. In the start Mujahideen used “Mark-I Three knot
three” to target Russians its chamber cannot hold more then 7 bullets at the
same time. Some groups also used “Kalashnikov”. In short time they got access
to Machine Gun and Rocket Launchers and other automatic weapons. These weapons
were snatched from Russian forces during Gorilla attacks. Some Russians had
been selling weapons for drugs. Moreover deserters of Afghan army also joined
Mujahideen along with heavy weapons. What difficutlties were being faced by Red
Army could be imagined from this statement of their Chief “Marshal Sergei
Sokolov”, which he said in an address in Kabul
on 14^th January 1981 to encourage his soldiers. Look at a paragraph
out of his emotional speech, which was being broadcasted and published by
international media till end of the war;

“When you are wounded or left on Afghanistan’s plains and women came
out to cut out with remains. Just role your rifle and blow out your brain and
go to your God like a Soldier”.

When America got sure that Soviet Army has been badly trapped into Afghanistan, by increasing capability of

Mujahideen's Gorilla warfare and equipping them with modern weapons, the Soviet Army
can be defeated and American defeat in Vietnam could be countered. In 1982
they started talks with Pakistani leadership, in this lieu help was also sought
from Saudi Arabia
because their contacts with General Zia-ul-Haq were not good. In this way
American got involved in Afghan war. May anti-army intellectuals of Pakistan
(most of them are also anti-religion as well) are still on the stance that
Pakistan was fighting war with Afghanistan in 1980’s decade and if America had
not came forward to help, Russia could not had been defeated. I will request
all my friends who have such like thinking that they should restudy the history
of Russian’s arrival to Afghanistan
and the purpose behind capture of Afghanistan. They will understand
that resistance war against Russians have been already started by Afghans
before the sunrise of 1980 without any external support. When Pakistani support
became a part of their Gorilla activities the scenario of war changed. This was
a war of sovereignty of Afghanistan
and Pakistan which was
mutually fought on every inch of Afghanistan. However America
succeeded in getting credit for Mujahideen’s victory through proper propaganda.
Otherwise if America
had not helped, would Afghans have accepted defeat? Had they given up their
history of thousands of years not accepting defeat in front of Red Army? My
friends having such like hypothesis should look at the look at Afghan
resistance against America
that in last 9 years in spite of all types of tortures, murders, and weapons America
has been unsuccessful to defeat them. What type of destructive weapons which America has not
used there? The condition of higher command in Afghanistan is morally so much
shallow that on 18^th November it was announced, “Now America will
first time use latest tanks M1 Abrahms against terrorists (Afghan Freedom
fighters). Initially 16 tanks will be used in Hilmand later on they will be
used in other provinces too”. That news was published on 19^th
November.

 

Infact these tanks are being used since 2006 in
South-Western areas of Afghanistan,
Canadian and soldiers of Denmark
are using them also. However after destruction of many costly tanks through
Anti-tank mines and rocket launchers of Freedom fighters these tanks had been
limited to cantonments. On the other hand these tanks are useless against
Gorilla warfare. If America
uses them again it cannot suppress freedom movement of Afghans. To control them
just on Kabul
airport for operational duty American Air-Force has taken 6500 flights. The
details of planes of death are separate who fly from other air bases. Just in
this field Americans are ahead of resistors because they do not have
anti-aircraft Stinger Missiles. In spite of this they are so much afraid that
the most powerful President of the world Obama had arrived silently in
Afghanistan in the dark of night under cover of fifty fighter air planes (Victorious
never go to their captured areas like that) and he do not have such moral
courage to meet the President of Afghanistan in Kabul after arriving at Bigram
Airbase. Is not that proof enough that America
has captured Afghanistan
through barbarism? Here the rivals of Afghan fighters could say that Obama was
gone there to encourage his soldiers, and then has the morale of American
soldiers so much low that in order to encourage them for giving up their lives
without any holy purpose American President has to visit from a distance of
8000 Kilometers?

In contrast to Soviet union America
has support of all non-Muslim countries along with Northern
Alliance. India
is separately playing a dreadful role there. If in the past the pro-communist
so called modern (who are now greater supporters of American interests in
Pakistan) are claiming Afghan war in Pakistan wrong decision or poor planning
of Pak-Army that like Soviet Union in past now America thinks that it is
Pak-Army and ISI supporting Afghan Freedom fighters and internally defeating
terrorists prepared by CIA, RAW and MOSSAD, then on their thinking we can just
mourn. They are great supporters of Indian role in Afghanistan
because America
wants utilize Indians as guards for its interests. While neither the boundaries
of both countries (India and
Afghanistan)
are adjacent nor do they have any cultural, lingual or historical link. In such
situation if Pak-Army takes Indian role in Afghanistan
as threat to Pakistan
then it is right. Pakistani intellectuals, writers and journalists should
consider stance of Pak-Army as guarantor of peace and stability in Pakistan and
should raise their voice on the international level and should tell the world
that India who is murder of millions of innocent Kashmiris, has deprived Muslims
of basic human rights within its territories, is violating rights of other
minorities, if a country having such a dreadful and barbaric identity is given
any role in Afghanistan Pakistani nation will stand up against this and will
consider it as an attack towards Pakistan's sovereignty.

But we have no time from mutual disputes and shameful
corruption/looting. We are senseless that what is happening around our
boundaries or what is going to happen. Our politicians have such evidences for
their inheritance of being our leaders that God save us. Our intellectual
community has been already habitual watching Afghan resistance war through
Jewish and Western eyes. It is the incident of now a days that a famous
intellectual was blaming General Zia-ul-Haq for present condition of Afghanistan, he said “General Zia-ul-Haq started
resistance in Afghanistan on
American order along with his Generals but failed to understand the future,
that what will be the future of Afghanistan
after Russians retreated”? The reply of this struggle to defame Pak-Army is
present in a deal between Pakistan-Afghanistan on American pressure which was
signed on 14^th April 1988 in Geneva.
This is not hidden however in order to understand present situation it is
necessary to bring it forward and start new discussion over it. Before writing
anything about Geneva Accord I would like to
mention here alleged statement of Soviet Defense Minister General Yazov
in Moscow in January 1989 which he issued during a function about Soviet Army’s
retreat from Afghanistan to journalists, in this statement he has claimed
limiting Russian forces to Afghanistan as an open error, he has said that in
response to a journalist’s question about interference from Pak-Army and ISI.
In response to this he said, “Before departure of Armed forces for Kabul their destination has been decided but limiting them  to Afghanistan a historical wrong decision has been taken”. Soviet General said, “in Afghanistan war 620,000 armed soldiers, 451 fighter airplanes, 333 helicopters, 1014 armored
personnel carriers (APC), 433 Artillery guns, 285 tanks, and 11389 trucks were
used to transfer personnel as well as equipment, ammunition and weapons. The
whole of this was arranged keeping in view possible American interference after
attacking Pakistani territory which was approximately impossible. However
Mujahideen there showed unusual bravery and engaged our troops initially in
such a way that they got trapped there in an unending war”. After this
statement if we do not give credit of defeating Red Army to Afghan
Mujahideen/freedom fighters then it will be great wrong in the history, they
sacrificed there lives, homes, property and not only secured there sovereignty
but also safeguarded Pakistani territories. Otherwise that if such a great
number of Soviet troops had entered into Pakistan then what situation had
been? Analyzing this situation keep in mind the defense deals between Soviet
and India, it was not
necessary that enemy has been successful but try to understand that how much causalities
and economical loss Pakistan
had to bear? You can estimate it easily.

 Now let us come towards respectful retreat of Soviet Union and the deal for which we were pressurized.
In 1985 Soviet rulers decided to retreat from Afghanistan. In this lieu the talks
were initiated through United Nation’s Secretary General, but all struggles
went in vain. However after Soviet stance came to front on one hand the war in Afghanistan grew more intense and on the other
hand the disputes developed between Pakistani leadership and America. Afghan
war was blissful for many important Americans. In Afghanistan drug trafficking, sale
and purchase of weapons, moreover woman trafficking was on full swing. The
American investors having influence in Washington
and American govt. were making unusual profits. They that war continues in Afghanistan because financial support was provided by Saudi Arabia for supply of heavy weapons to Mujahideen due to which American weapon manufacturers were earning unusually. On end of war and retreat of Russian
forces Pakistani stance was clear but against American policy. However due to
increasing pressure on United Nations from Soviet side for retreat forced
international community to look towards America.

Lo! these American Soldiers have been forced to sleep in the grave like diggings even within the walls of their bases due to Taliban's fear

 In 1987 on Gorbachev’s announcement of retreat of Soviet
forces in public level and during retreat demand for security of retreating
troops from United Nations put America
in difficult situation. Gorbachev knew that Russian troops retreating along
with heavy weapons will an easy target for Afghan Mujahideen. Pakistan’s Armed leadership conditioned
Gorbachev’s demand with establishment of a representative government of Afghanistan.
General Zia-ul-Haq expressed his concerns about future of Afghanistan with detail and told media that if
Soviet forces left Afghanistan
without establishing any representative govt. in Afghanistan,
such an intense civil war will spread in Afghanistan
which will be eventually more dreadful then Russian attack and even Pakistan will
be safe from it. America was
neither concerned with concerns of Zia-ul-Haq nor with possibilities of civil
war in Afghanistan.
Civil war and poor situation of peace was need of American investors which
could be fulfilled in the form civil was between Afghan groups even after
Russian troops left the area. For their interests Americans decided to use
Pakistani Politicians. 

At that point it was test for the public representatives of Pakistan to show their far-sightedness and
deciding for stability of Pakistan
and region ignoring their personal interests. American struggles brought fruit
and Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Khan Junejo called All Parties Round
Table Conference for solution of problem on 5^th and 6^th
of March 1988. Including Benazir the leaders of all parties decided to
participate. Now the world was looking on the Pakistani Political Leadership
and results of the conference that what decision is made by such knowledgeable
personalities.
